Hi guys,

I have been using this team lately but havent had the greatest success (I am scared of posting this here, but this is the best place to seek help, especially for a noob viking). The team consists of a defencive core (Zapdos, Slowbro and hippowdon) and my offensive core (Keldeo + Zard X) and my kinda random infernape. In this RMT ill give you guys a rundown of my team. I have made this team myself, but since I use a lot of common threats, the chances for a very similiar team to be made before is big. I have no intention of stealing anyones team, so hand on my heart, i have made this myself using a variety of pages:

So please if this looks similar to a previous team, please dont bash. I am not a native speaker (Hey ho Norway) so please excuise my grammar. The sets I use are very common/standard, so the biggest variable from other teams is the team synergy.
So lets get down to it:
Charizard @ Charizardite X
Ability: Tough Claws
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Dragon Claw
- Earthquake
- Flare Blitz
Charizard X was this teams first team member. CX is one of the metagames best physical attackers, and if it gets up one DD, it will deal a lot of damage or kill the foe. The EVs are very standard on this Zard X. It originally had an Adamant nature, but the fear of beeing outspeed by several threats (including other Charizard X and Zard Y) I gave it a jolly nature. With jolly nature I (obviously) outspeed adamant Zard X and I speed tie many other threats. I was debating with changing EQ for roost, simply to make it easier for myself to go for Flare Blitz, but after several annoying heatran and Tyranitar encounters, i decided to put EQ and drop the abillity to heal. The combination of Dragon Claw and Flare Blitz makes it so no pokemon (who does not resist the to mentioned) are safe after CX gets up a DD. Charizard is this teams powerhouse and the pokemon most likely to sweap, and it serves as the teams captain. Charizard X is simply one of OUs best pokemon atm and its few flaws are covered ove by its numerous positiv atributes.
Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SpD
Careful Nature
- Earthquake
- Stealth Rock
- Slack Off
- Whirlwind
Hippowdon is a great pokemon, as it can work as a phyical monster, or more versitale as a specially defencive pokemon. EQ works as my main attacking move, but Hippodown rarely gets to use it, as it is one the team mainly for tanking hits, Stealth rocks and whirlewind to stop Sub or set up pokemon. Hippowdon is my main counter to Mega-Manetric as it can easily tank a hidden power ice or flamethrower (HP ice does 28-33 and flamethrower does 21-25) and retaliate with an EQ. It can also spunge a few hits from pokes such as thundurus (HP ice does 35-40), thought it does not have anything to hit it hard back. Hippos ability Sand stream also stops Zard Y in many cases (What!? Solarbeam needs 2 turn in sandstorm? Shiet). The fact that Hippo has access to slack off makes it even better, as it can actually beat several pokes one-on-one with stalling out alle their PP using slack off. Hippo can take on Latios and latias with Draco at certain points in the match (damage rolls makes it so it can slack off the damage and leave lati@s with a minus 2. Sometimes thought the rolls are not Hippos friend). Hippo is great pokemon who works well with the rest of my defencive core, and my attackers.
Slowbro @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Scald
- Psyshock
- Thunder Wave
- Slack Off
No, your eyes does not deceive you, this is not Mega-slowbro, but plain old regular slowbro. Slowbro is an amazing poke both defencive and offencive. Scald (with that amazing burn chance) and psyshock, slowbro fills more of a tank role than hippo does. Slowbro is my main keldo switch in (Take a scald, hydro or seceret sword and retaliate with 2 psyshocks), and it is also a great switch in for Azumarills waterfall and aqua jet (though it gets kinda wrecked by play rough and knock off *insert sadface of sadness*). Thunder wave is great for stopping D-dancers, keldeo and pretty much and other physical threat that depends on its speed. Slack off + regenerator makes slowbro more of a spunge than Spungebob Squarepants himself. The 0 IVs in attack is for obvious reasons (prankster sableye, i am looking towards you). Slowbro is probably the most offencive defencive pokemon on this team, and for that reason is slides slowly (pun intended) towards the tank category as previously mentioned. Slowbro fits like a glove in my 3 poke defence core, and it may be one of the most valuable teammembers.
Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP / 244 Def / 16 Spe
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Heat Wave
- Thunderbolt
- Roost
- Defog
The last member of the core, finishing its beauty. Zapdos middle name is hazard controll (or Mega-Pinsir counter, i cant really remember). Its set is very standard with defog clearing away all my problems, and roost simply for tanking hits and then dealing som damage. Thundebolt is mandatory stab, and heat wave are for those god d@#m ferrothorns/scizors. The heaviy invest in HP and def makes banded scizor look like a joke (knock off does max 47 when zapdos has its leftovers, after that the hardest hit is max 31). Zapdos reatiates with a Heat Wave (doing atleast 84 on specially defencive scizor). Zapdos simply handles threats that cant be handeled by slowbro+hippo. The IVs in attack are for stopping increased confusion damage. Even though Zapdos is a part of the defencive core, it can deal damage. With an amazing base 125 special attack, it deals damage with STAB thundebolt when it hits super effektive or neutral. As previously mentioned, it finishes this amazing defencive core and furfills the tanking abillity this team can have.
Keldeo @ Life Orb
Ability: Justified
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Scald
- Hydro Pump
- Secret Sword
- Hidden Power [Flying]
My second damage dealer and first pretty pony of this team, Keldo the destroyer. Keldo is one of the most dangerous special attackers in OU. This set is very veristale as it can hit many threats super effective (with using LO instead of Choice specs, it has more choices). Hydro pump is Keldos main stab, and it hits nearly everything hard, but as we all know, 80 acc in pokemon really means "maybe ill hit, maybe i wont. Do you feel lucky? Punk". With Hydros annoying accuracy we have scald. Scald doesent hit nearly as hard, but you have that nice burn chance along with 100% acc. When using keldo i always think of an amazing tip i learned from an RMT: "if its super effektive, click scald, if not, click hydro". Secret sword is the name of the monster under blissey/chansey/hetrans bed. Hidden power flying sort of a filler move. It does hit venausar for OK damage, but in most cases you would switch out. Keldeos EVs are standard (we choose timid over modest so we have a chance at a speed tie), max speed and special attack. Even though LO hits rack up after a long game, keldeo is on this team to kill opponents, not weaken them, so the LO hits are not to much of a problem.
Infernape @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Fist
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpA
Lax Nature
- Mach Punch
- Encore
- Flamethrower
- Gunk Shot
This is my teams wierd guy. When figuring out my last teammember i was clueless. But one thing i did catch was a weakness to bisharp. This is my attempt at a bisharp counter. Gun shot is there to surprise annoying sylveons (Though it cant tank hits from sylveon very vell). Bisharps attacks do practically nothing, and flamethrower + mach punch hurts it bad. I chose flamethrover over flare blitz so i could weaken landorus-t switch inn (as intimidate screw non invested infernape attack). encore is a move for screwing with sucker punch / SD bisharp and other set up / status pokemon. This guy has proven to be quite handy in many occacions (considering he is really there to handle bisharp, and no one else). I have considered to move som of my investement in HP to attack/specal attack, but i dont feel that the investement gives me enough damage output to do it.
So this is my team, hope you see some positive points. Any suggestions are welcome (but i appreciate hepleful people with a nice tone). I am willing to change my whole team around to make it better, nothing is set in stone. So i call upon you nice expirienced battlers, be nice but helpful, and improve my team.
To end things off, a morning selfie from a few weeks back:
