Smeargle @ Focus Sash
Ability: Own Tempo
EVs: 96 HP / 120 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature (+spe, -SpA)
- Spore
- Mean Look
- Ingrain
- Baton Pass

Smeargle's my lead because of the need to Ingrain, the root (no pun intended) to my team. I Mean Look first, then Spore, Ingrain, and then Pass to Zapdos if I need Agility, or to Vaporeon if I need Acid Armor. I went with Focus Sash for those fast hitters. Pretty basic Smeargle lead.

Zapdos @ Leftovers/Lum Berry
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP / 84 Def / 6 Spe / 168 SpD
Timid Nature (+Spe, -Atk)
- Agility
- Baton Pass
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt

Ah, Zapdos, the bulky Agilipasser. If I trapped their lead, I Agility first, Substitute, then Baton Pass to either Vaporeon for counter, or go straight to Gliscor. If you're afraid of status, use Lum Berry over Leftovers.

134.png

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 128 HP / 252 Def / 124 Spe
Calm Nature (+SpD, -Atk)
- Acid Armor
- Substitute
- Aqua Ring
- Baton Pass

Aqua Ring for more survivability when you sweep, and Acid Armor just for the Def. Substitute if needed, then pass to Gliscor is you haven't SDd.

477.png

Gliscor @ Yache Berry
Ability: Hyper Cutter
EVs: 252 HP / 100 Def / 158 Spe
Impish Nature (+Def, -SpA)
- Substitute
- Swords Dance
- Taunt
- Baton Pass

Swords Dance! If this guy dies before you can Swords Dance, good luck. Taunt if you see a Roar/Whirlwind coming. SD as many times as you can, then switch to either Metagross or Dragonite.

149.png

Dragonite @ Life Orb
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Earthquake
- Fire Punch
- Ice Punch
- Thunderpunch

Dragonite is one of the two final pass receivers. This moveset has good coverage, and can pretty much OHKO everything with SD.

376.png

Metagross @ Life Orb
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 Def
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SpA)
- Bullet Punch
- Ice Punch
- Thunder Punch
- Earthquake

The second of the two final receivers. Moveset is good coverage, and Life Orb won't do much with Aqua Ring and Ingrain.

Synergy
The strategy here is so pass to the right counters and buff up, and if you have Sub/Acid Armor up with SD, then switch to Metagross or Dragonite.

Threat List
Maybe tomorrow

Sweet team..Though of all your passers only Zapdos has an Attack, Also three of your pokemon has Substitute..So, I suggest changing Sub > Surf for Vappy and Sub > EQ for Gliscor, Zapdos can easily make a sub so making a sub is easy, it's your choice whether to try my suggestion's or not but trust me it'll help, A lot..By the way your team is wrecked by TauntGyara and after Taunt Gyara's going to have a free DD almost sweeping your entire team..That's why you should have an attack on some of your Passers..

Good luck in you future battles..
Hope to battle you sometime..

Taunt destroys the team. You need a way to deal with Taunt leads that will outspeed Smeargle and shut it down completely, and you also need a way to deal with Gyarados switch-ins, although Zapdos does do this right now (BulkyGyara carries Taunt, making it the only common midgame Taunter).

Personally, I would recommend dropping one of Dragonite and Metagross and replacing it with an anti-lead to take out or generally screw with opposing leads and set you up to bring in Smeargle to trap something. Despite its recent descent into UU, Dual Screen Alakazam (Reflect/Light Screen/Taunt/Encore) can do this with great effectiveness. An alternative is Lead Crobat (Taunt/U-Turn/Super Fang/Roost) or the common Aerodactyl and Azelf leads.

Dragonite got the very awesome Extremespeed as of HGSS, and I think you'd do well to use it on him in place of Fire Punch. Between Earthquake and Thunderpunch, you should have your steels covered anyway.

Another suggestion is over use of item. You have both of your sweepers with Life Orbs, and while that does give you tons of power, you're planning on giving them +Attack boosts anyway. I would instead use a Lum Berry, because a Thunderwave could really put a dent in either of those pokemon's ability to sweep.

Please expand your descriptions as they're not up to rule 3 currently:

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

PM me the fixed descriptions and I'll unlock your thread.
