I use this for OU and Battle Spot if you have any suggestions I'm open for them.
My formula for a team is usually as follows:
1 Physical Sweeper
1 Special Sweeper
3 "Utility" Mons (Can do a lot of things ex. tank, lead and/or sweep)
1 Wall

stud? (Greninja) @ Life Orb
Ability: Protean
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA/ 4 Def
Hasty Nature
- Hydro Pump
- Dark Pulse
- Ice Beam
- U-turn
I know pretty typical, protean Greninja. But what can I say he's a great overall mon with good coverage, I use him as a revenge killer and sometimes as a lead with U-turn. He works in conjunction with Ferrothorn as a lead. I call him a Utility mon as he can sweep and scout. Some weaknesses are Jolteon, Tapu Koko, Tapu Fini, Tapu Lele, Ferrothorn, Celesteela, and Kartana.

Yung Lele (Tapu Lele) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Psychic Surge
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Timid Nature
- Psychic
- Moonblast
- Focus Blast
- Shadow Ball
Tapu Lele is one of my Utility Mons as it can sweep and also tank hits Specially. I'm not so concerned which the terrain although that also helps because I currently don't have any priority moves with i may consider but at the moment I don't. You can substitute focus blast for energy ball or HP Fire. Some weaknesses are Scizor, Ferrothorn, Garchomp w/ Iron Head, Kartana, and Celesteela.

Big Lizi (Charizard) @ Charizardite Y
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Timid Nature
- Fire Blast
- Air Slash
- Focus Blast
- Solar Beam
Charizard Y is my Special Sweeper and wall breaker. It's a pretty standard set but with Charizard thats okay because most people will expect a Charizard X so I still have an element of surprise. The only issue i have with him and pretty much everyone has with Charizard Y is stealth rocks so I may consider a rapid spinner in the future. He also doesn't do well with gigalith w/ sand stream as the drought will be negated and tyranitar w/ sand stream.

Frisbee (Ferrothorn) @ Leftovers
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 140 Def / 116 Spd
Sassy Nature
- Protect
- Stealth Rock
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball
People will hate me for this one. Ferrothorn is my stealth rocker and my main tank and my annoying health widdler with leech seed and protect. He is my usual lead if I don't see a big fire type threat on their team. If i lead with Greninja and see they use and electric or fairy type mon as a lead I'll U-turn or hard switch to Ferrothorn and force a switch the next turn to give me a chance to use stealth rocks freely. Weaknesses it has are pretty much any fire type, it has a weakness in the most pure sense.

Cpt. Crunch (Garchomp) @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Rough Skin
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Jolly Nature
- Earthquake
- Dragon Claw
- Fire fang
- Swords Dance
Garchomp is my Physical sweeper and there are definitely going to be questions about this one. One of which you are most likely wondering is why I'm not using a life orb on a sweeping garchomp. Well to answer that question its because i like switch garchomp into physical attackers as most of the types its resists are physical and garchomp has a pretty respectable physical defense. And after a swords dance Garchomp can take out most things neutrally anyway so I don't need to worry about damage as much. Fire Fang is for steel and ice types most notably ferrothorn, celesteela, Skarmory, kartana etc. Some weaknesses after Tapu koko/ Tapu Fini and Greninja.

Adapter (Porygon-Z) @ Normalium Z (Z-Conversion Ghost)
Ability: Adaptability
EVs: 252 Spe / 252 SpA / 4 SpD
Timid Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Thunderbolt
- Nasty Plot
- Conversion
Porygon-Z is my last Utility Mon. After a Z-Conversion it can tank well with the 1.5x bonus and sweep with its increase to speed and special attack. Its Special Attack can be brought even higher to ultimate sweeping levels after a nasty plot. I like to bring him in on fighting types (That I outspeed) convert into a ghost type and be immune to the attack. At that point there is very little they can do as the only way they can outspeed me is with priority but after a z conversion i can tank it well. Some things that can take it down though is Mimikyu with its disguise ability.
