Latias's solid Speed stat, good bulk, and amazing utility options make it a solid user of dual screens, providing a safer environment for its offensive teammates to set up. Reflect lowers the damage taken from physical attacks from Pokemon like Mega Metagross and Mega Lopunny, while Light Screen lowers the damage taken from special attacks from Pokemon like Keldeo and Mega Alakazam. Healing Wish allows Latias to sacrifice itself to give a teammate a second chance to sweep. Defog is useful for removing entry hazards and opposing dual screens. Finally, Safeguard allows Latias's teammates to set up without fearing being afflicted by status conditions.

Set Details
========

The given EV spread allows Latias to be as fast and as bulky as possible, letting it outspeed Keldeo, as well as Speed tying Mega Metagross, Mega Diancie, and opposing Latias, and survive as many hits as possible, granting it an extra opportunity to set up dual screens, use Defog, or use Healing Wish. Light Clay is necessary to increase the duration of dual screens.

Usage Tips
========

Latias's goal is to set up dual screens to provide easier setup opportunities for its offensive teammates, making them tougher to take down. If only one of Reflect and Light Screen needs to be used, determine if the opposing team has more physical attackers or special attackers and set up accordingly. Latias can be preserved later to come back in and reset dual screens if they wear out, remove entry hazards with Defog, or use Healing Wish to heal a weakened teammate. Since this Latias set has no attacking moves, it must watch out for Taunt from faster Pokemon like Serperior, as they can force it to switch out, preventing it from fulfilling its roles. Latias should also be careful versus opposing setup sweepers, as they can find easy opportunities to set up and threaten its team, especially since this set lacks Thunder Wave. Latias must also be careful around Pursuit users such as Tyranitar, Weavile, and Bisharp; even with Reflect support, they can still punish Latias if it tries to switch out, making it more difficult to come back in and support its teammates.

Team Options
========

This Latias set shines best on hyper offense teams, which appreciate the setup opportunities provided by dual screens and other utility options. A multitude of teammates such as Manaphy, Mega Altaria, Mega Gyarados, and Bisharp enjoy the support that dual screens provide, letting them set up more easily. Bisharp also has the benefit of beating Clefable and Slowbro one-on-one, acting as a dangerous revenge killer with Sucker Punch, chipping Pokemon like Ferrothorn with Knock Off, and deterring any attempts at removing dual screens with Defog thanks to Defiant. Teammates that are weak to hazards, such as Mega Charizard X and Volcarona, greatly appreciate the extra support that Latias's Defog provides. If Latias uses Safeguard instead of Defog, Taunt support from Pokemon like Serperior is very beneficial, as it can prevent hazards from being set up and prevent Pokemon like Mega Charizard X and Volcarona from setting up, and Serperior can provide additional dual screens support if Latias cannot find an opportunity to set them up and therefore finds better use in fulfilling its other utility roles instead.

The given EV spread allows Latias to be as fast and as bulky as possible, letting it outspeed Keldeo, as well as Speed speed tie Mega Metagross, Mega Diancie, and other Latias. It also allows Latias it to survive the combination of Fake Out and Frustration from Mega Lopunny (Suggestion - instead of the sentence befire write: Further it helps Latias to survive as much attacks as possible, while setting up Screens, using Defog, and Healing Wish). Light Clay is necessary to increase the duration of dual screens.

Since this Latias set has no attacking moves, it must watch out for Taunt from faster Pokemon like Serperior, as they can force it to switch out, preventing it from setting up dual screens, removing entry hazards, or healing its teammates. (I'm not sure if elaborating on this is needed given the previous sentence. I feel like this can be shortened down to something along the lines of "fulfilling its roles".) Latias should also be careful versus opposing setup sweepers, as they can find easy opportunities to set up and threaten its team, especially since this set lacks Thunder Wave. Latias must also be careful around Pursuit users such as Tyranitar, Weavile, and Bisharp; even with Reflect support, they can still punish Latias if it tries to switch out, making it more difficult to come back in and support its teammates.

This Latias set shines best on hyper offense teams, which appreciate the setup opportunities provided by dual screens and other utility options, such as Defog to remove entry hazards and Healing Wish to allow another opportunity for a teammate to sweep. (I think removing this highlighted part is fine for sake of brevity, I think you're overexplaining it a bit.) A multitude of teammates such as Manaphy, Mega Altaria, Mega Gyarados, and Bisharp enjoy the support that dual screens provide, letting them set up more easily.
