Hatterene @ Leftovers
Ability: Magic Bounce
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Bold Nature
- Psychic
- Draining Kiss
- Mystical Fire
- Calm Mind

My main girl I'm building my team around. Hatterene is my favorite Pokemon in this region and I'm really glad this ended up being my first shiny. Anyways, the main idea with this set is to switch into Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Toxapex or any Pokemon that might try to set up hazards, get in few Calm Minds, and start sweeping. Of course I got Psychic and Draining Kiss for STAB. I have Psychic to take down poison types like Toxapex. I have Draining Kiss to get my health back after getting hit. Finally, I have Mystical Fire to take care of steel types.

Bisharp @ Black Glasses
Ability: Defiant
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Iron Head
- Throat Chop
- Sucker Punch

Of course with all the Dragapults and Mimikyus running around in the competitive field, they are gonna be giving Hatterene a real hard time. So I picked Bisharp to take care of them. Both Throat Chop and Sucker Punch takes down those pesky ghost types with ease, and Iron Head to take care of all the fairy types.

G-Max Gengar @ Focus Sash
Ability: Cursed Body
EVs: 252 SpA / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
-Nasty Plot
-Shadow Ball
-Sludge Wave
-Thunderbolt

I know Dynamaxing got banned, but Gigantamax Gengar is one of my favorite G-Max forms in this entire game! I put a focus sash on him, knowing that his defenses are pretty bad. That pretty much makes him a revenge killer. Shadow Ball takes down threats like Dragapult and Mimikyu, Sludge Wave takes down the fairy types, and the special attack boost from Max Oose is especially helpful. Thunderbolt as a little surprise for Pokemon like Toxapex and Corviknight. He also blocks Rapid Spin users like Excadrill.

Tsareena @ Life Orb
Ability: Queenly Majesty
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Power Whip
- High Jump Kick
- U-Turn
- Rapid Spin

Heres yet another one of my favorite Pokemon. She is my hazard remover of this team. Power Whip OHKOs Gastrodon and Seismitoad. High Jump Kick to take care of Pokemon like Excadrill, Galarian Darmanitan (If I'm able to avoid his Icicle Crash that is...), and Tyranitar. U-turn to get out of bad matchups. And finally, Rapid Spin to get rid of the hazards.

Image result for seismitoad

Seismitoad @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
Relaxed Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Scald
- Earthquake
- Toxic

Of course, I can't have a team without someone setting up stealth rock. That's where Seismitoad came in. I put Scald to fish for burns to cripple physical attackers. Earthquake to deal with electric types like Dracozolt. Toxic to cripple walls like Rotom-W. Water Absorb to switch into Water Pokemon like Toxapex, and Dracovish.

Rotom-Heat @ Iapapa Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 236 HP / 20 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Pain Split
- Volt Switch
- Overheat
- Will-O-Wisp

Basically my fast pivot of my team. Pain Split to get some health back. Volt Switch to pivot out of bad matchups. Overheat to deal with Steel types like Ferrothorn, and Excadrill. Will-O-Wisp to cripple strong physical attackers like Gyarados, Tyranitar, and Excadrill.

So what do you guys think of my team? I'd be happy to hear suggestions outside of replacing Hatterene (for obvious reasons).

Hey. Hatterene is a very fun Pokemon to use, good choice.
For :Hatterene:Hatterene, though, I would seriously consider taking 52 EVs from Defense and putting into Speed. This will let your outspeed Toxapex. Normally, Toxapex isn't a threat for Hatterene, however, Magic Bounce DOES NOT bounce back Haze, so a Toxapex could come in a remove your boosts, which is obviously not preferred.

Also, Gigantamax is also is banned in OU, so unless you intend on using this team strictly on-cart, its completely unusable. Additionally, Rotom-Heat no longer gets Pain Split.

Right now the two biggest issues for your team, in my opinion, are G-Darm and Excadrill. G-Darm can easily wear down Rotom-Heat, especially since it doesn't have Heavy Duty Boots to avoid Stealth Rock damage. Your entire offensive line (Hatterene, Bisharp, Gengar) absolutely despise Excadrill, and it beats Rotom-Heat if it has Mold Breaker. Further, Bisharp isn't the greatest pick for anti-Ghost measures, since it takes around 70% from specs Draco Meteor from the most pertinent Ghost: Dragapult. Non-specs sets can play around Sucker Punch too, with Substitute. That is also not to mention Fire Blast. That is obviously not to say Bisharp is bad, it's a great Pokemon, though a specs Dragapult can definitely do a number to your team, too.

A major recommendation I would make would to be to swap :Gengar:Gengar with :Darmanitan-Galar:Darmanitan-Galar. Darmanitan-G gives your team another capable physical attacker, and also a way to revenge opposing Excadrill and Dragapult, and can even put pressure on other G-Darms. G-Darm also really enjoys Hatterene's ability to handle Toxapex and G-Corsola.

Lastly, I would swap :Rotom-Heat:Rotom to this set:

Rotom-Heat @ Heavy-Duty Boots
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 248 HP / 252 Def / 8 SpD
Bold Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Overheat
- Volt Switch
- Will-O-Wisp
- Thunderbolt/Hex

This will allow Rotom to avoid the 3KO from opposing G-Darms, and it just formes a solid VoltTurn core with your own G-Darm and Tsareena.

Hope this helps!

Thank you for the constructive critisism! I will put them to good use! But, those fire types are going to be my biggest threats tho.

I forgot to ask, who do you think I should replace Bisharp with to counter the ghost types?
Bisharp is fine, you just need to be sure to play a bit carefully around Aegislash and Dragapult, both of which can overun Bisharp or hit it with S.E. coverage if you're not careful. Darmanitan helps Bisharp a bit by being able to revenge kill them with its coverage moves, too.
