This is obviously my Standard team and has won me quite a lot of matches. My team succeeds usually by spreading paralysis and then matching move to type.

Jirachi - @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 252 HP/100 Atk/40 Def/116 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Thunder Wave
- Stealth Rock
- Iron Head
- Ice Punch

Jirachi is my lead and usually never dies off first. Most other leads always try and lay out Stealth Rock or set up a support. Stealth Rock to me isn't dangerous enough to actually make me prevent it, so I let the opponent use it while I Thunderwave and then Stealth Rock myself. If the opponent switches to a ground, is ground, or is Electivire, I will either Ice Punch it or switch to safety. It is important to keep Jirachi alive to spread paralysis later on.

Swampert - (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 80 HP/244 Atk/92 Def/92 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Waterfall
- Curse
- Earthquake
- Ice Punch

Probably my favorite pokemon, Swampert boasts excellent defenses and HP. It also has great attack which comes in handy to swoop in and destroy anything that has been struck with paralysis. The best counter to my Swampert is Gyarados with Taunt. This is easily solved by switching into Latias immediately when Gyarados makes an appearance. One Thunderbolt will kill it and most Gyarados can't beat a Latias with one boosted move besides Outrage or Ice Fang which would most likely be lacked if it already knew Taunt and Dragon Dance.

212scizor.png

Scizor - (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 92 HP/252 Atk/80 Def/4 Spd/80 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Swords Dance
- Superpower
- Pursuit

When a guy is weak to Scizor, throw him in and use Swords Dance when the opponent flees. Bullet Punch then finishes a lot of guys or takes a large chunk of a guy. Scizor makes its appearance mid-game when many guys are weak or paralyzed.

SalamenceNormalSprite.gif

Salamence - (M) @ Expert Belt
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 84 HP/252 Atk/36 Def/100 Spd/36 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
- Dragon Claw

Very good ability and type coverage. Fire Fang seems inferior to Aerial Ace considering they cover two of the same types and Aerial Ace has STAB, but many of the common pokemon are weak to Fire Fang and not Aerial Ace. Dragon Dance boosts its already great Attack and Speed and any attack from there is a force to be reckoned with.

245.png

Suicune - @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 160 HP/148 Def/60 SAtk/140 SDef
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Rest
- Ice Beam

A good special and physical wall. Let's say Jirachi gets Magnezone thrown into his face. Well, first thing I would do is paralyze it. Next I would try and flinch it out. If Jirachi faints, Suicune goes in. Now I get to Calm Mind while not facing serious damage. Then I can rest. Magnezone can then stay in and get wiped out when Suicune awakes or send in a physical attacker. Most physical attackers can't KO a Suicune in two turns without hurting themself in some way which makes Suicune successful for setting up others.

latias_icon.gif

Latias - (F) @ Lum Berry
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Psychic
- Ice Beam
- Thunderbolt
- Thunderwave

With no investment put into the defenses or HP Latias is using its offensive side while being backed up by it's impressive base defenses. Latias counters Gyarados and can take a few super effective special hits from Rotoms and others. Overall Latias is important for setting up potential sweeps.

Comments and suggestions are wanted! Please tell me all you have to say about my team. Thanks.

Some of your EVs seem a bit weird. Some of them boost Stats without much use, missing out other crucial benchmarks.

I surely recommend a basic 252 HP, 252 Def, 4 Spe Bold Suicune. CM will boost it's already high SpD anyway and it is much safer to max out the Physical Defence which will pay out more since you'll be much sturdier and thus will propably be able to set up more CM, eventually boosting your SpA enough.

the 36/36 defence EVs on Salamence don't make much sense as they wont help you withstand any Ice Beam anyway, so I'd simply go for 252 Atk, 252 Spe with Life Orb over expert belt. Although this will wear you down quicker, you'll gain considerably more power.

Timid is more useful on latias, allowing you to outspeed base 120 speed pokemon. Also, your moveset seems a bit off. Psychic is a free ticket for letting Tyranitar and Scizor switch in and kill you. I suggest changing her set to either one of those two:

Latias @ Choice Specs/Choice Scarf
Timid
4HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Thunderbolt/Grass Knot/Dragon Pulse
- Trick

or

Latias @ Life Orb
Timid
4 HP, 252 SpA, 252 Spe
- Draco Meteor
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
- Recover

You'll might want to add a little more description to your pokemon as to why they are on the team, how they integrate, as otherwise your RMT will get closed... Best of luck, and I hope I helped.
