[OU] Let the monkey sweep

Introduction

First of all, sorry for my english, I'm portuguese and I've 14 years old LOL.
This Wi-Fi team is a balanced OU team that consists in countering all or major part of Infernape's counters in order to open some space for him to sweep.

EVs: 240 HP/216 Def/52 SAtk
Relaxed nature (+Def, -Spd)

- Stealth Rock
- Hydro Pump

Personal Comment: Puts Stealth Rock on the field and has a good bulkyness allowing him to give some type coverage to Celebi, Heatran and Scizor.

Heatran (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 6 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Personal Comment: Amazing Special Attacker allowing to 2HKO some of the most dangerous threads. It also covers swamperts only weakness and forms a great combination with Celebi covering all of his weaknesses too.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/220 Def/38 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Thunder Wave
- Grass Knot
- Recover
- Hidden Power [Fire]

Personal Comment: Heatran's favorite partner. As I said before Heatran covers all Celebi's weakness and not just that. Celebi covers all Heatran's weaknesses too.
Thunder Wave stops some dangerous sweepers and HP Fire OHKO's Scizor and Weavile.

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 252 HP/252 Atk/6 Def
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Personal Comment: U-Turn allows me to scot counters, Superpower takes down Blissey, Bullet Punch revenge kills some Gengars and fragile and quick opponents and pursuit takes out Celebi and Latias.

Zapdos @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 248 HP/230 Def/32 Spd
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Thunderbolt
- Roost
- Heat Wave

Personal Comment: Another nice bulky pokémon on my team. If Celebi is fainted Heatran still has some cover from ground attacks and covers Zapdos from Ice attacks too.

Infernape (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 66 Atk/192 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Fire Blast
- Close Combat
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Personal Comment: The star of this team. After I get enough information on my opponents team I sent out Infernape to sweep everything in my way.
Dragons, Bulky Grounds, Steel, grass and normal types are gonners.

I understand you say your English is not so good, but you can still provide us with more description underneath each individual pokemon. There is little explanation on how individuals in this team promote your Infernape's ability to sweep, so you could include that.
