Before I post the team you must know this team is not a normal team. It is a team that either losing 6-0 or wins 6-0. I win about half the time with it. Don't tell me to change the strategy of my team. Just tells me ways I can improve what I'm trying to do.

Alakazam:
158 def, 252 spd, 100 spdef
timid nature, Inner focus, Choice Scarf

Trick
Trick Room
Taunt
Reflect

Alakazam might seem like an odd lead but its meant to basically trick the pokemon and perhaps ruin a lead like ninjask. Hopefully the player used a move that is super effective against alakazam. (ghost or dark) It is more of a problem when the player uses stealth rock. After this Alakazam should try to use trick room for the next pokemon. If it is still alive reflect. Substitute is a big problem to my team so if i think something is going to use substitute (if it sends out a new pokemon after the 1st one has been tricked since trick will just be like taunt otherwise) i have taunt just in case. I have debated replacing it with light screen.

Ariados:
150 hp, 180 def, 180 spdef
Sassy nature, Insomnia, Focus Sash

Spider Web
Baton Pass
Protect
Disable

Poison Bug typing is mainly why i picked Ariados. If something has used a super effective move against alakazam and is now scarfed and trick room is on Ariados will be faster. The pokemon will probably not switch out as it is fairly easy to kill ariados. I trap the pokemon and then use baton pass. Even if trick room isn't on ariados can survive 2 hits from most things its neutral to. The focus sash is mainly there just in case something does enough damage to kill ariados in 1 hit whiel trick room is on. I could've replaced Ariados with Smeargle but I tested this and Smeargle seemed to work less of the time.

(Ariados is for when alakazam's trick works and the pokemon doesn't switch out. The next 2 pokemon are for when it doesn't work.)

Umbreon:
110 hp, 200 def, 200 spdef
Timid Nature, synchronize, Focus Sash

Mean look
taunt
Baton Pass
Yawn

Umbreon is basically a safer but more obvious Ariados. Umbreon is for a pokemon that hasn't been tricked yet while Ariados isn't. The strategy is to mean look and baton pass. Yawn is for when the pokemon that will be tricking may not survive hits from the opposing pokemon. taunt is again for when I suspect substitute will be used. Substitute cripples my team. Synchronize is supposed to discourage people from poisoning or burning Umbreon but unfortunately they still do often. This isn't a problem except that they die too soon if this happens.

Drifblim:
252 def, 252 spd, 6 spdef
Timid Nature, Unburden, Choice Scarf
Trick
Baton Pass
Rain Dance
Substitute

It is highly hoped here that the pokemon facing Drifblim either tries to inflict it with a status or uses a move super effective against Drifblim. A move that raises the opponents statuses like dragon dance or curse is also liked. Drifblim tricks the opponent. At this point I think unburden kicks in. I am not sure of this as I didn't think that was supposed to happen but it does in shoddy. Most of the time Drifblim is able to baton pass away be4 it can be killed. This is odd but I am glad it works. If the opponent didnt use an attack move and the weather is something damaging Rain Dance is used. If no weather is used then it is substitute then pass. I also considered using Celebi for this role as it is faster and stronger. However, it is important to me the opponent doesn't use fighting or ground. Normal is also something I don't particularly want being used. Ghost and Dark are great if they are used. Electric ice, and rock are okay.

Lunatone:
110 hp, 200 def, 200 spdef
Sassy Nature, Levitate, Leftovers

Cosmic Power
Baton Pass
Reflect
Substitute

Lunatone is used to raise defences. It can be used if electric, ice, rock, ground, normal, fire, or flying move is being used. (The pokemon is tricked by this time so no need to worry about more than 1 move) The goal here is use cosmic power as many times as possible then pass. Reflect can help lunatone do this if the damage from say an ice move at 1st is too much for Lunatone to take more than three times. Substitute is used before passing is possible.

Drapion:
100 hp, 204 def, 204 spdef
Adament Nature, Battle Armor, Leftovers

Acupressure
Crunch
Substitute
Taunt

Drapion is what this Baton pass chain has been leading to. You can see why I wanted ghost or dark attacks to be used as drapion can take them well. It can take poison, grass, and even most bug attacks (those are neutral). It is even immune to psychic. Most of what it cannot take is covered by Drifblim's immunities to fighting and ground or Lunatone's resistances and defence status boosts. The only attacks that still are a problem are strong steel attacks water attacks, and rarely dragon attacks. (Drapion has a chance with these attacks but needs some luck it often doesn't get.) Drapion's strategy starts off with it making a substitute. It them attempts to use acupressure while the enemy cannot switch out and can also only select 1 move. Acupressure raises a random status +2. This includes evasion and accuracy. This is not banned for some reason and doesn't break any clauses. Once the pokemon runs out of pp it will struggle at die. Now Drapion is behind a substitute with status boosts in every category. If its used acupressure at least 10 times it should have enough boosts. If it doesn't I can attempt to boost more during my sweep. Now the smarter playing will try to roar away Drapion or use some sort of status move. This is where taunt comes in. After I taunt them I can attempt to use acupressure more if I need to. If Drapion has enough status boosts it should be able to safely taunt and 1hko almost everything in the OU ladder. Some things are a 2hko like Lucario but that is what the substitute is for. Only earthquake can really damage drapion more than 25% and get rid of it substitute if it has defence and special defence boosts. EVen then its evasions will make it where Drapion cant be hit. The only other move that can touch Drapion is Seismic toss. Even then 3 or 4 of the opponents pokemon have to have the move for it to become an issue. I have had drapion get switched out of faint after the tricked pokemon faints.

Problems:

Substitute is a big problem unless it is taunt ed or is the move that is tricked on as I cant get rid of it because I don't have any attacks.

Machamp is a problem if it is the tricked pokemon. It kills Lunatone and Drifblim quickly as well as Umbreon. Its no guard also makes it a lot harder for Drapion to boost as evasions are disregarded.

Scizor is a problem as it has a strong steel move. Bullet punch is also a priority move which makes it tougher to survive on.

Infernape can be a problem unless it is scarfed using a fire move. (It usually is is i use drifblim but it can outspeed drifblim and kill it before it can pass sometimes)

People who try to poison or burn Umbreon. They die quickly before Drapion can boost. I feel liek thats a lucky break for them though as they don't really have a reason to burn or poison themselves.

I am not saying this is the greatest team. It only works about half the time.

I would appreciate suggestions or pokemon I could substitute that have the same effect. I also don't know if I'm using my ev's right.

Don't tell me to change the strategy of my team. I have other teams that work fine with normal strategies. This is just a unique strategy I'm putting out there.

According to smogon, when using acupressure, "if the target has a Substitute, this move has no effect, even if the target is the user of the move." Does this clause not apply in shoddy?
