OU metagame - fairly standard team, beginner in need of some advice!

Ok basically, my team here is a pretty general offensive team, with the support of sleep and mean look. I win more than I lose on Shoddy Battle, but only just, and I would really like to know anything I could do to improve this team's overall performance.

Bronzong @Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 84 Atk / 80 Def / 94 SDef
Sassy Nature
Ability: Levitate
-Gyro Ball
-Hypnosis
-Stealth Rock
-Earthquake

Bronzong opens with Stealth Rock pretty much every time, then either uses HYpnosis and switches out, or if the opponent is particularly fast/uses substitute (ninjask for example) I use Gyro Ball instead of Hypnosis to take them down.

Umbreon @Leftovers
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 6 SDef
Bold Nature
-Mean Look
-Baton Pass
-Dark Pulse
-Wish

Second support pokemon, I switch Umbreon in and use mean look+baton pass to get back to the right sweeper. Also, if the opponent switches in a psychic type, he is my resistance and can 2HKO most psychic sweepers with Dark Pulse.

Inferanape @Choice Band
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
-Flare Blitz
-Close Combat
-Thunderpunch
-Stone Edge

Pretty simple, switches in from either bronzong or umbreon and STABs fire or fighting, choice band makes the 2 support pokemon very important for switching in and out all the time

Starmie @Choice Specs
EVs: 6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
Ability: Natural Cure
-Surf
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Psychic

Same as Infernape

Gengar @Choice Specs
EVs: 6 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
-Shadow Ball
-Thunderbolt
-Focus Blast
-Hypnosis

I considered using Life Orb here, but I thought Choice would fit better with my theme, plus the power boost is incredible!

Dragonite @Choice Band
EVs: 6 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Fire Blast
-Aqua Tail

Outrage is AMAZING! It has never failed to OHKO anything non steel I've pitted him against, and thats without the DD set.

The biggest weakness of this team is fast sweeping thunder types such as jolteon, as electric is the only type I have no resistance to, but I usually use bronzong for that, either earkquake or gyro ball, depending on how fast they are.

So yeah, any opinions, weaknesses or improvments, please let me know :)

Ok, right off the bat I can tell that you a lot of Choiced users, 4 of them to be exact. Now, this isn't something bad, but it requires a ton of prediction on your part to pull such thing off, and having synergy is key.

Dragonite

Ok, well, if you're going to use a Choice Banded Dragonite, I recommend using Salamence instead for a couple of reasons. It has a much higher Attack stat, reaching above 600 Attack which is pretty high. Also, it has a higher Speed stat so it won't be revenge-killed by faster threats. Also, Outrage is extremely powerful, being capable of OHKOing a ton of Pokemon.

Gengar

I would definitely replace Hypnosis with Trick. Hypnosis isn't the most reliable move on Gengar, especially since it's Choiced. One miss can cost you Gengar's life, which is generally not good. Trick is more helpful, since you are able to Trick an opponent as they're stat boosting, like Suicune for example, messing them up big time. It also helps against crippling walls like Blissey.

Umbreon

The only thing I would change here is that you should use Payback instead of Dark Pulse. Payback will get a power of 100 since Umbreon is pretty slow, which is 20 points higher than Dark Pulse. Also, if you are gonna use Payback, switch to an Impish nature to increase Umbreon's Attack stat instead of decreasing it with a Bold nature.

Something else I'd like to add:

If you want to remove your Electric weakness, Porygon2 is an excellent choice. It's also able to switch in on Gyarados and Salamence to trace their Intimidate, switch into Vaporeon, Heatran, Jolteon, and other threats. You can swap Porygon2 for Umbreon, since it is just as bulky, if not better.

Here's the set you should use:

Porygon2 @ Leftovers
252 HP / 216 Def / 30 SpA
-Thunder Wave / Toxic
-Thunderbolt
-Ice Beam
-Recover

This can be really helpful for your team.

Hopefully I helped.

Thanks a lot, I have replaced Dragonite with a Salamence with the exact same set-up, and as you say his stats are quite a bit higher.

I have changed Umbreon and Gengar as you suggested as well, but so far neither of their new attacks have come up in battle.

Cheers

Also, Porygon 2 is an idea I totally hadn't thought of, I'll definitely give it a few goes see how it plays out :)
