OU - Pokemon Showdown Ladder! Adjusting from 4th Gen to 5th Gen

Herro everyone.
First post here.
I haven't played competitive Pokemon since the days of Platinum but Aeo's Pokemon Showdown renewed my interest.
I managed to get a decent 75% win ratio with my 4th gen team. But then I decided to try to adapt it to the current metagame.

Team Building - The remnants of 4th Gen

BigBird (Skarmory) @ Leftovers
Trait:Sturdy
Impish Nature (+ Def, - Sp.Atk)
EVs:252 HP / 72 Atk / 186 Def
-Brave Bird
-Stealth Rock
-Roost
-Whirlwind

I've tried to replace Skarm many, many times.
Donphan was a fantastic alternative until I saw how many people were using Dragonites.
Thus Skarmory stayed..

OverEasy (Chansey) @ Eviolite
Trait : Natural Cure
Calm nature (- Atk, +Sp.Def)
EVs:252 HP / 252 Def /4 Sp. Def
-Thunder Wave
-Seismic Toss
-Wish
-Aromatherapy

Using almost the exact same setup as my 4th Gen Blissey.
I added Wish from when Donphan replaced Skarm, but I found it much better than Softboiled.
So it stayed.

Wheelchair (Latias) @ Choice Specs
Trait: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 Sp. Atk / 4 HP / 252 Spe
-Draco Meteor
-Surf
-HP Fire
-Psyshock

I used to run trick but then I.....saw the value of Psyshock.
Both moves were 'Anti Sp. Wall' moves except, Psyshock was STAB and could allow Latias to sweep.​

Queen (Kingdra) @ Leftovers
Trait: Swift Swim
Nature: Lonely(+ Atk, -Def)
EVs:252 Atk /112 Sp.Atk /144 Spe
-Waterfall
-HP Fire
-Outrage
-Dragon Dance

I used to run Gyarados in 4th Gen, but I wanted a non-SR weak replacement.
I also saw a large amount of Ferrothorn.
So enter Kingdra.

Ohms (Zapdos) @ Leftovers
Trait: Pressure
Nature: Modest(-Atk, +Sp.Atk)
EVs:252 HP/200 Def/24 Spe/36 Sp.def
-Thunderbolt
-Heat Wave
-Roost
-Toxic

I'm not sure why I picked Zapdos, but he's incredibly effective in OU.
He hits hard and takes fighting type attacks like a baws.
Scizor tickles him.

Verizon (Virizion) @ Leftovers
Trait: Justified
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 Spe/252 Sp.Atk/4 HP
-Giga Drain
-HP Ice
-Focus Blast
-Calm Mind

I was thinking about adding a Celebi, but then I saw this guy.
Focus Blast truly is the most unreliable move of all time, and I truly wish he had Aura Sphere.
I switch him into bulky waters, CM, and proceed to tear teams apart.
Provided Focus Blast hits.

The Conclusion.

So far this team got me to 82W-17L on the OU Ladder of PShowdown.
My main weakness is Pokemon weak to Earthquake, because none of my Pokemon have ground moves.
Donphan solved that, but Dragonites necessitated the need for a Steel physical wall.
