Keldeo is Limbo, Thundurus is Uber, Rain Dish is not yet released on Blastoise, and your descriptions need to be more detailed about the roles and purposes each of your Pokes play so I can give an accurate rate.
 
this has 7 pokemon... add descriptions and such and read the rules. Thundurus is banned you have 4 things weak to electric and an unreliable resistance. Im guessing this is an ingame non-evd team but post EVs, not overall stats. If those are EVs... fail they go in groups of four

Im pretty usre rain dish was released
 
If its a rain team you could have a pokemon that know Thunder, under the rain it has 100% accuracy. Try magneton or magnezone, they are weak to fire but when raining fire power is weaker so it could help.

Just like Asterat said you have a lot of pokemon weak to electric. Adding a Water-Ground pokemon would help you cover that weakness.


A question for Dragone: Can we use Limbo pokemon in OU tier??
