OU RMT for Shoddy

Finally got a new idea after a long block.
The Team:

S

gbgsh094.png
dpmfb373.png
pkrssh192.gif
dpmfsa472.png

This team revolves around a Gliscor sweep. I also made this team out of boredom and putting six random pokemon together. That means it's not tested like the rest of my other RMT Teams.

The Lead

deoxyse.png

Deo@Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EV's: 220 HP, 52 Att, 200 SpAtt, 36 Spe
Nature: Naughty
~Taunt
~Stealth Rock
~Shadow Ball
~Super Power

Deo is here to stop any attempts to set up with Taunt. Then while they attack you set up SR. Then start hitting leads super effectivly with Ghost+Fighting. He eases up kills for Gliscor with SR which changes 2HKOs to OHKOs and 3HKOs to 2HKOs. I messed up the EV's of the Spiker set to warrant Super Power.
ShiningDragon pointed out my mistake.

The Wish Passer

vaporeon.png

Vappy@Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EV's: 188 HP, 252 Def, 70 SpAtt
Nature: Bold
~Wish/Toxic
~HP {Electric}
~Surf
~Protect

Vapporeon replaced Gardevoir. I really needed an Electric move so Gliscor could sweep better, so I ditched Ice Beam For HP {Electric}. This also counters Heatran quite well. I'm debating if I should take out Wish for Toxic. I really don't use Wish and Protect+Toxic is good stalling.
Replaced Gardevoir.

The SubPuncher

s_gengar.png

Spook@Expert Belt
Ability: Levitate
EV's: 64 Att, 192 SpAtt, 252 Spe
Nature: Hasty
~Focus Punch
~Substitute
~Shadow Ball
~Hypnosis

McGar in all his surprizing glory. McGar is awesome, taking out 1-2 and sleeping 1 Pokemon with just the surprize factor. Expert Belt is to boost his SE hits, which he has a lot (7/17). Sub, Sleep then attack. Sometimes I just sleep. McGar has saved my ass a ton of times.
Replaced Spiritomb.

The Bulk

salamence.png

Drago@Leftovers
Ability: Intimidate
EV's: 252 HP, 180 Def, 76 Spe
Nature: Jolly
~Roost
~Dragon Dance
~Dragon Claw
~Fire Fang

I ripped this off Aldaron. Again. This is my ansewer to anything physical as long as it doesn't have an ice move. Switch into Hera with imppunity and DD up while he hits you with weakened Stone Edges. Roost when about to die or to lose the Rock weak. This is the link to where I found the set:

The Steel Monster

s_metagross.png

Steel Monger@Choice Band
Ability: Clear Body
EV's: 232 HP, 252 Att, 20 Spe
Nature: Adamant
~Meteor Mash
~Earthquake
~Explosion
~Bullet Punch

CBGross packs huge power. With 603/4 Attack he rips huge holes in a ton of things and makes Bullet Punch hurt. When he's done I go off with a bang or when I need to take out something annoyng. The Ev's are strange but effective. The number one bane to steel types is Magnezone. The Steel Killer Magnezone sits at 177 Speed, while I sit at 181 Speed.
Replaced Mamoswine.

Now onto the Grand Finale! It's:

The Core

gliscor.png

Scorpio@Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EV's: 180 HP, 56 Att, 56 Def, 218 Spe
Nature: Impish
~Roost
~Swords Dance
~Earthquake
~Ice Fang

The core of this team. Scorpio would come out Mid-Game after the Bulky Waters, Bronzongs and Ice types are taken out and reak havoc on the oppenent's team. I chose Ice+Ground because it is resisted by the least out of his other choices. I think I may move a few Def EVs to Att to pack a bigger punch. Here is the link to the set:

Aldaron and Skiddle for making two of the sets in this RMT.

Oh and I almost forgot:

Taunt isn't needed because I have it covered with Deo-S. And the whole piont of this team is to clear the way for a Gliscor sweep, so SD is neccesary.

After using X-Act's pokemon coverage sheet I found Ground+Rock has a bigger impact on the standard metagame than the other choices. So should I ditch Ice Fang for Stone Edge?
Ground+Rock hits: 50.59% of the metagame.
Ground+Ice hits: 48.33% of the metagame.

Houndoom Dude

Great OU Team but may i add some advice. Since this is an OU team there is a good chance you will come up a good SP.D wall like Blissey. It has great hp and solid sp.defence. I would recomending find a slot in your party to put a ...

thumbnail.aspx
Porygon-Z (It's borderline but...)
Nature:Modest
Ability: Adaptilbility
Item: Life Orb
ev's : 252 SPA,252 SPEED
Move's:

Tri-Attack
Nasty Plot
Ice Beam
Whatever you want

Adapdibility boost's stabs x2 and a SPA sweeper like porygon-z is almost unbeatable when holding a life orb and using tri-attack with adaptibilty. It becomes a practical OHKO if it uses Nasty Plot. But i would only use nasty plot 1 against a strong Fighting attacker. In this case ice beam would do well because most fighting attackers don't have thrilling SPDF so it would do damage and maybe freeze the foe which will allow nasty plot to be used 2-3 times. Now you can practically knock out a slaking. If the foe is a good attacker i would not recomend using nasty plot alot if the foe is not frozen because Porygon-z only has a decent 85 HP, and 70 defence and a high health attacker could do some serious damage to Porygon's Hp.

Hope I helped bye.
Please don't infract me I always come to smogon just trying to help.

I don't know how that could come on my team. All my pikmon with spatts are walls and PZ can't wall very well. He might be able to go over Gardevior, but the status is really needed to help wall and disable threats.

I don't like the ridiculous weakness to Tyranitar here. The lack of Rock, Dark and Ice resistances are going to hurt the team a lot. If anything, I'd probably replace Mamoswine with Metagross. You keep as hard of a hitter, but at least you won't get 100% raped by like the aforementioned Ice/Dark attacks, which seems to just simply 2HKO your whole team. The Rock resist will help against Tyranitar as well.

Gardevoir seems kind of out of place on the team, although it seems to help greatly with Heatran, so with this said, Vaporeon isn't a bad replacement here. It still helps with Gyarados as Gardevoir did, however even more so, and it can serve as alright help to Garchomp since we took out Mamoswine. The Wish comes in handy to help refresh everyone, despite them mostly having Recovery moves as well.

Spiritomb doesn't resist ghost and dark....and it doesn't seem to really fit in here as well. The team is too fast paced to really have something Rest and Sleep Talking while sitting there being a lame duck. I'd much rather go with the usual Gengar to provide that fast offense. Sleep isn't a bad thing to have either in Hypnosis.

OK sure I'll test it out. But with Meta should I go with agiligross or CBGross. I'm leaning toward CBGross. And on Gengar I'll test out McGar and standard.

I think Naive would be a better option than Modest on Deoxys. Modest will drop your attack stat so Superpower won't be as strong. Also you want to be able to outspeed all choice scarf abusers. I also am not a huge fan of annoyers but I have no better moveset for Gardevoir.

Thanks ShiningDragon. I messed up the nature when I typed.
The Changes:
Mamo is replaced for CBGross.
Gardevoir is replaced for Vapporeon.
Spiritomb is replaced for McGar (SubPunch Gengar).

I use Ghost and Fighting a lot. Anyway this guy was slapped onto the team because I needed a Dark and Ghost resist and someone to take status.

Spritomb resists neither Ghost nor Dark; he takes neutral from both. I don't know if you were talking about Spiritomb himself, or someone to resist Dark/Ghost, but I just felt like pointing that out. (I know he's not on your team anyone but still)

I'm having trouble with Cresselia and Yanmega especially if Meta is gone. And if I lose Bullet Punch on Meta Yanmega walks all over me. Suggestions?
