This is my newest team. I have tested it, and it works pretty well, losing about 2 matches out of 10. Obviously, I want to get rid of those two losses so I was hoping for help.
Team Whatever at a glance:

Team Whatever building process:
I started from the beggining. With a lead. I wanted a lead that could set up SR and be able to come back into the game later. I knew which Poke was perfect for this job. Metagross.

Then, I wanted a Phsyical Wall. I had a favourite Pokemon for this job, which was Zapdos.

In most of my OU teams, I had a Revenge Killer, and I decided that this team was no different. Latias was a small favourirte of mine, and had the capability to be a Revenge Killer, so I added her to the team.

Now I knew I would need some firepower of some sort, and Gyarados was the first thing that came to mind.

Then I figured I was going to need some Spikes to help what little firepower I had, and with 2 SR weaknesses, it would have to be able to Rapid Spin. Cue Forretress;

Now I need something that would have been able to not only block Rapid Spin, but also be able to sweep, so Gengar fitted the job perfectly.

This is when I noticed the Fire weakness. Latias was a great Revenge Killer, but I knew something that would not only pack more punch, but cover that Fire weakness and use it to it's own advantage;

supermarth64 then suggested to me that I should retry Latias in the team, but as a CM user. I tried this and it didn't work out. So I decided that I would need to fill that void of revenge killer, and (under locopoke's advice) put a Choice Scarf on Gengar and changed his set. He also suggested that I use a different set for Zapdos and Forretress, which I tried out and it worked, so thatnks to those guyt's for the help. Also, I had a space in my team, and I needed as Late Game sweeper. So I came up with Lucario. Lucario had worked wonders in for me in the past, and hopefully he would do quite well in this team too.

Now for the 'In-Depth' look:
The Lead

Metagross @Lum Berry
Clear Body
Adamant [+ATK -SPA]
252 HP/236 ATK/8 DEF/12 SPE
- Stealth Rock
- Bullet Punch
- Earthquake
- Explosion
Metagross is a great lead in this metagame. It can easily set up rocks, attack, or explode in some cases. This is what I do against (in my eyes) the 5 most common leads in the OU metagame:
Metagross: Outspeed the Smogon set and 2HKO with Earthquake
Roserade: Be cured of Sleep with Lum Berry, 2HKO with Earthquake and then Bullet Punch
Azelf: Bullet Punch it to death.
Gliscor: Normally I would switch to Gengar to avoid the Earthquake, but sometimes I stay in if I think they're gonna Taunt me.
Jirachi: Earthquake first and then my next ove depends on what they did just.
Metagross can also come back later on int he game to attack or take out a Blissey with an Explosion, whic is useful as this team is walled by Blissey.
The reason I have this EV spread is because I wanted to have max HP, near max ATK and be able to outspeed most other common LeadGrosses.
The item is to stop me falling asleep if they are using Roserade or something of the like.
The Spiker/Rapid Spinner

Forretress @Leftovers
Sturdy
Relaxed [+DEF -SPE]
252 HP/112 ATK/144 DEF (0 SPE IV's)
- Spikes
- Toxic Spikes
- Rapid Spin
- Explosion
Spikes and Toxic Spikes are invalueble for this team. They help my sweepers immensely by taking up to 25% of the opponents health before I even attack them, and Poisoning them is helpful just incase I hit them and they have less than 12% left, which pretty much ensures OHKO's for every attack I use. Rapid Spin is to rid of opposing SR's that hurt Gyarados and Zapdos. Explosion is again for Blissey and to punish other Poke's who try to set up on Forretress.
The EV spread I'm using ensures max HP and will further help get the OHKO with Explosion. The DEF EV's and the Relaxed nature are for extra defence, bringing Forretress's DEF stat up to 386 making him pretty bulky. Leftovers are there just for the gradual HP recovery.
The Physical Wall

Zapdos @Leftovers
Pressure
Bold [+DEF -ATK]
248 HP/228 DEF/32 SPE
- Roost
- Thunderbolt
- Heat Wave
- Hidden Power [Grass]
Zapdos is perhaps my favourite Pokemon. In this team it serves as a Phsyical Wall or Tank, and is a counter to many common Pokemon in the current OU metagame. It's STAb Thunderbolt packs a mean punch coming off quite a high base Special Attack stat. Heat Wave and Hidden Power Grass are for coverage, and can help greatly. Zapdos can stay in against most things, and can Roost off any damage and rid of it's Rock and Ice weakness, which can help, although it means it would then be vulnerable to the common Earthquake.
The EV's on this set are to ensure it is pretty bulky. I use this set over the Specially Defensive set because this set seems more Offensive and helps more. Leftovers are for gradual HP recovery when I don't want to use Roost. A Bold nature ensures a high DEF stat, making it like a Wall or Tank if you will.
The Spin Blocker/Revenge Killer

Gengar @Choice Scarf
Levitate
Modest [+SPA -ATK]
4 DEF/252 SPA/252 SPE
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Fire]
Gengar is a great sweeper. With it's high Special Attack and Speed stats, it is perfect for what I want it to do. Kill. Shadow Ball is it's STAB move. Originally I had Sludge Bomb on here as it was more powerful, but then I realised how stupid itw as to have Sludge Bomb over Shadow Ball as Shadow Ball hits more for Super Effective damage which is helpful. Focus Blast is to take out those pesky Dark types which easily counter this set. Thunderbolt is for coverage, as is Hidden Power Fire.
The EV's and Nature on this set ensue that Gengar outspeeds most things it wants to kill. 252 SPA EV's and a Life Orb gives Gengar the power to OHKO or 2HKO most things.
The Boosting Sweeper

Gyarados @Leftovers
Intimidate
Adamant
156 HP/72 ATK/96 DEF/184 SPE
- Taunt
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Return
Ahh, Bulky DDGyara. This is a solid sweeper. The fact that not much can OHKO it, it has Intimidate and a mediocre Speed stat mean that it cal always get a Dragon Dance or two going. Once it has those, it can sweep with STAB Waterfall, or a base power 102 Return giving it unresisted coverage. Taunt is for those annoying Pokemon that try and inflict status on Gyarados which cripples it.
The EV's on this set ensure bulkiness and a high attack stat with 72 ATK EV's and a posistive nature. 184 Speed makes sure it outspeeds most things after a Dragon Dance.
The Late Game Sweeper

Lucario @Life Orb
Inner Focus
Jolly
252 ATK/4 DEF/252 SPE
- Swords Dance
- Close Combat
- Extremespeed
- Crunch
Lucario is an excellent Late Game sweeper. If I get 1 Swords Dance up and they only have 1-3 Pokemon left, they're screwed. Close Combat, Lucario's STAB move, will OHKO most things off the bat. Extremspeed, with it's 80 BP and its priority mean that it will also do signifficant damage to most things that don't resist it. Crunch is to rid of those pesky Ghost types that trey and ruin your sweep, as they are immune to both Close Combat and Extremespeed.
252 ATK EV's and a Life Orb give lucario a pretty good attacking ability, especially witht he added power from the Life Orb. the 252 Speed stat EV's and the Jolly nature ensue that Lucario can outspeed most things that resist Extremespeed, which is helpful.
