OU RMT - WishPass

Salamence (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 234 Atk/252 Spd/24 SAtk
Naughty nature (+Atk, -SDef)
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Blast
- Outrage
---
D-Dancing Mence. Typically doesn't stay frontman very long enless I can seize an opportunity to get a hard hit off without taking damage. Life Orb to make him a hard-hitter even without D-Dance if I can't do it.

Latias (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/120 Def/24 Spd/114 SDef
Calm nature (+SDef, -Atk)
- Dragon Pulse
- Thunder Wave
- Light Screen
- Wish
---
Chose this over Blissey for my Special Wall because I prefer its moveset+ev versatility. Sets up Light Screen and uses Wish which is extremely important for how this team runs. T-Wave also helps setup my entire team very well.

Bronzong @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 252 HP/86 Atk/80 Def/92 Spd
Sassy nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Earthquake
- Gyro Ball
- Hypnosis
- Stealth Rock
---
My choice for a physical wall in this team to prevent me from going 3x Ice Weak and counteract Latias bug weak. Also my sleeper/s-rocker.

Suicune @ Leftovers
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/6 SAtk
Bold nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Ice Beam
- Roar
- Surf
---
Bulky water and phazer. Secondary sweeper and with a Calm Mind off a SubPass can start doing some damage if not phazed.

Starmie @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 174 HP/216 Spd/120 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Recover
- Rapid Spin
- Surf
- Thunderbolt
---
Basically just Rapid Spinner with some kick, can do some damage with a Sub if I have to and can clear out stuff later.

Jolteon (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Volt Absorb
EVs: 42 HP/216 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Baton Pass
- Hidden Power [Grass]
- Substitute
- Thunderbolt
---

My Sub-Passer. Used to be lead but then I decided to put Salamence up front. Hits extremely hard with T-Bolt and no one expects HP-Grass anymore so I can typically hit hard to any of them and get myself a free Sub when they switch out to avoid the 2HKO.

Salamence makes a horrible lead. Lead Metagross sets up SR, survives a Earthquake/Fire Blast and then explodes. Azelf does the same. Jirachi U-turns to a counter. Infernape Fake Outs, SRs and then swaps out. You get the idea. Use Bronzong as your lead for an early SR or Hypnosis.

There are two different sets of ideas I can give your team. The first is as follows, and involves small changes:

Your Latias is completely screwed against Tyranitar and Scizor. I don't understand what you mean by different moveset, because Blissey can know all those moves except Dragon Pulse. Replace Light Screen with Reflect. This solves both problems.

Starmie should have 136 HP / 156 Def / 216 Spd in order to survive a LO Stone Edge from Gyarados after a DD and with SR in play.

Here's the second:

Replace Starmie with Vaporeon. Vaporeon has Wish Pass support, decent SpA to back up it's Surf, and still reliably beats Gyarados (more reliably than Starmie). You do give up Rapid Spin, but only Salamence is weak to it.

With Vaporeon providing Wishpass, Latias can be a defensive CMer, pursuing the role of both a special wall and a CM sweeper.

This means that Suicune isn't needed on the team. I would replace it with Scarf Heatran. Heatran makes an excellent Scizor check, and it can take Bug and Ice attacks for your team, as well as a secondary Dragon resist Pokemon. You do give up Roar, but I see little use for it on the team, especially one that uses Substitute and Wishpass with no Spikes or TSpikes and few statuses to inflict on the opponent.

This second lot of changes allows your team to go on the offensive more easily, and more easily take advantage of your opponent, but it gives up the support moves Reflect, Thunderwave and Roar. Whichever set you choose is your choice.
