OU RMT :)

with the low winning % of my hail team i've started to test some new strats/team. This is actually the best team i've done, but i still don't know if it's good or not so...Tell me what you think ;) [I apologize for my bad english. It's not my first language, so be patient and intuitive :P]

Forretress (F) @Leftovers
trait: Sturdy
Relaxed Nature
Ev: 252 HP , 176 Def , 80 SpD
-Stealth Rock
-Spikes
-Rapid Spin
-Introvolt

this is my lead, able to place/couter entry hazard vs most of the 5th gen lead.
If the other lead is a Ninetales i switch into Heatran and benefit the fire bonus. If it's a bulkywater i'll introvolt. Why introvolt? To grant a neutral round and controll the field (for my SubDisable Gengar is extremely useful).

490.png
Heatran (M) @Air Balloon
trait: flash fire
Timid Nature
Ev: 252 HP , 4 SpD , 252 Spe
-Roar
-Dragon Pulse
-Protect
-Lavaplume

Able to absorb fire and cover the swith from my lead. If i predict a switch i'll toxic/roar (to scout). A good counter to scizor, still suffer his superpower but protect+switch into gengar will be fine (same for infernape with close combat, i'll just switch in starmie or gengar again).

Gengar (M) @Leftover
trait: levitate
Timid Nature
Ev: 252 SpA , 4 HP , 252 Spe
-Substitute
-Disable
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast

SubDisable is great. Just substitute to scout+disable every slower pkm. Than sub again and see what happens. If they switch you'll have the wall up and the chance to start slaying the opponent pkm with the perfect coverage of Shadow Ball+Focus Blast (+ the dmg from entry hazard). If they stay...well scout the move again than attack or either switch and benefit the Disable bonus. In the end he covers heatran and terrakion from fighting/ground type and blocks rapid spin.

Terrakion @Choice Scarf
trait: justified
Adamant Nature
Ev: 252 Atk , 4 HP , 252 Spe
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- X-Scizor
- Quick Attack

Covers gengar from dark attacks and gain a bonus from it. Works well also like revenge killer hitting hard (and fast) or at least forcing a switch (and this is good if i have my entry hazard up). I'm not sure on the item but i fear way to much the scarf on others to place a Choice Band on him.

121.png
Starmie (N) @Life Orb
trait: naturale cure
Timid Nature
Ev: 252 SpA , 252 Spe , 4 HP
- Lightning Bolt
- Ice Beam
- Surf
- Recover

Here is my other sweeper. He can switch in taking Psy attack from Gengar or defend terrakion from his OU couter Gliscor/Slowbro. Great attack coverage, great speed and his abilità make him solid from the early-mid game from the very end sweeping and healing him self if i predict a switch.

113.png
Chansie (F) @Eviolite
trait: natural cure
Bold Nature
Ev: 252 HP , 4 SpD , 252 Def
- Thunder Wave
- Solfboiled
- Wish
- Sismic Toss

Great special tank and also a moderatly good def tank thans to his item: Eviolite. I usually use him vs strong special attackers to scout while i heal and decide who i'll use. He does his job healing my team and paralizing as much as he can. Can handle Latios.

Strategy

early game

Winning the entry hazard battle could be a key to win the game for my team that often force to switch. I need to play solid with Forretress+Gengar if my opponent also wants to take the control with hazards.

mid game

If gengar's sub goes up the war can begin! Stealing as much hp as i can from enemy's pkm sub-disabling them. I'll also try the same forcing switch while i cover my attackers weakness with another attacker (and than attacking with him).
In the mid game i'm not going for an all out attack, i prefere to scout with protect/substitute or chansey while waiting a good momentum to sweep.

late game

Usually starts from a killed chansey / forretress to gain neutral round and start sweeping with terrakion and starmie. Nothing to add. usually if i am this point and nothing went wrong i have a good % to win the game.

Team Weakness

This team is still under testing and i'm sure i don't have a complete map of it's weakness so i'll wait the community rate :)

first edit: i find Rain stall teams really hard to fight :/ same for bulky water pkm.

Will-O-Wisp is more useful on Heatran, hp fire on gengar, and toxic on Chansey.

Maybe now you could *cough*check out my team*cough*
