Metagross @ Lum Berry
Ability: Clear Body
EVs: 112 HP/184 Atk/212 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- Pursuit
- Explosion
- Earthquake

First things first, thanks to Council for introducing this Metagross in public. Specifically amazing for me because I have an answer to Gengar and Deoxys, without having to resort to dodgy prediction; that usually ends up in a disaster. According to its description, with the HP EVs Metagross can survive one Jolly Garchomp's Earthquake after Stealth Rock damage has been dealt. Situational seems to be the metagame's craze these days, and this Metagross proves that point. Oftenly enough, I explode immediately after Gengar or Deoxys have been cleared. Thank to Sikh Assasin to opening my eyes and suggesting this set.

Empoleon@lefties
Calm
EVs
Surf
Ice Beam
Grass Knot
Roar
252 HP / 252 SpD / 4 Spe

common tank-weakens the opposition and scouts the other team- slowly draining their enery so deoxys is in for a quick sweep.

heatran@specs
modest
Flamethrower
Earth Power
Dragon Pulse
Explosion
40 HP / 252 SpA / 216 Spe

standard specstran- covers my fire weak while taking out the main threat to deoxys-yanmega.Also kills hera which is a boost.

Slowbro@lefties
Bold
212 hp 44 sp.atk 252 def
slack off
calm mind
HP Electric
surf

my physical wall-helps with my fire weak

Salamence
Leftovers
Jolly
252 HP, 80 Def, 176 Spe
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
Roost
Earthquake

I've already explained what this does on metagross-but i'll explain it again. Mence has 4 weaknessess-electric dragon rock ice.Metagross resists all of those weaknesses.Fantastic synergy i worked out when i first played pokemon.Metagross has 4 weaks also-ground bug dark and fire.Mence resist all of those apart from dark, which is neutral.Bulkymence absolutely tears through the majority of OU taking chomp, weavile and a hell of a lot else after a few dragon dances.Roost off the damage and its like doing the Sinnoh league all over again-easy.

deoxys
Life Orb
Hasty
Psychic
Superpower
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
252 SpA, 252 Spe, 6 Atk

late game sweeper-clears up any survivors and generally kicks ass-not much to say really.

please RMT!

Please add more vibrant and creative descriptions about the team, the synergy, how you predict, what they counter, a noticeable threat list, and a "Team At A Glance" section. This will allow raters to be able to actually understand what the Pokemon do, which holes they cover, and if there are better Pokemon for the job. I would also suggest you add pictures from www.pe2k.com, read the rules once again, and format this team as stated in said rules. This allows raters to actually rate based on the background information.

Your Metagross set is bit well... whack and outdated. You should use that standard spread revolutionized by imperfectluck. Here is the set from Taylor's RMT that has proven to be successful by him, me, and imperfectluck:

But for now, I'll point out the obvious changes that I can see. First of all, you have to EV spreads under Salamence, and both are inaccurate. Use the EV spread of 252 HP, 80 Def, 176 Spe. Use the move set of Dragon Dance, Dragon Claw, Roost, and Earthquake. With a Jolly nature, might I add.

As for Deoxys, the spread is good, but you might want to try 252 SpA, 252 Spe, 6 Atk, to at least tie with other Deoxys-S, and also I would suggest Life Orb, over the Expert Belt, as either way, even if you hit super-effective Life Orb will give a 10% more increase then Expert Belt.

You might also want to try HP Electric, over Ice Beam on Slowbro to counter Gyarados, otherwise you will have to predict a Dragon Dance, and switch in Deoxys-S to kill it.
