In Depth
weavile.png

Weavile @ Focus Sash
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Fake Out
- Taunt
- Counter
- Night Slash

Purpose: This is my Anti-Lead. Fake out the Focus Sashers, Taunt everything(except Aerodactyl) and then Night slash or Counter depending on the lead. If it's an Aerodactyl, there's not much I can do except killing it. It stops SR from every other lead and kills them too. Night slash for Azelf, Counter for Gross and Aero.

Team Work: This is really just there to stop SR's and kill leads. I might change it to Aero, but this basically renders every lead useless(bar Aero). This is mainly a suicide lead, and is not there to provide resistance for the team.

electivire.png

Electivire @ Expert Belt
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Thunderbolt
- Flamethrower
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Focus Blast

Purpose: This absorbs electric attacks from Gyara and becomes a sweeper because of it. This is mainly used in a pinch or if I know FOR SURE that there's an electric attack coming, otherwise this thing isn't used. I use it because it is very unexpected and hits insanely hard with expert belt and a speed boost.

Teamwork: Provides electric resistance, kills Scizor locked into BP and a Zapdos counter.

scizor.png

Scizor (F) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 200 HP/252 Atk/56 SDef
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Superpower

Purpose: Physical sweeper, comes in for a turn or two, then leaves. He helps me take out Gengar with Pursuit, Celebi with U-turn and Superpower for Lucario, Heatran and TTar. SDef EV's over Speed EV's so I get a slow U-turn, and I can take a hit from Latias.

Teamwork: Comes in on TTar to save my Gyara from Rock Slide, Gengar and Latias with Pursuit and kills Blissey with Superpower.

gyarados.png

Gyarados @ Life Orb
Ability: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Dragon Dance
- Waterfall
- Stone Edge
- Earthquake

Purpose: Set up with DD on a resistance, and sweep the crap out of everything. Stone Edge over Ice Fang because i want to be able to really dent other Gyara's, and I don't lose too much in the process, as Stone Edge, EQ and Waterfall will cover most types, the only thing I lose is Flygon coverage and a little bit of Sala coverage.

Teamwork: Stops Infenape and Lucario right in their tracks, unless they're running HP Rock or Stone Edge, which they usually dont. Absorbs ground attacks aimed at Lucario, Electivire or Scizor too.

lucario.png

Lucario (M) @ Choice Specs
Ability: Inner Focus
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Modest nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Aura Sphere
- Vacuum Wave
- Shadow Ball
- Hidden Power [Rock]

Purpose: Empoleon counter. That is the sole reason I put this on my team, but it can counter Heatran too. I can switch this into Gyara pretty safely, and just HP rock it. Shadow ball is for ghosts that would wall this set. Aura sphere is my usual attack, but if I need the priority, I go with Vacuum wave.

Teamwork: Safe switch in to mostly anything that isn't named Infernape or anything that has EQ. I use this as a Gyara counter too.

latias.png

Latias @ Choice Specs
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Draco Meteor
- Dragon Pulse
- Surf
- Trick

Purpose: The main sweeper. Get this in, take out 1 or 2 pokes, switch out and repeat. This is more of a late game sweeper more than anything, and it demolishes anything in the way. My team revolves around this absorbing and killing.

Teamwork: Absorbs lots of types and can kill pretty much anything.

Conclusion
---------------------------------------------------------
Pretty much it. A few things are; a glaring Empoleon weakness after it sets up. It is insanely hard to kill it after it gets +2 Spd and Petaya Berry. Also, I've been contemplating switching out Electivire for Dugtrio/Jolteon. The only reason I dont want to is because Jolt and Duggy would almost always have to have CB/CS to be good, and I already have too many Choice users on my team. Thanks for reading.

First of all, a huge problem with this team is that it relies on special offense a bit too much, meaning Blissey is going to be a big problem.

Weavile isn't a great choice of lead here imo. I think a Heatran with Fire Blast/Earth Power/Stealth Rock/Explosion would be a better choice, as it still matches up to most of the common leads pretty well, but gives you Stealth Rock, as well as the option of keeping it for later on in the game.
Another option for an anti-lead would be an Infernape with Fire Blast/Close Combat/Stealth Rock and Fake Out, U-turn or Grass Knot, which plays fairly similarly to Weavile, although it can have some problems with Azelf and Metagross leads.

Should you want to keep a special attacker in Electivire's place, a Jolteon would definately be the way to go, with either Choice Specs or a Life Orb. Electivire does have a better movepool, but Jolteon is really a lot better. Jolteon also has the huge benefit of giving you a real Gyara counter (as long as it isn't Jolly, although very few people run that).
Alternatively, a good choice would be to make Electivire a wallbreaker with Thunderbolt/Flamethrower/HP Grass/Cross Chop, as otherwise I can see you having huge problems against stall. Infernape is also a good choice for a wallbreaker (obviously, you can't use it as a lead then), with a moveset of Close Combat/Fire Blast/Grass Knot/HP Electric (I prefer HP Electric to Ice on Infernape for a team like this, which is going to rely heavily on Infernape to deal with stall, as RestTalk Gyarados is a big problem otherwise).

I would recommend using Leftovers and an EV spread of 56 HP/252 Atk/200 Spe on Gyarados, which keeps his ability to be an extremely dangerous sweeper, while making it possible to use him as a defensive check, which is going to be extremely important on this team.

Choice Specs definately isn't the best choice of moveset for Lucario, as you already have a huge bias towards special offense, and you already have a choiced special attacker in Latias. SD Lucario with Swords Dance/Close Combat/Crunch/Extremespeed would be the best choice here, as it works extremely well in combination with Gyarados, as Gyara weakens Lucarios counters and vice-versa.
It's worth pointing out for future reference that Lucario counters neither Empoleon or Gyarados. While he can hit them for super effective damage, he can't come in on either an attack or an Agility/Dragon Dance, and can't revenge kill them unless they're already low on health (and not behind a Substitute in Empoleon's case).

Latias should use a Choice Scarf in order to give you a reliable revenge killer. Losing the power boost from Choice Specs isn't going to be of huge importance, and you'll already have two lategame sweepers in Lucario and Gyarados if you follow my suggestions. A moveset of Draco Meteor/Thunderbolt/Surf/Trick would be my suggestion, which plays similarly to your current set, but benefits the team more as a revenge killer.

Even after my suggestions, you're going to have a pretty big problem dealing with Lucario, although bulky DD Gyara helps deal with that to an extent. I can't really think of a way of dealing with Lucario more effectively without changing the team too much. I hope this helped, and good luck.

Listen to Tab.
Im going to suggest that you change Lucario to a Physically based Mix Ape instead though. It provides you a reliable check for Empoleon and Lucario as well as the less problematic TTar and Heatran because of its STAB Mach Punch. This means you can leave Latias specsed as you don not require it for revenge killing services and . Even more so than Lucario infernape and Gyarados work excellently in tandem with one another drawing in and wearing each others counters down preparing for a sweep. This is the set:

Infernape (M) @ Life Orb
Ability: Blaze
EVs: 252 Atk/232 Spd/24 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spe, -SDef)
- Overheat
- Close Combat
- Stone Edge
- Mach Punch

Infernape also gives you the physical moves you need and will allow you to power through stall provided you can ensure Gyarados' speedy departure. Its generally more useful than Lucario with Specs too as i find Luke a poor choice to beat stall as Blissey is often EVd sp.def and often survives even two aura spheres. Switching moves and the increased speed is also extremely helpful.

I realised that you could also run an SD Infernape but you'd lose coverage as you still need mach punch.

I think i'm going to go with Kitsune's suggestion on the Infernape replacing Lucario. So for Electivire, I want to use Jolteon, but with Choice Specs, if it gets locked into something, I'll have to switch out. I'm thinking about adding Dugtrio instead of Electivire. The only problem there is that I don't have a reliable Gyara counter. If I do what you said, Tab, and run Scarf Latias with Tbolt, then I will. And it will give me the benefit of trapping Metagross. What are some things i could do if I added Life Orb Dugtrio instead of Electivire? Or, maybe I could put Zapdos in there. I lose the Immunity, but I gain an amazing sweeper.
