IN DEPTH:

Lead
Gallade_LVX___SF_art_by_nintendo_jr.png

Gallade @ Focus Sash
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 56HP/252Atk/200Spe
Moves:
Close Combat
Shadow Sneak
Taunt
Destiny Bond
Description: Gallade is the lead of the team. I use taunt to block those stealth rock leads. Close combat to rack up a lot of damage as it is STABed. Destiny bond is fantastic. It works perfectly with Focus Sash because the moment that Focush Sash activates, the next hit is sure to kill Gallade, taking its enemy with it.
Synergy:
Ghost to Umbreon and Magnezone
Flying to Jolteon and Magnezone

Physical Wall
Skamory_by_pokemon_master.jpg

Skarmory @ Leftovers
Nature: Impish
EVs: 252HP/252Def/4SpA
Moves:
Brave Bird
Stealth Rock
Roost
Whirlwind
Description: Skarmory functions very well as a Physical Wall. 140 base Defense and a very reliable recovery move. With Stealth Rock for entry hazards and whirlwind to force switches. He also helps Blissey wall physical attackers who, of course, will have problems with them. That being said, Skarmory also saves all those physically fragile in my team. That HUGE number of resistance also increases his walling potential. This is a change recommended by darkartisan.
Synergy:
Electric to Jolteon and Magnezone
Fire to Gyarados

Special Wall
blissey_by_SailorClef.jpg

Blissey @ Leftovers
Nature: Calm
EVs: 252Def/40SpA/216SpD
Moves:
Aromatherapy
Softboiled
Thunder Wave
Ice Beam
Description: Blissey's Cleric Set. Aromatherapy provides HUGE support for the team since it heals the status problems of all the pokemon in my team. The move is also essential for my physical attackers because of potential burns which ,as we know, halves the Attack stat. Softboiled for instant recovery. Thunder Wave to drastically cut the Speed of any pokemon on the opposing team. Ice Beam to provide coverage. Another one of darkartisan's recommendation
Synergy:
Fighting to Gyarados, Gallade

Steel Killer
Magnezone_by_WindieDragon.jpg

Magnezone @ Leftovers
Nature: Modest
EVs: 172HP/252SpA/84Spe
Moves:
Thunderbolt
Substitute
Magnet Rise
Hidden Power Ice
Description: Magnezone handles steel types well because most steel-types tend to have a low Sp. Defense stat. Magnet Rise is there to block ground types and also block potential OHKOes. Substitute helps setting up Magnet Rise easier. Thunderbolt for a powerful STAB move and Hidden Power Ice for Dragons.
Synergy:
Ground to Gyarados, Skarmory
Fire to Gyarados
Fighting to Gyarados, Gallade

The Physically Offensive
Gyarados_Hyperbeam_Attack.jpg

Gyarados @ Life Orb
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 252Atk/4Def/252Spe
Moves:
Dragon Dance
Stone Edge
Ice Fang
Waterfall
Description: Gyarados has a lot of potential in my team. Once it sets up a Dragon Dance, it may get a chance to sweep a team. Earthquake can tear through anything that doesn't resist it and provides coverage to those Electric types that Gyarados will surely have a hard time handling. Ice fang to provide coverage to those dragons and Waterfall for a STAB move. Waterfall's flinch rate is also useful.
Synergy:
Electric to Jolteon, Magnezone
Rock to Gallade, Magnezone

The Speedy Special
Jolteon_by_RiceGnat.jpg

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Nature: Timid
EVs: 4 Def/252SpA/252Spe
Moves:
Thunderbolt
Hidden Power Grass
Shadow Ball
Charge Beam
Description: Hidden Power Grass handles ground types easily and covers Swampert who Jolteon can't handle very well. Thunderbolt for a powerful STAB move. Charge Beam for Sp. Attack boosts and Shadow Ball for ghosts that Gallade can't handle unless the Ghost is physically frail.
Synergy:
Ground to Skarmory, Gyarados

Changes in BOLD
NOTE: sorry for the position of the Team at A Glance Sprites ._. It doesn't change if I edit the size or the positions.

Solid team for the most part. To put pictures go to google. Search pictures of --- and right click on the image you want. Hit "copy" then go to where you want to post it then right click and hit paste.

I don't really see the point in weezing who I think should be replaced by skarmory who can set up stealth rocks(which you need). I will reread this post and tell you if I have any other ideas.

Hope this helps:)

This is gonna be a long one. *Cracks knuckles*

Let's start with the your physical wall. You can keep your lead if you want it.

Your physical wall is meant for UU play, so why would you use it? Weezing's great yeah sure, but why use Weezing when there are so many better physical walls? Weezing's SP Defense is incredibly low, and considering how powerful the special attackers are in OU play, why not use something a bit more standard, and more reliable? Skarmory is a much better choice, and for good reason.

Skarmory can:
  • Force Switches, to stop any attempts at pokemon trying to Dragon Dance
  • Setup Stealth Rock and Spikes, entry hazards that will deal great passive damage
  • Hit Bulky Machamp and other bulky fighters for weakness, something your team could potentially have problems with.
  • Effectively wall and stall Tyranitar, another Pokemon that this team could have trouble with.
Now let's move on to your special wall. Once again, a Pokemon that's meant for UU play. There are way better OU special walls. Take standard Blissey here for example. Blissey is the nastiest special wall in the game. Immune to Shadow Ball, with insane special walling stats, instant recovery moves, crippling moves, can setup Stealth Rocks, the list goes on and on.

Blissey @ Leftovers
Calm | Natural Cure
252 Def / 80 SpA / 176 SpD
- Protect
- Softboiled
- Ice Beam/ Flamethrower
- Thunder Wave/ Toxic

That's a standard Blissey set. It's much more effective than what you are currently using. Protect scouts moves and allows 6% HP recovery through Leftovers. Softboiled healths massive amounts of hit points. Ice Beam or Flamethrower is your offensive go to, although Blissey normally doesn't attack unless necessary. Thunder Wave or Toxic is your crippling move, Toxic is normally the best option, as it allows Blissey to stall the Pokemon out, although Thunder Wave cripples the opponent, drastically reducing their speed, and they have a chance to be "paralyzed" meaning that they can't attack. Thunder Wave seems like the better option for this team as you can setup a DDGyarados sweep with it.

So let's move on to your "Magneton". First off, the only reason I could see why you chose to run this thing was for the extra speed, but honestly, you don't need it. Most steels are very slow, or choiced. Scizor, Metagross, Jirachi, they're all normally choiced, so you come in when they're locked into a steel move, which you resist. From there, you setup, and they can kiss their steels byebye. Skarmory and Forretress are too slow to do anything to you anyways, hence why Magnezone is the better choice. Switch Magneton to a steel killer Magnezone set. Magnezone has much better base stats compared to its lesser, Magneton, with practically the same movepool.

Your Gyarados set is fine. Just replace Earthquake with Stone Edge, or opposing Gyarados will ruin you. Gyarados generally doesn't need earthquake, as it hits rock types for weakness anyways.

Your Jolteon set is meh, change it. SpecsJolt < LOJolt. I'll explain why. Specs Jolteon (Jolteon in general) has too many counters to not be able to flex and use different moves. For example, your SpecsJolt uses Thunderbolt and OHKO's an opposing Starmie. Now DDTar comes in, gets up a dragon dance, and it's good game, literally. Stone Edge one shots Gyarados, Earthquake handles half your team, and they can finish up with Crunch. Switch that set to a LOJolt set. Life Orb jolteon has so much more flexibility, and can at least hit TTar for ~50%, so if you can hit it hard early on you'll be fine. Now of course, that's the same case with your Specsjolt, but specsjolt can't switch moves.

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Volt Absorb | Timid
4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
- Thunderbolt
- HP Grass
- Shadow Ball
- Charge Beam

Charge beam to boost stats on something that you can either OHKO with Charge Beam, or something very weakened, and grab a special attack boost. Now, if TTar comes in on you and you're boosted a bit more than normal, you can deal much more damage to it. For example:

Jolteon uses Thunderbolt on standard DDTar
34.5%-41.2%

Jolteon (+1) uses Thunderbolt on standard DDTar
52% - 61.7%

Jolteon (+2) uses Thunderbolt on standard DDTar
69.6% - 82.5%

Through Stealth Rock and spikes, you'll be able to KO it after one or two boosts.

Hope I helped, good luck

thanks for the rate.
I will apply changes and test it out.
I only wanted weezing for a physical wall cuz of will-o-wisp but seeing as skarmory has some solid reasons to go with, ill go with him.
i totally forgot abt blissey when i thought the walls up cuz weezing and umbreon just synergizes so much..
and i guess you were right about jolteon. LO>Scarf.
thanks for pointing those out
*prepares for huge changes*

EDIT: i have remodelled the team. it seems to work better now. i will edit the team i posted here and add some images.

Umm why do you have Magneton. Use Magnezone instead

Magnezone @ leftovers
172 HP / 252 SpA / 84 Spe
Ability - Magnet Pull
Modest (+SpAtt, -Att)
- Substitute
- Magnet Rise
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power Ice / Grass

You don't have to use this set. Just use Magnezone, he outclasses Magnezone in every way.

Magnezone has been recommended by darkartisan already and i have edited the team before your post. By the way, I first used Magneton because i thought the extra speed was a big help. Turns out it wasn't so I replaced Magneton with Magnezone as above recommended by darkartisan.
Thanks anyway. With 2 recommendations for the use of Magnezone, I just know he's better than Magneton.

I used the Cleric Blissey set over this set that you recommended because i need Aromatherapy to protect my sweepers from paralysis, poison, and my physical attackers from burn. I also liked the EV spread of the Cleric set better because it gives more Special def and although it gives me 10 bonus Special Attack, *reason in bold*. If there is any reason why I should change it to this set that you have given, let me know.

Don't bother paying attention to the above poster. He's a failed troll.

I suggest using Seismic Toss over Ice Beam on Blissey.
Also, I suggest Earthquake over Stone Edge on Gyarados. If you want to hit fliers, Ice Fang is generally the better option, having better accuracy and being x4 SE against that annoying pest Salamence.
I also suggest having an EV Spread on Skarmory of 252 HP, 196 DEF, 16 ATK, 46 SPD. It allows Skarmory to deal that little bit extra damage which may actually KO a weakened Pokemon.
Now, Spikes is generally better on Skarmory. But Stealth Rock is important. To this end, I suggest a Leadgross.
Metagross @ Leftovers / Occa berry
252 HP, 252 ATK, 6 DEF.
Adamant Nature
-Meteor Mash
-Bullet Punch
-Stealth Rock
-Explosion / Earthquake
The last place depends on whether you want Metagross to be a suicide lead. If you do want explosion, I suggest using the Occa Berry. Otherwise, stick with Leftovers.

I'v taken note of the things in bold. Although darkartisan said that Stone Edge is for opposing gyara.
