OU Room September Event Bash
Throughout the entire month of September, the OU Room will host 20 events with the winning grand prize of a Shiny Kingambit in-game along with either a custom avatar, disabled username, or username color change! These 20 events are all ran within the OU Room and will be hosted semi-daily with the schedule for all event times detailed below. Of the 20 events there are 7 minigame style events where questions based on OU knowledge, are prompted in chat and users in the chat have to answer correctly for points. The remaining 13 events are live OU Room tournaments, with at least 1 OU Room tournament for every OU generation. Points across events will be documented here in a table, using Smogon usernames for tracking, which is the only pre-requisite to participating. There are no direct signups!!! If you do well enough in an event and earn points, the event host will ask for your Smogon account to add the points to.

Participation rules & guidelines
1. Permalocked, Smogon Permabanned, room blacklisted, and recent OU Roombanned users (to staff discretion) aren’t eligible for event prizes.
2. You must have a Smogon account to be placed on the leaderboard.
3. Users punished for behavior during events may be disqualified from said event or removed from the leaderboard.
4. Forfeiting definitively won games in Room Tournaments with points on the line will result in no points in said Tournament for either player.
Prize info:
Every individual event has the prize of Room Prize rank (^) until the next event winner and a player card for the winner. However there is a Grand Prize which is based upon who collects the most points across events from the duration of the month. This Grand Prize is a special player card tier, Room Prize rank (^) for 1 month, a shiny in-game Kingambit caught by Shaymin Sky in a Dream Ball, along with a custom avatar or disabled username claim. The custom avatar is not pre-paid if you want to commission your own sprite!
FAQ ~ (more will be added if I get interesting questions)
1. Can I use different names for event minigames?: Yes, because users points are tracked via Smogon names.
2. What if I won the Event Bash Grand Prize but I don't have Scarlet or Violet for the Kingambit?: Second place would take this prize but if they decline then the prize won't be distributed further.
3. What if there's a tie for the leaderboard winner?: The tie will be settled by a best of 3 between the tied players with 1 game of SV OU, and 1 game of both players preferred OU generation. The preferred generation picks will be stated prior to the set, and there will be a week of time for scheduling. SV OU cannot be chosen as a preferred generation.
