It volts, it rinses, and it repeats! While Rotom-W's presence hasn't been notable throughout the generation's lifespan, one of OU's historically familiar faces finally reminded everyone that it's not to be forgotten. In a metagame dictated by entry hazard stacking from every corner, its natural immunity to Spikes—even after Terastallizing—gives it a solid niche as a defensive pivot that can forgo Heavy-Duty Boots. When further paired with its typing, Will-O-Wisp, and Rocky Helmet, it can neutralize threats such as Dragonite, Kingambit, Cinderace, and Ground-types like Great Tusk, Landorus-T, and Iron Treads. Its positive matchup against these Ground-types makes it an effective Volt Switch user, with the bulky Ting-Lu getting exploited further by Pain Split; the move also gives Rotom-W much-needed longevity, particularly in the face of other common high-HP walls like Alomomola and Galarian Slowking. Its godsend of an ability also pairs incredibly well with Tera Steel, letting it answer Dragonite even better as well as check offensive foes like Enamorus and Kyurem while letting it pivot around unperturbed in the face of Stealth Rock. 44 Speed EVs let Rotom-W outspeed Jolly Kingambit.

While Rotom-W's presence hasn't been notable throughout the generation's lifespan, one of OU's historically familiar faces finally reminded everyone that it's not to be forgotten. In a metagame dictated by hazard-stacking from every corner, its natural immunity to Spikes—even after Terastallizing—thanks to Levitate gives it a solid niche as a defensive pivot that can forgo Heavy-Duty Boots. When further paired with its typing, Will-O-Wisp, and Rocky Helmet, it can handle and neutralize threats such as Kingambit, Cinderace, and even Ground-types like (I would remove this, or at least the word even, as it makes it sound like an outstanding feat rather than something it naturally does) Great Tusk, Landorus-T, and Iron Treads. Thus, its positive matchup against them makes it an effective Volt Switch user, with the bulky Ting-Lu gets further exploited by Pain Split, (Switching into Ruination -> Pain Split is important, but not sure if there's a way to write Ruination in) which also gives Rotom-W longevity in the face of common walls like Alomomola and Galarian Slowking. Its godsend of an ability also pairs incredibly well with Tera Steel, letting it check offensive foes that carry Ground-type coverage (This reads weird to me as it sounds like they carry Ground coverage for Rotom-W or something). like Enamorus, Kyurem (Tera Steel is important to resist Freeze Dry, I would highlight that over the Ground coverage), and, most importantly, a huge majority of Dragon Dance Dragonites while making it more resilient to Stealth Rock. 44 Speed EVs let Rotom-W outspeed Jolly Kingambit.

You could reorganize the info a bit to include Dragonite as a Pokemon it checks at the beginning rather than at the end, as it is one of the most important and it doesnt particularly need Tera Steel to make it afraid of Wisp.

Otherwise, delete "handle" threats such as Dragonite, Kingambit, Cinderace, and Ground-types like Great Tusk, Landorus-T, and Iron Treads.
