(OU) Sandstorm Team

Hello guys, this is my first time doing some Team Building lol. This team is one of the bests I've used so far. It's the best team so far. I'm new at this so please please please do not go hard on me -.-

Now, I will introduce you guys, my team:

Psycho
Ability= Magic Gaurd@life orb
Timid (EVs:252 SpAtk/252 Spe/4HP

-Psyshock
-Subsitute
-Focus Blast
-Shadow Ball

This is my lead special sweeper, Alakazam. He is very effective in many ways. With his high speed, he will be able to outspeed many threats, such as Espeon and Gengar for example. His special power is also amazing, being able to hit hard is a good thing also. Now I went with Psyshock in this set, because I really wanna KO Terrakion in the sand, plus doing alot to Blissey, because Blissey, walls this set, in which who i don't want being walled at. Now i chose Subsitute for this slot because i needed protection inside something, so subtitute is fine. It is required that you need skilled prediction for this move. Focus Blast is for extreme coverage, hitting hard at Tyranitar and perhaps maybe OKOing other frail users. Shadow Ball is for 2KOing Jellicent, Reuniclus, and Celebi, also making great coverage with Focus Blast , and Psyshock.

Titan
Ability=Sand Stream @leftovers
Careful (EVs:252 HP/252 SpDef/4 ATK)

-Stealth Rocks
-Crunch
-Pursuit
-Superpower

This guy can litterally take special hits like a boss, plus the weather support is really nice, because that is his main job. Titan here, can check up and trap some threats, such as Alakazam, Gengar, Latios, and Espeon etc. Tyranitar here also has the power to set up some Stealth Rocks reliably, which is pretty awesome since it cripples threats such as Volcarona and Ninetales. Crunch is like, the most reliable move that i can depend on since it OKOs Latios, Starmie, Gengar, and make some 2KOs , which is pretty nice. Pursuit is my trapping move. I don't want my threats, such as Alakazam, or Latios to escape, OKOing them if they switch. Now, lastly, i went for superpower for oppossing Tyranitar, and for those Blisseys because Blissey sucks lol.

Ridley
Ability = Sturdy @leftovers
Impish (EVs:252 HP/252 Def/4 ATK)

-Spikes
-Roost
-Whirlwind
-Brave Bird

This is litterally, the best set ever for Skamory for reasons, and for a reason why i chose him on my team. He's super bulky, i mean like really bulky and whom i can depend on. He forces alot of switches, which i pretty damn love. Now i went for spikes on this set because for extra support on the hazards. With support from Stealth Rocks, Spikes can be really an ass to deal with. Roost can be used for insane reliable recovery, which is pretty useful because i needed the recovery. Whirlwind is awesome, being able to phaze out threats is also a good thing also. It gets rid of pokemon that already boosted their stats, also it makes other pokemon suffer from extra entry hazards damage. I went with Brave Bird on the last set well because, it actually needs to do some damage, or otherwise, a simple taunt walls it.

Sasuke
Ability=Justified @Life Orb
Adamant (EVs:252 ATK/252 Spe/4 SpDef)

-Swords Dance
-Close Combat
-Extremespeed
-Ice Punch

One of my best attackers so far, Sasuke.This guy sweeps, and does a pretty good job at it too! With a simple SD boost, he will annihilate everything that stands in his way. Close Combat holds massive damage, and is Lucarios most powerful move yet! After a Swords Dance, even Skamory and Forretress are OKOd with rocks, showing how powerful Sasuke is. Although his speed sucks, he is yet, blessed with Extremespeed. After a boost, Extremespeed knocks off any frail threats who deem to threaten it, like Breloom or Starmie for example. Now, i chose Ice Punch for this last set because Gliscors are annoying, and i wanted to get rid of them.

Megaladon
Ability= Rough Skin @Choice Scarf
Jolly(EVs:252 ATK/ 252 Spe/ 4 HP)

-Outrage
-Earthquake
-Stone Edge
-Dual Chop

This guy is one of the BEST revenge killers, in the game. By doing so, give this guy a choice scarf and he is all set. He is one of the fastest pokemons in the game and can possibly revenge kill many threats. Outrage is one of the BEST moves ever since, and makes most OKOs and some 2KOs, which is awesome. Earthquake hits most steels and electrics hard, which is pretty awesome btw because, without it, steel types and rocks could possible wall him. I chose stone edge for this moveslot because Volcaronas are annoying, and getting a burn from a Flame Body sucks. I chose Dual Chop, because it can be reliable on certain occassions, like breaking subsitutes for example, which is nice.

Problem? (lvl 1)
Ability= Sturdy @Shell Bell
(Brave) -No EVs Required-

-Endavor
-Toxic
-Protect
-Swagger

LOL, this guy is a TROLL. He is meant to be in sand, and could possibly make a sweep when every thing turns wrong during battle. This guy has been always my favorite because, he is soo irresistable dont you think? Endavor basically makes your enemies rage, which is funny and awesome lol, with sand support, Aron doesnt even bother, and starts healing like that it is good as new. Toxic can be used to hit ghost types, since they suck and wall this set. Protect is important, since it prevents opponents from attacking it. Plus it also stops Fake Out from ruining my Aron. Now last but not least, i went for Swagger for this set, because i want to annoy and laugh at my opponents face because my aron is that EPIC, plus the hax is really nice and comes in handy as well.

Well, here is my EPIC sandstorm team :)

Hey there, this is a rather unique team employing the F.E.A.R. Aron troll set. A quick look through your team, however, sees you susceptible to entry hazards. If Aron gets hit with entry hazards, then you can't sweep, so a spinner is practically necessary for it. Now, looking at your team, it seems that the goal of the team is rather spread apart: either sweeping with Lucario or Aron. However, I do not see how the team is contributing much to the sweep of Lucario, as it is more balanced in nature. I do appreciate that you put in Spikes support to help it sweep, however, going back to the previous point, I'd like to see you try an offensive Starmie to replace Alakazam. Alakazam is best used as a Focus Sash revenge killer, and due to its lack of bulk, cannot use Substitute well. Starmie provides strong Water STAB to the table, as well as a useful spinner to help Aron come in and troll. The set I recommend is the following:

121.png
Starmie @Leftovers
Trait: Natural Cure
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Nature: Timid
-Surf
-Psyshock
-Recover
-Rapid Spin

This switch allows you to help Aron be the trolly self it is, along with putting quick pressure on the opponent, much like Alakazam. Due to the Sand and the general balanced aspect of your team, I would choose Leftovers over Life Orb and also would advise Recover, so it can last longer.

Overall, this is an interesting team idea. It still has certain flaws, but they cannot be solved without a complete reworking of your team, which is pointless because I am not trying to give you a new team. I hope I helped and good luck!

Thats the main problem that my Aron faces, Entry hazards. Although Starmie is a good spinner and sorts, i need a reliable special attacker, and Starmie doesn't seem to fit for that role. Starmie has a decent 100 SpAtk, which can barely OKO or 2KO threats in sand, which isn't good enough and Alakazam is alwaysna superior option. Although Rapid Spin is very important, it generally isn't needed for this team because most of my pokemon are immune and barely recognize it. (well except Aron) Well thanks for the concern though, i really appreciate it :)

i love that you use chomp, i love it. but alaxazam is already a nice revenge kiler. how bout' trying swords dance chomp instead with outrage,stone edge,eq and SD. life orb combo is the iceing on the cake. I know you lose a physical revenge killer but chomp needs that extra life orb power to destroy steel and rock types even in an outrage!

Well i wouldn't be too sure about that. If i do that, other threats such as Latios, Gengar, and Espeon would outspeed and possibly kill me. But the SD set is good enough, but I already have Lucario for that option. :)
