Synopsis:
- This will follow the same format as the other "[Metagame] Spotlight - [Pokemon]" articles. This article will analyze what makes Mawile a great choice in the OU tier. I will have a section talking about Mawile's mediocrity in previous generations, followed by another section detailing Mawile's qualities. Afterwards, I will discuss how to best fit Mawile onto a team (hint: not very hard to do), which I will follow up with details on playing with and against Mawile. In the "Playing With" section, I also plan on listing the two sets most commonly seen on ladder and tournament play (Swords Dance and SubPunch). I will conclude the article with some words of encouragement.
