OU Stall Team

Yay for boring title. I'm pretty new to competitive battling, so expect huge problems that I'm looking for solutions for.

Hippowdon- Leftovers
Impish, Sand Stream
252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
Earthquake
Roar
Slack Off
Stealth Rock

No explanation necessary. Probably.

Forretress- Leftovers
Impish, Sturdy
252 HP/96 Def/160 SpD
Payback
Rapid Spin
Spikes
Toxic Spikes

Spins and puts down both types of spikes. (I did a bit of research about this; not much, but enough that I have to wonder if there's a problem with having both Spikes moves on one Pokemon.) Payback can do some damage to Ghost-types to make spinning easier.... I think. As I said, I'm kinda new to this, so feedback requested.

Dusknoir- Leftovers
Careful, Pressure
252 HP/76 Def/180 SpD
Earthquake
Fire Punch
Rest
Sleep Talk

Stalker and blocks Rapid Spin. Earthquake is to counter Pokemon like Electivire and Mixape, with help from everything Hippowdon had put into action from the start to ensure a KO. Blissey's supposed to make it possible for Dusknoir to switch into Cross Chop/Close Combat, although I'm not sure whether it would seem too obvious.

Tangrowth- Leftovers
Bold, Chlorophyll
252 HP/228 Def/28 Spe
Grass Knot
Leech Seed
Shock Wave
Sleep Powder

Leech Seed to phase, with Grass Knot and Shock Save so the team actually has special moves. Helps with type coverage, too.

Gliscor- Leftovers
Impish, Sand Veil
252 HP/216 Def/40 SpD
Aerial Ace
Earthquake
Knock Off
Roost

Considering swapping EQ for Stone Edge... feedback?

Blissey- Leftovers
Bold, Natural Cure
252 HP/252 Def/4 SpD
Aromatherapy
Ice Beam
Softboiled
Toxic

Cleric, Special Wall... why am I explaining the most used Pokemon in existence?

I really don't see Foretress being useful as a Tentacruel would be, you already have a good Physical Wall, Gliscor, and Tentacruel can set up Toxic Spikes, absorb them, and remove then, aside from being a handy pokemon being able to resist special hits. Tenta should look like 204 Hp / 104 SpAtk / 120 SpDef / 80 Spd @ Calm. Gliscor would want Ice Fang on there, or you could put Ice Fang on Hippowodon, whichever one works for you, the reason I say Hippowodon is because they both have the same capability of "countering" Garchomp, with Ice Fang.

Consider Celebi over Tangrowth. I know both of them have the same things, but being able to Thunderwave or U-Turn is a big advantage that can help out the whole team. Celebi should look something like 252 HP / 224 Def / 32 Spd @ Bold. Blissey should have it's EV's to something like 252 Def / 40 SpAtk / 216 SpDef @ Calm, to be able to take special hits better, and hit back. With the removal of Event moves, the lack of WishBliss really hurts on stall teams, being a amazing wishpasser, stall or not. Jirachi could be a good alternative if you really want wish.

I was considering Jirachi, but I have no way of getting a Celebi at the moment. I'm trying to limit the team to Pokemon I'll actually be able to get in the games, since this wasn't just going to be a Shoddy Battle team.

The main thing about Tentacruel is that it doesn't have Spikes... or is that just less important than I thought? Regardless, with Jirachi filling the position of Steel-type, the option seems pretty appealing...

I've been looking for a way to add Ice Fang to one of the Ground-types for a while, but none of the moves either of them have seems like something that could be removed...
