NOTE: This is actually my first team for Pokemon B/W. I used to play back in the day of RSE.

Ninetales@Focus Sash
Drought:Calm Nature
252 Sp Def/100 Sp Atk/100 Spd/56 HP
- Hypnosis
- Calm Mind

Tempted to change lead poke to Dragonite or Weavile. Ninetales gets bashed up against rain dance teams.

Charizard@Quick Claw/Leftovers
Solar Power:Gentle Nature
252 Sp Atk/196 HP/60 Sp Def
- Flamethrower
- Earthquake
- Air Slash
- HP Ice

Shiftry@Life Orb/Leftovers
Chlorophyll:Hardy Nature
176 HP/252 Sp Atk/80 Sp

- SolarBeam
- Dark Pulse
- HP Electric

Dragonite@Leftovers
Inner Focus:Hardy Nature
4 HP/252 Atk/252 Sp Def

- Aerial Ace
- Rock Slide
- Flamethrower

Bulbasaur@Focus Sash

Weavile@Focus Sash

- Night Slash
- Protect

I will add explanations another time. Just some general fixes are wanted.

Many, many problems with this team.
1) Don't use Dream Eater on Ninetales. It basically wastes a moveslot, since you'll almost never have a chance to use it. Try HP Fighting instead, if you want to stay with a CM set. Also, it probably won't die in one hit, so Focus Sash is pretty unnecessary. Try Leftovers.
2) Charizard doesn't need Earthquake, Flamethrower and its other moves are strong enough. Try Focus Blast instead, it runs off it's higher SpA stat. Also you don't want to use Quick Claw, as it's entirely luck-based. Choice Scarf or Specs is probably your best item.
3) Dragonite NEEDS Multiscale, otherwise it's garbage. Make it either a Dragon Dance or Choice Band set.
4) Bulbasaur? Really?

Also you need to add definitions, pictures etc. Also, you should check the Smogon Dex for movesets. Good luck
