OU Team #4 Mega Pinsir's Swarm UPDATED!

OU Team #4 Mega Pinsir's Swarm
Pinsir Pinsirite Jolly
4 HP 252 Attack 252 Speed
Moxie>Aerialate
Swords Dance
Return
Close Combat
quick Attack
So I was looking up counters for AV Conkeldurr since he's soo hard to deal with and got introduced to Mega Pinsir. After further research unto this thing, I was amazed at what this thing could do. Swords Dance turns this thing into Mega Mawile's equal in strength. I had a choice between Return and Double-Edge and after finding out how impossible getting Double-Edge on this thing was, I happily chose
Return because 102 BP+ Aerilate without recoil is just as good imo at least. i chose Close Combat because I wanted Moxie and Pinsir gets walled by Rotom. True, Mold Breaker EQ kills it, but with all the setting up you have to do, it's just not worth it. Quick Attack+Aerialate is Pinsir's tool for utter destruction. the only thing that can outspeed is Talonflame's Brave Bird and other scarfed priority moves, which he can take with the 120 defense.

Ferrothorn Leftovers Impish
252 HP 4 Attack 252 SpDef
Iron Barbs
Stealth Rock
Leech Seed
Power Whip
Thunder Wave
Ferrothorn has got to be one of the most bulky pokemon in the entire game. With great defenses and Iron Barbs to punish Physical Attackers. Stealth Rock is to set up hazards to weaken Pinsir's prey while Leech Seed is to increase Ferro's longetivity and recovery. Power Whip was chosen to deal with pokemon like Azumarill, Rotom-Wash, and Greninja while has 16 PP to help fight Stall Wars while Gyro ball only has 8 PP. Thunder Wave prevents Ferro from being set up fodder by many pokemon such as Mega Gyarados.

Alakazam Focus Sash Magic Guard
4 HP 252 Sp Attack 252 Speed
Magic Guard
Psyshock
Focus Blast
HP Fire
Shadow Ball
Alakazam has long been one of my favorite revenge killers due to his great coverage and power. Not only that, Magic Guard makes the greatest Focus Sash user in the game since he takes no damage from hazards or weather and is guranteed to get an extra hit in. Psyshock is to pokemon such as Blissey and Heracross for enormous damage. Focus Blast is to take down Tyranitar and Mega Gyarados while HP Fire slays the unsuspecting Mega Scizor. Shadow Ball is to force Aegislash out of his shell since Shadow Sneak at +6 won't make a difference as long as Alakazam is at full health.

Rotom-W Leftovers Calm
248 HP 28 SpAtt 232 DpDef
Volt Switch
Hydro Pump
Thunder Wave
Pain Split
There are many variants of Rotom to choose from and since I wanted a Soecial Wall so I chose this variant. The investment in bulk makes Rotom very hard to kill on the Special Side while the investment in SpAtt give Hydro Pump nice power to dent targets. Volt Switch supports Landorus giving him a bulky target to switch in while Rotom can Volt switch into an intimidate user for Physical Attacks. Thunder Wave cripples pokemon such as Talonflame and puts in a range where even Ferro could outspeed them. Pain Split is to hit walls and weakens them into a point when they're virtually dead from paralysis, low hp, and damage from Hydro Pump or Volt Switch

Starmie Life Orb Timid
4 HP 252 SpAtt 252 Speed
Natural Cure
Rapid Spin
Hydro Pump
Thunderbolt
Ice Beam
I had the choice of either Starmie or Latios to deal with Hazards. I chose Starmie because of his speed, coverage, and that my team would have a huge Ice Weakness to worry about. Natural Cure gives him opportunities to switch into status moves targeted for other members and either switch out or revenge kill the opposing pokemon. Life Orb ensures that anything weak to his coverage attacks are going to take insane amounts of damage even the bulky targets will fear Starmie. Rapid Spin is to deal with hazards and get some nice kills while Hydro Pump puts huge dents at nearly anything that switches in. Thunderbolt scares off Azumarill and Keldeo while Ice Beam deals with the always annoying Dragon types and Celebi.

Lando-T Choice Scarf Naive
252 Attack 4 SpAtt 252 Speed
Intimidate
Earthquake
Stone Edge
U-turn
HP Ice
One thing I was worried about was Dragon types sweeping my team and one counter that was thought of was Lando-T. With Rotom as a partner, Lando-T makes for an excellent Lead to scout what my opponents planning or get an early lead with EQ or the momentum grabbing U-Turn. Intimidate weakens their sweep while HP Ice shoots them out of the sky. The Choice Scarf is to ensure that he outspeeds any unboosted threat and do nice damage to whatever comes out. EQ is obvious STAB while Stone Edge evens out it's coverage. U-Turn gives it an option as a pivot to do chip damage and pass off Intimidate.
