OU Team Advice

I would like to see what advice people have for this OU team. Keep in mind I am not looking for help, and do not want people to say things like "Well you should shift focus completely and dump all of your mons and put in (insert typical omnipresent OU mon here). Feel free to be as harsh as you like but not mean :)
Have fun!

Heatran @ Focus Sash
Ability: Flash Fire
252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP Hasty (+Spe -Def)
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-Stealth Rock
-Explosion

You may wonder why I ran 252 Atk on a Heatran. The reason? Focus Sash and Explosion. He is my a lead and sets up SR, and explosion is very helpful. Once, against a lead Azumarill, I exploded on the first turn after it used Aqua Jet! This did a nice ~75% and set azu up for later fainting. Fire Blast is self explanatory, and earth power helps against other Heatran and is helpful otherwise. By the way, even with max Atk investment, Heatran's SpA is higher than it's Atk. (296>279)

Froslass @ Mental Herb
Ability: Cursed Body
252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 HP Timid (+Spe, -Atk)
-Spikes
-Destiny Bond
-Ice Beam
-Toxic/Shadow Ball

Here is another possible lead, depending on circumstance. Has a special attack, hazards, and a way to out with a bang (pun somewhat intended) like Heatran. Any advice on the third moveslot is appreciated; it's a shame it doesn't learn shadow sneak. :(

Chesnaught Leftovers
Ability: Bulletproof
252 HP, 252 Spe, 4 SpD Jolly (+Spe -SpA)
-Spiky Shield
-Substitute
-Leech Seed
-Seed Bomb/Earthquake?

Many people tell me this is bait, or won't work, etc. It has worked very well for me, defeating threats such as Gengar and Mega-Lucario at points. I will switch him in hopefully against an opponent who resists grass but can't hit me super effectively so that they won't switch out when I get going.

Rotom-W @ Rocky Helmet/Leftovers?
Ability: Levitate (no other choice)
252 HP, 252 SpA, 4 SpD Bold (+Def -Atk)
-Hydro Pump
-Volt Switch/Thunderbolt?
-Will-O-Wisp
-Pain Split?

Here is an almost standard Rotom-W, except for the nature, pain split, and maybe the EVs. Nice defenses combined with a great typing and ability help defensively, and Will-O-Wisp is a huge boon. Will-O-Wisp is a very important reason he is on the team. He isn't here to deal damage, he is here for utility support and the offense is just icing on the cake.

Salamance @ Choice Scarf
Ability: MOXIE
252 Atk, 252 Spe, 4 HP Jolly (+Spe - SpA)
-Dragon Claw
-Aqua Tail
-Stone Edge
-Crunch/Earthquake

Moxie is capitalized for a reason. Choice Scarf Moxie is amazing and fairly unexpected. Once I swept an OU team (at least 4 pokemon, but maybe more) with Choice Scarf Krookodile, a UU pokemon! Max speed and almost max ark are more than reasonable. No outrage, choice outrage is terrible since
A. Fairies
B. Confusion
C. Not being able to switch
Aqua Tail is a nice surprise, and Stone Edge is awesome as it always is, hitting threats like talon flame and volcarona 4x super effectively. Crunch was my original in the 4th slot, but I'm not sure now.

Gardevoir-Mega @ Gardevoirite (Must do so)
Ability: Pixilate (no other choice)
252 SpA, 252 Spe, 4 HP Bold (+Def, -Atk)
-Hyper Voice
-Psyshock
-Focus Blast
-Heal Bell/Calm Mind

Many people underestimate Mega Gardevoir. Bad idea. A base 165 SpA (higher than both of Mega Lucario's attack stats) plus a base 100 Spe is crushing. Hyper Voice is a 123.5 BP Fairy STAB move due to Pixilate, as well as having perfect accuracy and going through substitutes. Psyshock hits def and focus blast is coverage (not used that often). Heal Bell is very useful, especially since I don't have Blissey, but Calm Mind lets me take advantage of foolish outrages. I use it instead of Mega Alakazam due to better defenses, typing, and ability.

So, that's my team! Feel free to rate etc., and follow the info I posted at the beginning! :)
