A look at the Team:

*Feel free to change anything on the team, even species of pokemon.*
Breaking it Down:
Gengar @ Expert Belt
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spe / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Hypnosis

Gengar @ Expert Belt
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spe / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature
- Shadow Ball
- Focus Blast
- Thunderbolt
- Hypnosis
Gengar is my Anti-Lead. Her great type coverage, and raw power boosted by her Expert Belt, go perfect with her speed. She can take down most enemies that OU throws at her. I send out Gengar first, usually taking down the enemy Lead, and possibly living to block Rapid Spins or revenge kill in the future. Later on, Gengar is easy to switch in thanks to immunity to 3 common types.

Hippowdon @ Leftovers
Trait: Sand Stream
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 Def / 252 Hp
Impish Nature
- Earthquake
- Roar
- Slack Off
- Stealth Rock
Hippowdon is usually sent out after Gengar faints, or finishes her job. Hippowdon is able to set up two forms of risidual damage in one turn, Stealth Rock, and Sandstorm. Once this is done, he can use Roar to scout the enemy team, while racking up damage with Stealth Rock and Sandstorm. Slack Off allows Hippowdon to continue his spree of stalling, while Earthquake provides a powerful STAB.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Trait: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 Def / 4 HP / 252 SDef
Bold Nature
- Surf
- Toxic
- Protect
- Wish
Vaporeon has saved my team more times than I want to count. This EV spread allows Her to become a weak Wall, but a powerful Staller, and Supporter. Alone, Vaporeon is capable of stalling almost any pokemon with a Toxic/Wish/Protect combo. However, Vaporeon is more of a team player. She can switch into an ice or water attack aimed at Hippowdon, Heatran or Salamence. After laughing off the damage, Vaporeon can badly poison pesky Walls, and then Wish-and-Switch to a damaged comrade. *Should I swap this with Crocune to match my offensive core?*

Scizor @ Life Orb
Trait: Technician
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 224 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Bug Bite
- Brick Break
If any pokemon on my team die, Scizor comes in and revenge kills. Bullet Punch's priority allows him to pick off weakened pokemon. After a revenge kill, Scizor can set up a sweep of his own. After one Swords Dance, Scizor packs a potent punch. The given Speed EVs allow him to outspeed and kill off threats with a OHKO thanks to Swords Dance.

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Spe / 252 SAtk
Modest Nature
- Fire Blast
- Earth Power
- Explosion
- Dragon Pulse
Heatran is here to absorb fire attacks launched at Scizor. If Heatran gains the boost from Flash Fire, he becoms nearly unstopable. If not, he is still a powerful pokemon. Fire Blast OHKOs almost anything that doesn't resist, and is not a special wall. The Choice Scarf ensures that Heatran attacks first, usually killing the pokemon before it has the chance to attack. Explosion is useful for the team. Late game, if Hippowdon and Vaporeon are down, Explosion checks huge threats that would otherwise sweep the team.*Should this be replaced with Rest/LO Shaymin?*

Salamence @ Yache Berry
Trait: Intimidate
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Outrage
- Roost (?)
- Earthquake
Salamence is my late game, often last resort Sweeper. Once my team scouts and kills threats to DDMence, he is able to break through teams with ease. After one DD, Outrage tears pokemon apart, usually OHKOing. Steel types are the only ones who resist Outrage, so Earthquake is there to take them down. Roost is useful for healing off risidual damage, but may be useless because of Vaporeons Wish Support.
Thanks! Feel free to critique, I don't get offended.
