OU Team, hits sooooo hard

PLEASE LEAVE A SUGGESTION FOR A NEW MEGA, I'm not very good with a mega chomp, normally only get a kill or two. Any suggestions for other megas would be appreciated!

Tyranitar @ Assault Vest
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 252 HP / 196 Atk / 4 SAtk / 56 SDef
Naughty Nature
- Fire Blast
- Crunch
- Ice Beam
- Stone Edge
I always like a nice ice coverage move, paired with fireblast it surprises a ton of switch ins and helps create havoc for my team to take advantage of. Normally I do not switch Tyranitar in to take any spec attacks, i (if unfortunately i lose a pokemon) will will use him on the free switch in. Evos are there to allow for both spec and physical attacks to roll, sdef for some bulkyness

Alakazam @ Focus Sash
Ability: Magic Guard
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Encore
- Calm Mind
- Psychic
- Shadow Ball
Hes my go to guy when i know the opposing players pokemon does not have any priority moves, encore gives me some unique set up opportunities if i can catch a slow mon on a status move or such. shadow ball and physic hit those ghost/grass fighting hard. Focus band allows for alakazam to benefit from some wish support as it can take another super effective att and taunt for a favorable set up, or dish some damage before, and then again after almost guaranteeing a OHKO. Magic guard lets him come in on hazards without fear in most cases, keeping his band in tact. Super frail though :/

Scizor @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
Adamant Nature
- Bullet Punch
- U-turn
- Pursuit
- Aerial Ace
Normally my lead, bullet punch gets an insane power boosts, allowing me to sweep from one to two pokemon, and in move cases, bring him back in for a priority revenge killer later in the set, the other three moves are there in case of coverage mistakes. Allows me to really destroy any gengars, which would other wise make me eat a shadow ball while i switched in someone else

Garchomp-Mega @ Garchompite
Ability: Sand Force
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
Jolly Nature
- Dragon Claw
- Swords Dance
- Earthquake
- Fire Fang
I like the speed that naive gives, which is important with that 4X weakness to ice. I have a lot of trouble with teams that carry faires if i can get rid of them earlier in the set, so still trying to find the kinks with that. Not sure if an adamant nature would do me any good. I use fire fang over earthquake combo for steel walls that like to set up leech seed.

Vaporeon @ Leftovers
Ability: Water Absorb
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SAtk
Bold Nature
- Scald
- Wish
- Roar
- Toxic
Oh the things that vaporeon do, how many times have i statuses an entire team and then wished supported scizor to continue a bullet punch barrage! vaporeon loves to toxic mega-kang set up a wish, and then roar him away. Also like roar for scolopede and all other baton passers. Really ruins their day! Also playing around with a protect style as well, but found that he can be easily taunted

Greninja @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Protean
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Hasty Nature
- Dark Pulse
- Surf
- U-turn
- Ice Beam
This thing is FAST, after much deliberation, i have come to the conclusion to carry the greninja, while I love his speed boost with choice scarf, im not sure if its his best variant, lets my combat any talonflame switch in if i dont want to risk my tyranitar getting burned up.

I'm considering adding a blissey with aromatherapy for the aforementioned rotom-w, but looking at another stall tank, didnt help the dynamics of my team that much. Any suggestions are welcome, and I apologize for my grammar if I made any mistakes!

I think you could switch greninja for a tangrowth or maybe a slowbro...I dont want to say for sure but try out this tangrowth set that TheUeki made that I totally stole and loved it.

Tangrowth (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Regenerator
EVs: 252 Def / 252 HP / 4 Spd
Bold Nature
- Sleep Powder
- Leech Seed
- Giga Drain
- Infestation

Infestation would trap an unexpecting rotom and giga drain would take care of tht in one to two hits.

Slowbro should just be a specially defensive set if you want to run that. Try both and let me know how it goes.

I like the layout of the team, however you might want to give a BUG-STAB for Scizor, and if you are not going to run any special attack moves on Garchomp I recommend you run Jolly nature so you don't get that defense drop. Maybe swap out Pursuit or Brick Break or U-turn/X-Scissor and swap Firefang with FireBlast or Change his nature to Jolly

Im giving scizor stab U-turn, and turned his nature to jolly, changed my tyranitar around a bit, so i now thing my team can support a dragonite

I really like the changes you have made to the team. However I recommend some entry hazards to aid your team so that your enemy cant switch in freely. Maybe you can add a bulky entry and remove Tyranitar although your Tyranitar looks solid. Also a spinner is recommended as your team is very vulnerable to sticky webs which devastate teams. So maybe a foretress that can both setup hazards and can spin is recommended imo
