OU Team In progress, tell me how I'm doing.

This team is mainly intended for double battles, but works well for single battles. I only said that so people won't ask why Jolteon knows discharge instead of thunderbolt. Aaaand here I go.

Lead: Jolteon Item: Zap Plate Ability: Volt Absorb 2IV in speed and defense :( EV trained in speed and special atk.
Moveset: Protect, Volt Switch, Shadow Ball, Discharge
Strategy: I jump in with protect to scout out any EQ users. If it's EQ but not ground, I volt switch out to levitate Gengar. Speaking of which, shadow ball is for the off chance of someone leading with Gengar. But yeah, pretty straightforward volt switch spam. Usually lasts pretty far into the game.

Tank/Mega: Good ol' Tyranitar. Item: Tyranitarite Ability: Sand Stream. 3IV in attack, defense, and speed. EV Trained in defense and spec. def.
Moveset: Stone Edge, Crunch, EQ, Dragon Claw
Strategy: I bring her in pretty early on, because its attack s still huge without ev training. Stone edge is for the occaisional mega zard brought in againt it to try for a one hit with huge spec, or, failing that, a talonflame that would otherwise sweep some of my team. It is very bulky, it took a hydro cannon from a mega blastoise with still green hp left. Crunch is for an alakazam that doesn't one hit w/ energy ball. EQ is EQ. Dragon Claw is to possibly counter the very, very few and far between Kingdra, or even salamence.

Main Sweeper: Breloom. Item: Choice Band Ability: Technician. 4 IV in attack, spec. atk, speed, and hp. EV's in speed and attack (duh)
Moveset: Mach Punch, Rock Tomb, Seed Bomb, Protect.
Strategy: This guy was a lucky gts find. Obviously meant to sweep with mach punch. notably walled by Heracross. That is a 90 power technician rock tomb you are seeing. Zard goes bye bye. I usually start with a protect to sniff out flying moves, then I obviously switch back. Seed Bomb is a placeholder until i breed one with bullet seed. This fella is the bread and butter of my team.

Fairy Counter: Gengar. Item: Choice Specs. Ability: Levitate 2IV in attack and spec. atk, need to breed a better one. EVed in speed and spec.atk.
Moveset: Sludge Bomb, Shadow Ball, Dazzling Gleam, Thunderbolt
Strategy: I used to sweep with him, but now hes most notably a switch in for jolteon if i expect an EQ. Faster than most fairies, and STAB choice spec sludge bomb will just about OHKO all of them. Shadow ball and gleam are for Weakness coverage. Thunderbolt is a placeholder, but usefull against the talonflames that plague my team.

Needs Replace: Starmie Item: Pixie Plate Ability: Natural Cure 1IV. One. Attack. EV's in speed in special attack.
Moveset: Dazzling gleam, thunderbolt, scald, psychic
Strategy: Mostly used to accompany Jolteon. Very, Very useless, needs replaced. It basically exist to attempt to get off a bunch of dazzling gleams and psychics. Will replace son with Talonflame.

Old Mega/Sentimental Value: Lucario Item: Choice Scarf Ability: Steadfast IV's in speed, attack, defense, and hp. EV'd in attack and speed.
Moveset: Close Combat, Poison Jab, Stone Edge, ExtremeSpeed
Strategy: I miss sweeping with Mega Luke pre-OU ban. He still is valuable. Very frail, but outspeeds quite a bit with scarf. Close Combat is, well, chansey killer. Poison Jab is to counter fairies, even though i could hae better moves there. Stone Edge is weakness coverage. ES is to attempt to take down talonflames that brave bird me to hell.

Well, thanks for looking at my team. Tell me any glaring things you see wrong, and help me get better. And yes, I know I don't have fire. I'm working on that. Thanks again.
