Swampert@Leftovers.
Ability: Torrent.
Nature: Careful.
EV: 240 HP / 216 SpD / 52 Def.
- Stealth Rock.
- Earthquake.
- Ice Punch.
- Protect.
I'm using this Swampert as a lead because of his bulk. He can take quite a few hits and be useful later on if allowed. Also his many resistances and the protection against explosions are very helpful.. I always had problems with Metagross leads exploding out of nowhere.
Scizor@Choice Band.
Ability: Technician.
Nature : Adamant.
EV: 240 HP / 252 Atk / 16 Spd.
- Bullet Punch.
- U-Turn.
- Pursuit.
- Superpower.
I love using Choice Band Scizor. The strength along with the priority move already makes him quite dangerous. He's quite slow, but I like his power, I don't really think speed is necessary in this set anyway.
Gyarados@Life Orb.
Ability: Intimidate.
Nature: Jolly.
EV: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe.
- Dragon Dance.
- Waterfall.
- Earthquake.
- Stone Edge.
A very deadly threat. Great power, respectable speed, with dragon dance is a deadly mix up. Waterfall is a very nice STAB while the rest of his attacks are very powerful. Thunderbolt would be the end however.
Heatran@Choice Scarf.
Ability: Flash Fire.
Adamant: Rash.
EV: 252 SpA / 4 Def / 252 Spe.
- Fire Blast.
- Earth Power.
- Explosion.
- Dragon Pulse.
Heatran is one of my favorite steel types. Along with Choice Scarf, he's a potent danger to many. Fire Blast's STAB is great with 130 base SpA. The weaknesses are something I worry about, but that can be helped.
Gliscor@Leftovers.
Ability: Sand Veil.
Nature: Jolly.
EV: 252 HP / 216 Def / 52 SpA.
- Earthquake.
- Toxic.
- Roost.
- U-Turn.
I like Gliscor. Toxic is a helpful move, his attack isn't so great, but I like his sort of bulky stats. Earthquake STAB can still cause some damage, his ability to Roost helps as well.. He can be used as a scout, too, which I like.
Breloom@Toxic Orb.
Ability: Poison Heal.
Nature: Adamant.
EV: 12 HP / 252 Atk / 244 Spd.
- Spore.
- Seed Bomb.
- Focus Punch.
- Stone Edge.
Breloom isn't my favorite, but I do like Spore Punching. He's overall not a very good Pokemon, his speed at base 70 is better than quite a few 60 base speed Pokémon in OU, but its still insufficient. I'm not too sure about having Breloom in this team.
Well, this is my team, I may feel like switching Breloom with a Blissey or Empoleon, I'm not sure.. Any reccommendations? I'm new at making teams and stuff.. So yeah.. Thanks.
