OU Team - Let me know what you guys/gals think

So I just recently started using this team and I've been doing really well with it, only losing a handful of very close games. I just wanted to get some input and feedback on the team so without further ado:

Tentacruel - Black Sludge - Rain Dish - Bold 252 HP/236 Def/20 Spe
-Rapid Spin
-Toxic Spikes
-Protect
-Scald

My rapid spinner, defensive wall, and check to common drizzle teams. Furthermore, he sets up toxic spikes which only a handful of common OU pokes (Forretress being the other prominent one, if I remember correctly). Lastly, Scald always seems to come in handy for me by giving me some timely burns on strong physical attackers.

Heatran - Air Balloon - Flash Fire - Modest 252 SpA/6 SpD/252 Spe
-Fire Blast
-Earth Power
-HP Ice
-Stealth Rock

Let me just say that I used to run a specially defensive set on this team w/ Stealth Rocks, Lava Plume, Earth Power, and Protect. So let me know if that might be a better fit with this team. I made the switch because I felt like I needed a more offensive threat especially with sun teams being fairly common while also having a poke that sets up rocks at the same time. Having HP ice doesn't hurt either in order to threaten dragons, Gliscor, and Landorus. Air Balloon is my preferred item of choice in order to switch in safely on predicted ground type moves.

Mamoswine - Choice Band - Thick Fat - Adamant 252 Atk/6 Def/252 Spe
-Ice Shard
-Icicle Crash
-Earthquake
-Superpower

One of my favorite pokes in the metagame, precisely because it is considered by many to be the "anti-metagame poke." It hits like a truck and can function well on sand and the rarer hail teams. Dragons, Gliscor, and Landorus are all checked by priority ice shard which is devastating with a choice band. Furthermore, common walls such as Ferrathorn and Tentacruel are maimed by E.Q. and Superpower, in Ferrathorn's case.

Latios - Choice Scarf - Levitate - Timid 6 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
-Draco Meteor
-Surf
-HP Fire
-Psyshock

Latios is such a speedy threat even without a scarf, and with a scarf attached, it becomes a deadly revenge killer. Latios can function well on rain and sun teams with Surf and HP Fire respectively. Draco Meteor can wreck anything that doesn't resist and Psyshock is a nice secondary stab that works well for me when going up against specially bulky pokes and Gengar.

Lucario - Choice Specs - Inner Focus - Modest 252 SpA/6 SpD/252 Spe
-Aura Sphere
-Shadow Ball
-Dragon Pulse
-Vacuum Wave

I have caught so many opponents off guard with this set, a relic from 4th gen OU. The Swords Dance set is so common that many people often forget that Lucario's SpA stat is actually higher than its Atk stat. I get so many switch-ins to a physically defensive poke that get hit hard by the appropriate Specs boosted move. It checks psychic and ghost types with Shadow Ball, while Dragon Pulse takes out unsuspecting dragon type switch ins. Vacuum Wave offers strong priority that takes out weakened pokes and faster threats such as Heatran, Mamoswine, and Hydreigon.

Gengar__Shadow_Ball_by_RapidPowerBlast.jpg

Gengar - Life Orb - Levitate - Timid 6 HP/252 SpA/252 Spe
-Substitute
-Shadow Ball
-Focus Blast
-Pain Split

My de-facto sweeper although with this team, I've swept with several of the other pokes. Gengar forces out a lot of switches which offers a perfect opportunity to set up a Sub and start wrecking shop. Shadow Ball and Focus Blast just offer near perfect coverage, while Pain Split heals up Gengar after all the lost HP from Substitute and Life Orb recoil.

Well, thank you for taking the time out to read this post. Let me know what you think.

Hey cool team looks pretty solid. Consider Life Orb on Mamoswine. Being locked into something like Ice Shard can suck as they might try to set up on you and you will have no choice but to switch out, with Life Orb you won't have this problem or if you predict wrong you won't have to switch every time. Also maybe Jolly > Adamant to out speed and revenge kill Breloom. Scarf T-tar looks like a problem as it can beat four of your Pokemon and trap 2 of them. I think SD Lucario is better than special Lucario as even physical walls have trouble taking a boosted Close Combat for example max/max Skarmory dies to +2 Life Orb Close Combat after Stealth Rock and Extremespeed can take out faster but frail threats if you do change to this set maybe run Bullet Punch too to take out faster threats immune or resistant to Extremespeed like Gengar, Terrakion, Scarf T-tar. Finally I think Sub Disable Leftovers Gengar might work better for you as it can counter lots of threads such as Garchomp disabling their Outrage or disabling Terrakion's Stone Edge and giving you a free sub, just something to consider.

welcome to smogon, prity nice team you got there
only a few things that pikachu dude didnt mention being that you have only one phisical attackers on this team other then mamo and of this you have no pokemon whom use setup moves i would suggest a phisical set for lucario and perhaps a moxie salamence. this last one is simply out of preference i always give my gengar disable over pain split as this can for a switch which can mean a good switch in on your side.

other then that it is a nice team and i hope to see you round the forums

Hey, thanks dude! Its funny I actually switched out my Latios for a Moxie Salamence before I even saw this post and it works really well so far.
