I threw this team together and played dozens and dozens of games with it. I hadn't had any problems, and only lost when I made an incredibly stupid decision (happens more often that I'd like to admit). However, recently I've discovered Mega Manectric destroys my team.

Ferrothorn @ Rocky Helmet
Ability: Iron Barbs
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SDef
Relaxed nature
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Leech Seed
- Gyro Ball

Ferrethorn is my physical wall as well as my hazard setter. He has sustain and when enemy pokemon hit him, he does more damage to them than they did to it. Also, gyro ball does surprising amounts of damage, and can destroy fairies.

Medicham @ Medichamite
Ability: Pure Power
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant nature
- Drain Punch
- Bullet Punch
- ThunderPunch
- Bulk Up

Mega Medicham is my mega, and is my physical sweeper. I can mega and usually one shot anything that isn't too bulky. If I know I will get a free turn, or can survive a hit without taking too much damage, I can use Bulk Up to hit harder if needed too. Good sustain with a fairy killing priority move.

Talonflame @ Choice Band
Ability: Gale Wings
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
Adamant nature
- Brave Bird
- Flare Blitz
- U-turn
- Steel Wing

I use Talon Flame as a revenge killer with Brave Bird Priority, though sometimes I end up sweeping with him if I can get stealth rock and two or three spikes up. I believe this is pretty self explanatory. I kill things with low health with priority and huge damage.

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Ability: Synchronize
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef
Bold nature
- Foul Play
- Wish
- Toxic
- Protect

Umbreon is not OU, but I believe is an amazing special wall and with its huge HP pool it can heal anything with wish. Toxic and protect lets it stall kill anything that doesn't do +50% damage to it. Foul play let's it one shot physical pokemon that are still setting up, or if you can survive a hit. I am honestly not sure why it isn't OU. If you can think of someone who does this better than umbreon, let me know.

Starmie @ Life Orb
Ability: Illuminate
EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 Spe
Modest nature
- Rapid Spin
- Recover
- Scald
- Psyshock

Starmie is my Rapid Spinner, and can actually do decent damage. Recover allows it to... recover after using life orb, and scald and psyshock can hit anything with at least 1.5x damage (STAB). I like HP instead of speed because it makes it beefy enough to take quite a few hits, and have never had any issues where more speed would have helped me.

Keldeo @ Choice Specs
Ability: Justified
EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spe
Timid nature
- Hydro Pump
- Aqua Jet
- Scald
- Secret Sword

My special sweeper. I have Aqua Jet if Talon Flame dies and I need to kill something with very little health. Hydro Pump for extra damage, Scald if I do not need the extra damage and would prefer reliability, secret sword for anything water can't hit or is weak to fighting. Choice specs add damage, and I prefer it to life orb since I believe Keldeo doesn't really need to switch moves that often.

Overview: So, I have found the only pokemon I have an issue with is Manectric. I have no ground type moves, and the only pokemon team it would be worth teaching one (Medicham) cannot learn any. With two water types and a flying type, half my team is useless against it, especially since it's so fast. Medicham can't seem to kill it before it kills it. Overheat wrecks Ferrethorn. Whenever I switch to umbreon he just volt switches into something it can't stall.

So, any way that will help deal with Mega Manectric would be appreciated. I'm sure there are other issues with this team I haven't found yet. Thanks for the help!

Um...first of all why are you using Illuminate on Starmie, it like says it has no competitive use. Use Natural cure! BTW IMO Recover Starmie is pretty pointless, Recover is just not good on something as frail as Starmie. I don't understand Aqua Jet on a Choice Specs Keldeo...just no.
Medicham is no good with Bulk Up, it doesn't have the speed or the bulk(no pun intended) to use it. Finally you have two hazards on Ferrothorn, but no Defog deterrent or spinblocker, so I would say get rid of Spikes, it is kind of an obsolete thing now. I suggest you read over the analyses for your pokemon and change their sets to the sets recommended there.
