Description- Protecting first turn can block fake out, status, or gain you a speed boost off 263 speed. Hypnosis cripples stealth rock and spikes users to bring in appropriate counters. The 108 def allows him to take 3 BPs from Scizor or 2 ice shards from Mamo.

2. Cresselia:Leftovers-Levitate

Moonlight

Description- A great counter for any physical sweeper, even Heracross locked into CC with scarf. Screen support is nice for Swampert and Scizor, and T-wave can hamper most pokemon. I use a physical attacking Cresselia just because base 70 attack isn't bad, it throws people off, and psycho cut has a nice crit rate. Pokemon like Machamp, Heracross, and Hitmontop have high sp defenses anyway. 4 spe to outrun same speed category pokemon.

3. Swampert:Leftovers-Torrent
Relaxed-252 HP/200 Def/56 Sp Def
Earthquake
Ice Beam
Stealth Rock
Roar

Description- A tank that sets up stealth rock and can Phaze. It's a great Heatran counter and can take a hit from DD Mence and Dnite to fire back with Ice Beam. The electric resistance is also wonderful.

4. Scizor:Choice Band-Technician
Adamant-252 Atk/152 HP/56 spe/52 sp def
Bullet Punch
U-Turn
Superpower
Pursuit

Description- Yeah, it's Sciz-whore. He's great, isn't he?

5. Heatran:Choice Scarf-Flash Fire
Naive-252 spe/252 sp atk/4 HP
Fire Blast
Earth Power
Explosion
Dragon Pulse

Description-Pretty much the same thing as Scizor, you know what he does. Explosion is really helpful late in the game.

6. Starmie:Choice Scarf-Natural Cure
Modest-252 sp atk/252 spe/4 HP
Surf
Ice Beam
Thunderbolt
Trick

Description-Very underrated. Most people don't expect the scarf, so I can switch in on a DD Mence and KO with Ice Beam, or DD Gyarados with Thunderbolt. Trick messes up Blissey switch-ins. STAB surf also takes out scarf-tran.

Description-Tricks Blisseys and Snorlaxs, then can set up Reflect to complment Cress' Light Screen. Dragon Pulse and Thunderbolt have near-perfect neutral coverage, resited only by Magnezone I think, which is still 2 or 3HKOed by Dragon Pulse with no HP investment.

This seems like a good team...though I want to suggest changing Cress's set > this set..don't worry it's awesome..

Not only Cress is able to raise it's special attack with Charge beam but she also works with swampert, which would help you set up your rocks with ease, and you can heal with Moonlight...Overall nice team...or you can try changing CB Scizor to Swords dance scizor as it works too..

By the way rockman, no offense dude but, please stop posting useless comments..You'll get infractions..

Please read the rules before posting again. This thread is clearly breaking rule 3:

3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.
