Hey God's Landing, welcome to Smogon! The forum rules require that you provide at least three lines of descriptions for each Pokemon to explain their roles. I won't be locking your RMT as you made an effort writting descriptions, but it would be cool for people willing to rate to add a bit more details on your thought process and add a description for Ferrothorn to explain its role. You can edit your post with the edit button when you find time to think about this. I may try to give you a rate and some advices if you do so (and if no one rate it in the meantime). Have a nice day!

Your Peliper is kinda weird, he's EVs spreads is of an offensive one but he's item and moves are of a defensive one. You should choose rather than going in the middle. If you want to keep peliper offensive, you should play him with Weather Ball/ Hurricane/ Scald / U-Turn with Choice Specs. If you want to keep it defensive then you should go for a more defensive EVs spreads with full HP, 248 Def and 8 SpD.
Barraskweda's already pretty good although I would run him with Psychic Fangs to deal good damage to Toxapex.
Ferrothorn Evs's spreads is pretty good but you should invest the 4 last points in SpD rather than in attack. As for the moves, sorry to tell it like that but that's pretty mediocre... Knock Off and Leach Seed are must have on this pokémon and you have none. Stalth Rocks is a good option if its the only pokémon in your team capable of placing them. Lastly, Power Whip is a decent option although you can also run Body Press to deal damage to steel Types, notably Heatran who takes around 36-40% on the switch. Protect should also be usable but it would replace Power Whip idealy and make you much more passive. As for how to play Ferrothorn, well, that's pretty simple, he's an answer to physical pokémons who don't have strong fire or fighting coverage such as Weavile, Zeraora or Melmetal. Be still wary to Close Combat or Surpuissance as they can be somewhat dangerous if Ferrothorn is weakened.
I don't have much to say about Zapdos, as you said it, it's your typical rain sweeper Zapdos. You only forgot to give him an item, Heavy-Duty Boots is the more optimal choice as it allows Zapdos to switch in easily.
Melmetal EV's spreads is pretty weird as well, you usually run 252 Atk / 244 SpD / 12 Sp, but I'm not a Melmetal expert so I can't help you much in this matter.
Tornadus's choice as a late game sweeper appears questionable to me. It is a indeed a good pokémon and this set is viable but it does not profite from the rain. I would rather recommand you to use late game sweeper that benefits from the rain such as Urshifu-R or Kingdra who would benefit more than Landorus-T from the rain. Another option that I could recommand is defensive Tapu Fini because of the great defensive Synergy that she has with Ferrothorn. Tapu Fini can also act as a special wall and check Pokémon like Heatran, Volcarona or non thunderbolt Tapu Lele. You could also use her as a choice scarf to rvenge kill but it does not have a lot of interest as Barraskweda already can do it wonderfully. One thing that you should be wary of if you choose Tapu Fini is that Misty Surge will prevent Toxic from Melmetal to hae effect, so you should take the time to consider what pokémon to replace Landorus-T. Keep also un mind that using Tapu Fini will weaken your team overall's offensive performnce as Barraskweda and Zapdos will be the only offensive pokémon wheras Urshifu-R can be a good choice to force swith and pivot thanks to his decent physical bulk. Kingdra can be use but I would'nt recommand it as much because of his overall worse stats distribution but he is faster than Urshifu-R under rain thanks to Swift Swim and offers another special option, although in the end the choice is up to you I really think that Landorus-T does not beneficiate from this team and that you should replace him.

I don’t really teambuild often but I can help fix the current team. Your pelipper doesn’t have full evs so it should have 248 hp to switch into rocks 4 times without dying, max defense, and 8 spdef. On rain teams ferrothorn is usually specially defensive to deal with tapu lele and certain special water types landorus can’t handle. Since landorus already sets up rocks you can replace toxic with iron head for fairies or spikes for hazard stacking. Everything else is fine I guess.
