Electivire (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Motor Drive
EVs: 36 Atk/220 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Thunderbolt
- Hidden Power [Ice]
- Cross Chop
- Flamethrower

I have Electrivire as my lead because he has a good base attack and with his diverse type moveset and his speed, he can take on most other lead pokemon.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP/80 Def/170 Spd
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Baton Pass
- Recover
- Energy Ball

Celebi is good against most water, rock, and ground types and it can use recovery a lot to regain most lost damage. It's Calm Mind and Baton Pass can come in handy giving your next pokemon a special attack special and defense boost.

Suicune @ Life Orb
Ability: Pressure
EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 SDef
Timid nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Calm Mind
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Hidden Power [Electric]

Suicune is better than Celebi against water types especially if the opponent has an ice move that would kill Celebi. With it's electric Hidden Power, it can take out water types and the popular Gyrados in one hit.

dpmfsa212.png

Scizor (M) @ Choice Band
Ability: Technician
EVs: 248 HP/252 Atk/8 Spd
Adamant nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- U-turn
- Bullet Punch
- Superpower
- Pursuit

Scizor is basically short but deadly. What I would do is bring him out, do one move (Using U-turn is good because then you can switch pokemon without taking a turn) which will get boosted by 50% by Choice Band and then bring him in so then he can use a different move when I send him out.

dpmfsa485.png

Heatran (M) @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 4 Atk/252 Spd/252 SAtk
Naive nature (+Spd, -SDef)
- Flamethrower
- Earth Power
- Explosion
- Hidden Power [Ice]

Heatran is similar to Scizor but I usually tend to keep it out longer because it has a good defense, better than Scizor, so it isn't as necessary to bring it back in. I usually bring out Heatren when a fire pokemon is out so Flash Fire will absorb it.

dpmfa472.png

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/40 Def/216 Spd
Impish nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Aerial Ace

Gliscor is helpful thanks to it's Ground Flying Types giving it only two weaknesses which are water and ice which I can take care of with Electrivire or Suicune. I usually bring Gliscor out near the beginning so I can use Stealth Rock and Roost comes in handy but it has side effects, some good, and some bad.

Please tell me of any good changes that I could make. I would really appreciate it!

lol you're leading with Electivire?!? Electivire can't take out most other leads. Let's see here:

Azelf: Faster. Survives any attack with Focus Sash. Kills you with Explosion.
Aerodactyl: Faster. Kills you with Earthquake
Metagross: Survives Flamethrower with Occa Berry. Kills you with Earthquake
Swampert: Survives any attack. Kills you with Earthquake.
Heatran: Survives Cross Chop. Kills you with Earth Power or Fire Blast.
Roserade: Survives any attack with Focus Sash. Puts you to sleep.
Smeargle: Survives any attack with Focus Sash. Puts you to sleep.
Infernape: Faster. Survives any attack with Focus Sash. Kills you with Fake Out + Close Combat
Jirachi: Faster with Choice Scarf. Survives Flamethrower. Can Flinch you to death.
Hippowdon: Survives any attack. Kills you with Earthquake.
Ninjask: Simply sets up on you then Baton Passes.

Electivire cannot handle any of the top ten leads and that's why it's a BAD lead.

Gliscor makes a much better lead.

Gliscor (M) @ Leftovers
Ability: Sand Veil
EVs: 252 HP/40 Def/216 Spd
Jolly nature (+Spd, -SAtk)
- Earthquake
- Roost
- Stealth Rock
- Taunt

Electivire should only be used when you predict your opponent will use an Electric attack (like on Suicune). Also it should always have Expert Belt or Life Orb. Leftovers doesn't not give it the power it needs.

Also yeah your descriptions are lacking.

Don't yell at people when they say something is wrong with your post, because they are trying to help, most of the time. Threads are locked if they do not follow the rules.

Research good lead Pokemon, don't just stick a random one in front and expect it to do a good job. It is important for your team to have good structure. What is Gliscor doing in the back? It should be your first Pokemon so you can set up Stealth Rock. Electivire fails as a lead.

Since your team lacks a defensive player, I would highly recommend that you change ur offensive Calm Mind Cune to a more defensive Calm Minder. Although it doesn't have to be a Crocune, a defensive one is bulkier and can still keep the same move set. 252 HP/ 64 Sp. A/ 124 D/ 64 Speed is a nice EV spread since it can still dish out a decent amount. The reason I gave 124 EVs to Def is because CM will boost ur Sp. D higher and then it can sweep and play defensive at the same time. Try it.

Electivire's great type coverage and surprise value is wasted if you lead with him. If you wait until later in the game when you've eliminated his counters (such as Swampert for your set lacking HP Grass) and secure a Motor Drive boost, you may actually be able to sweep. If you want to focus a team around Electivire, you may want another Water type to attract Electric moves, but either way you should probably choose a different lead.

Yeah, as others have said, your descriptions are not up to rule 3:

RMT rules said:
3. Have some actual words in your post beyond your six Pokemon and their moves. Not following this makes your post quite boring to read and rate. All Pokemon should have a good reason for being in your team anyway, so why not post that reason? If you are having trouble with this one, start by giving an explanation for each team member. Why are they there? What role do they serve? How do you get them in? Then, give an explanation of how you would open with the team and how you would go about using it. All of these things help people rate your team and allow us to offer more helpful advice.

This does not mean add one sentence saying "Standard x" or "all-around awesome" after each Pokemon. If you put thought into making the team, you can put thought into posting it.

Take a look at the RMT archive to see what kind of descriptions we are looking for in this forum. If you fix your descriptions, then send them to me via PM and I'll unlock your thread. Don't make a new thread or you'll be infracted.
