ORAS OU OU team with Mega Gallade!

Hi! I'm new here in the forums. Sorry if I make some mistakes. If so, just tell me and I'll fix everything ^^
So, I'm not that good at playing Pokémon, but I really enjoy it and I want to learn more and more about it. Here is the team I made:

Mega-Gallade @ Galladite
Ability: Justified/Inner Focus
Nature: Jolly
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SpD / 252 Spe
- Sword Dance
- Ice Punch
- Close Combat
- Knock Off

This is the star of the team. Or at least, the pokémon I love the most. I'm really in love with this poké. A SD set, but I run Ice punch because I think I needed an Ice move in my team. CC is the strong stab and knock off is because all the switchs this thing forces.

Bisharp @ Life orb
Ability: Defiant
Nature: Adamant
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
- Iron Head
- Knock off
- Sucker Punch
- Pursuit

Another poké I love. Both, Glade and Bisharp make a really good core. They complement each other sooooo good. Iron Head is for Fairy type. I'm not sure about pursuit. I use it for Latias/Latios but the times I've encountered one, they didn't switch... That's because I'm not sure about this move.

Clefable @ Leftovers
Ability: Unaware
Nature: Bold
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 SpD
- Moonblast
- Wish
- Protect
- Heal Bell

I run the P. Defensive set. Nothing more to say. I used to run TWave instead of Heal Bell, but I think HB is better overall. Also, this thing really helps me for some pokés that try to set up buffs.

Heatran @ Leftovers
Ability: Flash Fire
Nature: Calm
EVs: 248 HP / 192 SpD / 68 Spe
- Lava Plume
- Toxic
- Stealth Rock
- Earth Power

This is my Special Wall. I run Earth Power because my team lacks a Earth attack move. But I'm thinking about running Taunt. The problem is that I'm very bad at using Taunt, idk why xD Instead of Toxic, I used to run Roar, but Toxic is needed in order to damage some stallers...

Rotom-W @ Leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Bold
EVs: 248 HP / 216 Def / 44 Spe
- Volt Switch
- Hydro Pump
- Will-O-Wisp
- Pain Split
Just Rotom-W. This can make everything. I use it because I needed a Talonflame counter and Rotom-W fits pretty well in the team

Latias @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 72 HP / 184 SpA / 252 Spe
- Defog
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Roost
A Defogger for my team and also a check for Keldeo.

So this is my team. Things I think I have to fix: no good Earth attack move... I have problems with Greninja also... 3x weaknesses to Earth (yeah, Rotom has levitate, but Excadrill Mold breaker is a thing).

Sorry for all the mistakes I've made writing this, but is my first post! Also, I'd like to use images but I don't really know how to do it... xD
Thanks for reading and I hope you could help me! (:

Your team is really weak against scarf landorus-t that is really common in the meta. Also, it'll be better if you have stealth rocks over heal bell on your clefable so that your heatran can be a more offensive variant or replaced with a mon that helps out more against rain teams, sand teams (eq spams), hyper-offensive teams with greninja as it wins almost your whole team 1vs1. A scarfed Landorus-t of your own can help against opposing sands a little and hyper-offensive teams but it'll make your team even weaker to rain. Another means of dealing with rain offensive and sand would be slowbro along with rotom-w. :]

Then what should I drop or change in order to be more viable? Specially for Greninja... I really like Landorus-t but don't know which poké should I replace for it...

You can run SR on clefable instead of heal bell and have a scarfed landorus-t over heatran. The composition of mons in your team may fare well against balanced but it might have a hard time against full stalls or HO since they put a lot of pressure on your mons.
