OU - Tiers are merely Suggestions.

Miltank @ Lum Berry
Careful- 252 HP/32 Def/176 SpDef/48 Speed
Scrappy
Thunder Wave
Stealth Rock
Counter
Return/Seismic Toss

This Miltank lead is here to take care of the opposing lead, and get up rocks. Faster leads like Gengar and Scarfrachi will not like being paralyzed, and when they lose thier speed I am able to set up Stealth Rock. Against Metagross, I Stealth Rock then Counter its Meteor Mashes (which do a max of 51%). Machamp is easily KO'd by Counter, but Miltank won't get SR up. If needed, I can also switch out and spread paralysis later to sweepers that won't enjoy being slowed down. Fast Taunt leads will make this set much less effective, but Counter still works on Aerodactyl and Crobat (although some people choose to SR over Taunt not knowing what Miltank will do).

Gyarados @ Life Orb
Adamant/Jolly - 252 Att/252 Speed/6 HP
Intimidate
Dragon Dance
Earthquake
Waterfall
Ice Fang

This is my First attacker, the standard Gyarados set. I am trying to decide between Adamant and Jolly, as Jolteon and Aerodactyl are obviously two of Gyarados's biggest Counters, and after one D-Dance and a Jolly Nature, Gyarados outspeeds them. It's a good switch onto things like Scizor, as the common Swords Dance set will fail to inflict much damage to Gyarados. Ice Fang is chosen over Stone Edge to beat Breloom, and Stone Edge's accuracy caused Gyarados to lose several times by missing. Waterfall is for STAB, and helps against Rock and Ground types like Tyranitar and Hippowdon.

Jirachi @ Wise Glasses
Timid - 252 SpAtt/252 Speed/6 HP
Serene Grace
Charge Beam
Psychic
Shadow Ball
Hidden Power Ground

A great special attacker, it can surprise a lot of people who usually are expecting Attacking versions. It can easily gain +1 Special Attack by sending it in on a weakened Pokemon and using Charge Beam (which has 140% chance to raise Special Attack). After a Charge Beam, Jirachi's Special Attack is equal to 447, and with Psychic's 135 Base Power, Shadow Ball for Ghosts, and Hidden Power Ground for Steel types, Jirachi becomes a great Special Sweeper.

Jolteon @ Life Orb
Timid - 252 Speed/252 SpA/6 HP
Volt Absorb
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Signal Beam
Wish (Hidden Power Ice / Grass)

Fist things first, Wish is bad. I'm probably going to make a new Jolteon with Hidden Power instead, but not sure if I want to beat Flygon/Dragonite or Swampert more (I'm leaning towards Ice). Other than Wish, this is simply just a life orb sweeper Jolteon. Tyranitar gives this set huge problems, as Sandstorm raises its Special Defense, letting it survive any attack and EQ for an easy KO. Gengar and Alakazam fall to Shadow Ball, and Grass Pokes will have large dents from Signal Beam.

Pinsir @ Choice Scarf
Adamant - 252 Att/252 Speed/6 HP
Mold Breaker
X-Scissor
Earthquake
Stone Edge
Brick Break (Close Combat)

First thing that needs fixed, it needs Close Combat over Brick Break. With adamant nature, Pinsir's speed reaches 403, enough to come in and kill things like Gengar, Jolteon, Starmie, Infernape, and other Pokemon that would give the rest of my Team trouble. Pinsir can come in onto Flygon's Scarfed EQ and then 2HKO it with X-Scissor or Close Combat. Stone Edge will take care of Flying Types, and Close Combat will OHKO Blissey (which I hate to no end).

Dragonite @ Yache Berry
Jolly - 252 Att/232 Speed/20 HP
Inner Focus
Dragon Dance
Dragon Claw
ExtremeSpeed
Earthquake

With the Given EV's, Dragonite has 281 Speed, outrunning all ScarfTran and Jolteon after a Dragon Dance boost (most expect Adamant, and hope to get a KO with these faster pokemon). Dragon Claw is for obvios STAB, while Earthquake hits the steel types that D-Claw can't. ExtremeSpeed gives Dragonite a priority move, which is useful since many will try to use Priorety to take down Dragonite after it gets off a Dragon Dance. The Yache Berry reduces its Ice Weakness to x2, which is a lot more useful than it seems, as Hidden Power Ice from MixApe, Jolteon, and Starmie's Ice Beam, which usually KO me after SR, will not OHKO me, allowing me to send in Dragonite onto these Pokemon and get a Dragon Dance off.

That's my Team, please leave any comments. Feel free to suggest any attackers in place of the ones I have.

Options I already have: SubTran, Metagross (lead), Dusknior, Starmie, Scizor, Ursaring, Typhlosion, Scarf Blaziken (Attacker), Physical MixApe.

Thanks for any help.

You have some serious issues with SR on this team. 3 of your guys are weak to SR, and one of them is a Choice Scarfer; I seriously think you need to either 1) drop one of them or 2) get a Spinner. Or, drop 1, and replace with a Spinner.

What do you get out of using Pinsir? Sure, a Scarfed Close Combat and Mold Breaker Earthquake is always awesome. However, I find that the duties that your Pinsir is performing could be remedied by his cousin, Heracross. Why?

-A SR neutrality
-Gets STAB off Fighting-type moves
-Has basically the same movepool
-Get Pursuit, which is a very very big bonus

So just replacing Pinsir with Heracross would be awesome. You can keep the Scarf, but replace X-Scissor with Megahorn and... Earthquake with Pursuit or Night Slash, whatever you feel like it. With 2 EQ users on this team, do you really need an extra one?

So yeah. That'll be it for now. I hope Scarf Heracross will work well during testing.

Jolteon with a LO is a risky strategy due to the fact that Jolteon is a pretty frail pokemon. Unless you have a very specific objection to using Choice Specs I would go with them as they make Jolteon ludicrously powerful and a nearly unrivaled revenge killer due to his stellar speed

I prefer Life Orb over Specs so I'm not stuck on Thunderbolt or Shadow Ball. Besides, 319 with LO is pretty strong.

Heracross...well, having both SR and Megahorn on the same set just screems disaster, as with my luck I'll never get too many KO's. I'll try it, but I may need a Third option.
