So, me and a friend of mine on shoddy, yipyip123, decided to have a battle with one of my newer teams. What resulted was one of the closest battles I've ever been in...It was quite an interesting game. Here is a warstory of that match. I've wanted to write one, but i never felt like i was good enough to match up to the other warstorys, nor did i have any good matches. I'm still not pro, but i think this was a great match, and decided to write one. If there is any formatting errors and prose errors and whatnot, please inform me.

gong29 switched in Forretress (lvl 100 Forretress ?).
Time to lay down some toxic spikes. None of the conventional Ux movesets use a fire move, so either hes gonna attack which would be unwise, or he's going to switch. Either way, free toxic spikes.

Boy, did that come back to bite me in the butt. 1 toxic spikes and a dead forretress suck bad enough, but a wrong assumption makes it worse. Well, I had better press on. Considering it used flamethrower, and usual dragonite sets don't have both, I can hopefully rule out Earthquake.
gong29 switched in Lanturn (lvl 100 Lanturn ?).
Anticipating the switch against lanturn using ice beam, it would be suicide to switch into a ground pokemon. Thus, the safe rout is my better option.

As i switch out to bliss, he switches to Gardevoir. Perfect. As Gardevoir is slapped into the face by SR and TS, Yip is all but forced to have to switch Gardevoir out for it not being able to do jack against blissey. This is my opportunity to bring in a damage dealer without taking drastic damage, and whoever he brings in will also get slapped in the face. Since he is most likely bringing in a fighting type, I switch to my Choice-Scarfed Staraptor.
