It probably would not work very effectively, at all. I came up with it just a few minutes ago in a flurry of thought, so bear with me.

Jolly, Own Tempo, 252 HP / 252 Speed / 6 Defense
- Trick
- Spore
- Belly Drum
- Baton Pass
This is a pure novelty set. With Choice Scarf and Jolly, you out-speed pretty much everything. Trick Choice Scarf onto something that generally does not want it, such as a stat move or whatnot, as a sort-of first strike Encore. Spore on the switch, Belly Drum, Baton Pass. Sure, you will not have that same speed boost from the Salac Berry, but you basically make it to where the set is a lot more viable in non-uber environment.
With Trick, you have to do it against the right things. But, a great example would be Gyarados. It would most likely Taunt you, right? Tricking Choice Scarf to it cripples it, even without letting your set-up work, and it can never Taunt or Dragon Dance again.
A pure novelty set. Do not give this too much of a good look. Haha.
