Parading it's nearly unwallable coverage, Overqwil makes a niche pick on rain teams due to it's excellent typing and access to Swift Swim. It's typing and stats allows it to take smaller damage from priority moves like Sucker Punch from Kingambit and Fake Out from Mega Lopunny, when compared to other rain abusers like Barraskewda. Access to Swords Dance and a choice of Z crystals make Overqwil a threatening sweeper in rain. Liquidation paired with Waterium Z, or even just a raw Liquidation in rain, enables it to hit pokemon like Landorus-Therian and Great Tusk, whereas, Darkinium Z allows to to have guaranteed OHKOs on Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Zapdos, Toxapex and a good chance to OHKO Alomomola. Gunk Shot makes a powerful STAB nuke, which allows opposing pokemon to take large amounts of chip, along with a poison at times, aiding teammates to have an easier time in breaking.

Overqwil fits solely on rain teams. Pelliper being the only good rain setter in the tier, makes a good partner since Overqwil appreciates both a slow pivot to get in on the field, as well as rain being set up. Rain partners like Mega Swampert, Archaludon, Zapdos, Tornadus-T etc. pair well with it. Overqwil makes both an amazing early games breaker, as well as a late game sweeper. It punches holes in common water resists like Ferrothorn, Zapdos etc. that are painful for rain teams to handle, helping teammates likes Mega Swampert to clean late game, and vie versa. Partners like Ferrothorn and Iron Treads aid Overqwil by setting up hazards, and even chipping its checks like an opposing Ferrothorn, Toxapex, Melmetal etc. In return, Overqwill beats common fire and fighting types like Zamazenta, Moltres, Heatran and many more. Due to struggling against Mega Scizor specifically, partners like Zapdos and Archaludon make great partners by forcing it out with Hurricane and Electro Shot respectively, while also chipping them with hazards set up by the aforementioned setters, or just chipping it enough to put it in range of other teammates.

Liquidation paired with Waterium Z, or even just a raw Liquidation in rain, enables it to hit pokemon like Landorus-Therian and Great Tusk might wanna mention gambit, whereas (could mayb restructure to talk abt liquid first and then say what water z lets u do that liquid doesnt but ur call), Darkinium Z allows to to have guaranteed OHKOs on Pokemon like Ferrothorn, Zapdos, Toxapex and a good chance to OHKO Alomomola, all after a Swords Dance. Gunk Shot makes a powerful STAB nuke, which allows opposing pokemon to take large amounts of chip this doesnt rly make sense, you also prolly wanna mention specific targets for gunk, along with a poison at times, aiding teammates to have an easier time in breaking.

Due to struggling against Mega Scizor specifically, partners like Zapdos and Archaludon make great partners by forcing it out with Hurricane and Electro Shot respectively, while also chipping them with hazards set up by the aforementioned setters this isnt rly relevant to these mons as they dont chip it with the hazards or set said hazards , or just chipping it enough to put it in range of other teammates.

might wanna mention removal like torn / treads at some point and what they can do for qwil, hazard removal, pivoting etc
