The main strategy of this team is to paralyze or take out key Pokemon so that Scizor can sweep.

Descriptions:

Swampert @ Leftovers
Ability: Torrent
EVs: 240 HP / 216 Def / 54 SpAtk
Nature: Relaxed
- Earthquake
- Surf
- Ice Beam
- Stealth Rock

As with most leads, Swampert is meant to set up Stealth Rock as quickly as possible. However, Swampert is also my main counter to Metagross, Tyranitar, and Heatran and can be difficult to take down without a Grass attack.

Problems:
I really haven't had many problems with Swampert and some opponents have to sacrifice a few Pokemon to take it down, even without any recovery.

Togekiss @ Leftovers
Ability: Serene Grace
EVs: 162 HP / 252 Def / 96
Nature: Calm
- Air Slash
- Aura Sphere
- Thunder Wave
- Roost

HaxKiss is still as anoying as always. Originally, I had Togekiss as my lead with a set that I copied from someone else's RMT with Fire Blast instead of Aura Sphere. However, I wanted to get Stealth Rocks up faster and I didn't want to be walled by Heatran.

I kept the defense EV's because I liked how Togekiss was able to take various physical attacks (like Lucario's unboosted Close Combat) and either paralyze them or kill them outright. I chose Thunder Wave over Body Slam because Swampert can take care of most Electivire, Jolteon, and Gliscor, while I don't have any true counters for Gengar and Rotom-A.

Problems:
I really haven't been flinching much aside from Blissey so I was wondering if Zapdos would be better here. Also, Stealth Rock has been wearing it down.

Heatran @ Choice Scarf
Ability: Flash Fire
EVs: 6 Atk / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spe
Nature: Naive
- Flamethrower
- Earth Power
- Dragon Pulse
- Explosion

I knew I needed something with immediate speed to take down fast Pokemon that I wasn't able to Paralyze and Choice Scarf Heatran fulfills that role well. Heatran, Swampert, and Togekiss have good synergy together as only Heatran's weaknesses to Water and Fighting aren't ressisted by one of the others. I chose Flamethrower because I don't like Fire Blast missing at a crucial time.

Problems:
The damage output is a little low agianst neutral opponent's but it's alright.

Celebi @ Leftovers
Ability: Natural Cure
EVs: 252 HP / 220 Def / 36 Spe
Nature: Bold
- Grass Knot
- Hidden Power [Fire]
- Thunder Wave
- Recover

Celebi provides perfect synergy along with heatran and is my main counter to Water Pokemon and my only Fighting resist. It's also good at luring in Pokemon like Infernape and Heatran and crippling them with Thunder Wave. Hidden Power [Fire] is for Scizor who I have no true counter for.

Problems:
Hidden Power [Fire] isn't OHKOing Scizor and it just U-Turns in my face.

Edit: I figured out why I wasn't killing Scizor. My IV's gave it a BP of 49.

Tyranitar @ Choice Band
Ability: Sand Stream
EVs: 176 HP / 252 Atk / 82 Spe
Nature: Adamant
- Stone Edge
- Crunch
- Aqua Tail / Earthquake
- Pursuit

Tyranitar works great at countering Pokemon like Zapdos, Jolteon, and Rotom-A who could easily stop Scizor's sweep, but also works increadibly well at Pursuiting paralyzed Pokemon. Rotom-A, Latias, and the like get killed even if they stay in, without Tyranitar taking any damage at all.

Problems:
Fighting Pokemon tend to set up on Pursuit.

Scizor @ Life Orb
Ability: Technician
EVs: 32 HP / 252 Atk / 226 Spe
Nature: Adamant
- Swords Dance
- Bullet Punch
- Super Power
- X-Scissor

After a few key Pokemon are Paralyed, Scizor can generally sweep even without a Swords Dance (which I often don't have time to get up). Scizor can also come in early and take out a pesky Gengar or Suicune, especially if they happen to be Paralyzed.

Problems:
I've been wondering if I should replace Swords Dance with another move like Night Slash because I really don't use it all that often.

General Problems:
Lucario and Infernape are causing problems as they both can sweep my team pretty effectively and resist Bullet Punch. I usually get around them with Thunder Wave and Heatran, though.

Things with Substitute (especially Sub Heatran) have also caused some problems simply because I can't paralyze them.
