Paris, here I come

So my nick is Mister Cold, and I live in Belgium.
Because Belgium is so small we don't have VGCs, so I go to Paris.

Anyway, ever since Murkrow came into Dreamworld, I've been in love with that thing. I started with Murkrow + Tyrtar(unnerve) combo. But Ttar was too fighting weak, so I swapped him for Terrakion.

Because Intimitop is running wild, I needed to change the opening "combo" to neutralize the attack lose. After some checking and deciding, I ended up wih Heatran

The last member for my quadro needed to be someone with TailWind, but not only that. It also needed to be capable of doing a sweep when needed. Having 1 supportive pokemon is enough in double battles. I then noticed Latios can learn TW.

My main team has been recruited. Now it is time for the sidekicks.
I needed to counter Rain/Sand/sun teams when needed. but not only that there was also TR teams. funnily enough with help from Murkrow, Abomasnow can take care of all the weather inducers (I have encoutnered so far). not only that, but in TR he has "enough" speed to gain a benefit from it. TR doesn't harm Heatran all that bad either.
So Abomasnow was the first Sidekick

The last one I decided on taking Zoroak, since I had no idea on who to take as 6th Zoroak can make the mind games go off (is he Zoroark or Terrakion?). In the after talk with some people (you know the 1 in 100 battles who actually says something besides "HAX") say that Zoroark was always in the back of their head, doubting every choice.

EVs: 252 HP / 104 Def / 152 SDef
Bold Nature (+Def, -Atk)
- Tailwind
- FeatherDance
- Quash
- Taunt

Tailwind for the added speed to my members (and himself VS other prankster of mach/bullet punches). Quash because even Mach Punch can go last (trololol). T-Wave to annoy the opponent and cut down their speed (incase TW drops when Murkrow and Latios is dead) and Taunt because it's taunt. the Defence EVs are this way to make both defences around equal.



Terrakion @ Rock Gem

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)
- Protect
- Earthquake
- Rock Slide
- Sacred Sword

Since TW gives me +1 speed after Turn 1, I went Adamant and full EV in HP to add more Bulk to this monster. Gem'd Rock Slide hurt like a B***. Sacred Sword, because I dislike the defence drop from CC. and EQ because Murkrow and Latios don't care.


Heatran (M) @ Choice Specs

Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Heat Wave
- Dark Pulse
- Dragon Pulse
- Earth Power

I went Choice specs with him. as he only goes out (ussually) after I know atleast 3/4 pokes, I can (kind off) predict the 4th. Heat Wave for Steels and grass, Dark Pulse for those pesky little Ghosts and Psychis lately, Dragon Pulse for when Latios doesn't outrun dragons, since only steels resists Dragon, it isn't a bad move to be stuck with. and EP because ground moves are epic (and Ttar).


Latios (M) @ Dragon Gem

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Tailwind
- Dragon Pulse
- Protect
- Psychic


I went Dragon Pulse> Draco Meteor, since after 1 DM he'd be useless (and DP gem still hurts bad enough), Psychic for pesky fighting (lately hitmontops -.-) and T-Bolt for waters. and ofcourse Tailwind for the support. Again, I went Modest>Timid because after a TW I will outrun other dragons anyway (unless it's Kingdra in the rain or they have a timid with TW aswell).

Abomasnow (M) @ Focus Sash

EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature (+SAtk, -Spd)
- Blizzard
- Ice Shard
- Protect
- Wood Hammer


Blizzard for the powerfull double hit in TR move. Ice Shard for those who didn't die. Wood Hammer vs drizzltoad and TTar. since he is slower then all other weather inducers, hail will reign. (and with Sqaush from Murkrow I slow down the thread who can OHKO Aboma and kill the inducer first)

Zapdos (M) @ Thunder gem

EVs: 140 HP / 252 SpA / 116 Spe
Modest Nature (+SAtk, -Atk)
- Heatwave
- Tailwind
- Protect
- Thunderbolt

only used when Scizor is on my opponents team, as he wrecks my main team
 
Your team is extremely weak to Scizor. It can take out 5/6 of your Pokemon.

Maybe Zapdos over Zoroark as Zapdos can have heat wave besides Heatran. And Zapdos Resists both of Scizor's stabs.

Also run a little bit different items. Maybe a Terrakion with a Focus Sash and a Sitris berry or chople berry on Abomasnow so it can last longer or at least survive to attack.

Finally run protect. On Latios Protect over Thunderbolt or psychic. On Terrakion Protect over quick guard as it provides more options. On Abomasnow protect over water pulse as Terrakion takes care of ninetales and ttar.
 
On the Murkrow set, Thunder Wave, Tailwind, and Quash ultimately do the same thing. They either make your pokes faster, or the opponent's pokemon slower. This is a bit redundant. I would recommend replacing either thunder wave or tailwind with something that does not serve a similar purpose like Feather Dance. This would allow your Murkrow not just be something to fool around with everyone's speed and allow your pokemon to take physical hits better.

I'll try the zapdos deal. Since Scizor always manages to kill atleast 1 of my pokemon.
I'll probably use Protect on Latios, not sure on Terrakion tho (QG did safe me a few times, but I'll give it a shot).

The reason I have WP on Aboma is to kill Tails AND get the sun out of here. If I kill with Terra, I still have problems with Chlorosaur and co. because of Sun. (and that is the only reason Aboma is on my team)

Good point, since I use TW to outspeed my enemy. I guess I'l run FD over T-wave. (Quash is just too useful to not have)
 
Changes made.

I'm also looking for a replacement for Terrakion.
He has way too many common weaknesses
Water, ground, fighting, psychic.
since he shares some of the weaknesses with Heatran (and heatran is too epic to give up) I'm looking for replcaments

Right now I'm testing both salamance and Gyarados as subs.
