my first OU team in over a year, so bear with me if it has major flaws.
current record is 43-30-0, and got me up to 1670 rating
Ninjask@Mental Herb
Speed Boost
Bold
evs: 252 hp, 36 speed, 236 def
Protect
Substitute
Swords Dance
Baton Pass
I wanted a team with ninjask since it's a ninja cicada, and I'm a cicada. Obviously it turned into a baton pass team. Ninjask is lead most of time, using Protect for a free speed boost, then rotating between sub, swords dance, and protect for plenty of boosts, then passes the baton to someone else. Offensive leads usually ruin the flow of this team tho. Oh also, Mental Herb allows it to get a turn of set up, regardless of encore and taunt users.

Smeargle@White Herb
Jolly
evs: 252 hp, 252 speed, 4 def
Spore
Shell Smash
Ingrain
Baton Pass
Smeargle is a very important member of the team. Ingrain makes sure that we won't get phazed out, and Spore turns anything without a lum/chesto berry into complete set up fodder. Shell Smash is incredible. After just one shell smash, then passing the baton to Espeon or Scizor, any opponent should be in for a world of hurt.
Vaporeon(Linda)@Leftovers
Bold
Water Absorb
244 hp, 136 def, 128 speed
Scald
Acid Armor
Substitute
Baton Pass
Vaporeon is the defense passer of this team. After one acid armor, assuming smeargle passed the ingrain to her, Vaporeon should be able to wall a large amount of pokemon, while setting up multiple subs thanks to ingrain+leftovers, getting in 3 Acid Armor shouldn't be too hard.
Mew@Leftovers
Bold
evs: 252 hp, 136 def, 68 speed
Amnesia
Psychic
Taunt
Baton Pass
Mew is the sp.Def passer of the team. 100/100/100 base defenses+leftovers and Ingrain recovery makes it not too hard to set up multiple Amnesia. Taunt stops troublesome stuff, like opposing set up sweepers, and opponents using substitute, and Psychic ensures that mew isnt a piece of shit if it gets Taunted.
Espeon@Leftovers
Modest
Magic Bounce
evs: 252 spA 252 speed, 4 hp
Stored Power
Calm Mind
Hidden Power (fighting)
Baton Pass
Espeon is the main sweeper of the team, capable of OHKOing pretty much everything that isn't dark or 4x resistence to psychic, after the baton has been passed around alot. Stored power is capable of getting to downright ridiculous base powers, coming off of Espeons immense 130 base spA. Hidden Power fighting allows Espeon to hit dark types for SE damage, and Calm Mind means Espeon is capable of boosting is spA, as well as spD. Espeon also has the incredible abillity, Magic Bounce, allowing someone to pass it the baton on a roar or whirlwhind, and turning it against them. Also reflecting back annoying entry hazards and status inflicting moves, and even Taunt.
Scizor@Leftovers
Technician
Adamant
evs: 252 atk, 252 speed, 4 hp.
Bullet Punch
Bug Bite
Swords Dance
Baton Pass
Scizor is an incredible sweeper and revenge killer. With defensive, speed, and attack boosts, scizor is capable of tearing holes in pretty much everything. Scizor can even perform without boosts, using it's powerful priority bullet bunch to knock out weakened foes, and stuff that it hits for SE damage.
Well, that's the team. This team seems to have serious trouble with Scizor, Whimsicott (idk why), Perish Song Politoed, Sub CM Jirachi, and others that I forgot.
