Pawn Like Dogs

First of all, run Focus Sash over Leftovers on Frosslass. Frosslass will be garaunteed a layer of Spikes, which helps Riolu a lot.
As for Riolu, Taunt Shuts it down completely. Use Protect over Drain Punch to be able to avoid Taunts and Copycat them back. If you need to attack you can just copycat the opponents attacking move.

That was supposed to be focus sash. I actually typed all of that up (with my phone) during a webinar cause I was bored

I might be wrong but couldnt you pump EVs into something other than speed since Riolu has prankster? That would mean all his moves get priority right?

I see a problem in your team: if you are going to run Memento on Uxie, why use Riolu next? When Riolu roars out the Pokemon, their stats will return to normal. So I suggest running a different move like U-Turn on Uxie instead for its useful longivety.

One of the issues Riolu users face when using it is being able to get off that first Roar safely. Riolu is not bulky, and since it has to use Roar first, the opponents will be pretty much guaranteed a free turn to wail away on Riolu. Therefore, it's important to make sure Riolu can survive one turn in order for it to start the chain. Memento is a perfect move for this purpose. It gives Riolu a free switch in so it doesn't take any unnecessary hits and it drastically lowers the opponent's offenses. When Riolu comes in after a Memento, the opponent has two choices: stay in and try to OHKO Riolu, which probably won't work due to their lowered offenses, or switch out, in which case Riolu gets a free Roar. You could argue that the opponent could stay in and status or Taunt Riolu, but a good Riolu user knows to Memento against an offensive Pokemon rather than a utility Pokemon.
