A new type of fruit salad, made of peaches and marangs, subjugates the 1v1 metagame! Malignant Chain easily annoys foes thanks to its 50% chance of badly poisoning them and Poison Puppeteer. With its great natural physical bulk and Parting Shot, Pecharunt can tank many hits from physical attackers like Ogerpon-H and Iron Hands, and Maranga Berry's Special Defense boost lets it even beat special attackers such as Primarina, Diancie, and Ursaluna-B long-term. Curse further decreases foes' longevity and lets Pecharunt beat Steel-types like Corviknight and Registeel. Recover keeps Pecharunt healthy and can notably compensate for Curse's recoil damage. The EV spread and a Timid nature let Pecharunt Speed tie in mirror matchups and avoid the 2HKO from Choice Specs Volcanion's Earth Power thanks to Maranga Berry and Parting Shot. Regidrago loves Pecharunt's ability to threaten Fairy-types like Primarina and Alolan Ninetales. Ogerpon-H is another great partner, as it can take down Pokemon that threaten Pecharunt, such as Ursaluna, Meowscarada, and Iron Crown, while Pecharunt can deal with some of its counters, like Weakness Policy Diancie and the aforementioned Volcanion.

- Curse / Shadow Ball (A bit of a fault of our own as we realized that Shadow Ball doesn't beat Skeledirge if they Encore turn 1: 120+ SpA Blaze Skeledirge Blast Burn vs. 0 HP / 168 SpD Pecharunt: 298-352 (94 - 111%) -- 62.5% chance to OHKO)

With its great natural physical bulk and Parting Shot, Pecharunt can tank many hits from physical attackers like Gouging Fire (252 Atk Choice Band Gouging Fire Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Pecharunt: 200-236 (63 - 74.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO, probably find a better example?) and Iron Hands, and thanks to the Special Defense boost from Maranga Berry, it can even beat special attackers such as Primarina, Raging Bolt, and Ursluna-B long-term. Curse is the preferred option to further decrease foes' longevity (Mention somewhere Curse's ability to beat Steel-type Pokémon like Corviknight and Registeel), whereas Shadow Ball is a consistent STAB that threatens Skeledirge, opposing Pecharunt, and Metagross (+2 100+ Atk Metagross Earthquake vs. 0 HP / 0 Def Pecharunt: 294-346 (92.7 - 109.1%) -- 56.3% chance to OHKO after you proc its Weakness Policy, not to mention Band, Scarf and AV, you straight up don't beat Metagross at all, remove it.). Recover maintains Pecharunt healthy and can notably compensate Curse's recoil damage. 252 Spe EVs and a Timid nature are used for mirror matchups, while 168 SpD Evs let Pecharunt avoid the 2HKO from Choice Specs Volcanion's Earth Power thanks to Maranga Berry and Parting Shot. The remaining EVs are put in Special Attack and allow Pecharunt to 2HKO Skeledirge with Shadow Ball. Regidrago loves Pecharunt's ability to threaten Fairy-types like Primarina and Alolan Ninetales. Ogerpon-H is another great partner, as it can take down Pokemon who threaten Pecharunt, such as the two Ursaluna forms (you say Ursaluna-B beats Pecharunt but then you say it doesn't? Weird. Also you beat Ursaluna-B with Parting Shot into Recover spam, so just mention regular Ursaluna here.), Meowscarada, and Iron Crown, while Pecharunt can deal with Ogerpon-H's checks, like Gouging Fire (Read above), Raging Bolt, and Skeledirge.
This 100% needs a revision as there were a lot of problems between the set that was given to the spotlight to some of the Pokemon the spotlight lists as examples, so whenever you're done with it pls make sure to tag me so i can check it once again.

(Personally I would remove the mentioning of any EV dump in general when writing a spotlight but it's your choice to keep it or not, up to QC to remove it or not as well since the spotlight is longer than the character limit.) Ogerpon-H is another great partner, as it can take down Pokemon who threaten Pecharunt, such as Ursaluna, Meowscarada, and Iron Crown, while Pecharunt can deal with some of Ogerpon-H's counters, like Iron Hands (Iron Hands isn't an Ogerpon-H counter at all, since it can slot Play Rough to deal with it, I recommend a better example of an Ogerpon-H counter like the previously mentioned Volcanion or Walking Wake.) and Raging Bolt.

Small final thing

The Raging Bolt - Pecharunt match-up is a bit shaky, it's kind of a 50/50 between Raging Bolt using Taunt + Calm Mind or Pecharunt getting confusion hax, so i would opt to remove Raging Bolt from the spotlight as something Pecharunt can beat and replace it with something else if that's ok.

SpA Booster Energy wins vs Pecharunt, it's faster and Hydro Pump into Draco Meteor always wins
252 SpA Protosynthesis Walking Wake Hydro Pump vs. 0 HP / 176 SpD Pecharunt: 210-247 (66.2 - 77.9%) -- guaranteed 2HKO

Sorry for recommending Walking Wake as an example.
The best example I could find is Diancie, it lives Ogerpon-H's Wood Hammer/Power Whip and fires back with a powerful Diamond Storm while it struggles to do any damage to Pecharunt.
