my best guess is to create a ticket, say the reasons why you have been wrongfully punished, and wait for a mod to help fix the issue. I had to deal with it a long time ago with a different account and a friend had this issue as well several months ago (image below this message), and once that issue is fixed (usually several hours), it usually won't happen again. four digit years in time prison is usually the go-to for situations like this. ill see if i can cut it down to three repeating but if you feel theres been a mistake i still recommend serving the time prison sentence as it is generally good for building character
