[SET COMMENTS]
Perrserker is a threatening wallbreaker thanks to its powerful Choice Band-boosted Iron Head. Close Combat OHKOes Coalossal and targets Steel-type Pokemon resistant to Iron Head like Klinklang, Galarian Stunfisk, and opposing Perrserker. It also offers strong neutral coverage. U-turn pivots out of Pokemon Perrserker has difficulty breaking through, such as Poliwrath and Gurdurr, while simultaneously chipping them. Lash Out is the preferred last move since it nails Rotom and incoming Qwilfish, which would otherwise wall it completely. Alternatively, Seed Bomb is Perrserker's best option against Poliwrath, Wishiwashi, and Stunfisk, and it avoids the latter from paralyzing it with Static. Tough Claws strengthens all listed moves besides Seed Bomb, making Close Combat a pseudo-secondary STAB move that hits Steel-resistant Pokemon harder, while Steely Spirit boosts Iron Head's power to frightening levels.

Perrserker's low Speed and high Attack make it a great slow wallbreaker for VoltTurn teams. Pivots such as Rotom formes, Alolan Persian, Wishiwashi, and Uxie can help it get on the field safely. In return, Perrserker can threaten passive Pokemon like Miltank, Clefairy, and Articuno. Perrserker also gets revenge killed easily by Fire- and Fighting-types like Rapidash, Ninetales, and Sawk, so Pokemon like Wishiwashi, Poliwrath, and Tangela are appreciated to handle them. Clerics such as Miltank and Alcremie can allow Perrserker to pivot more freely against Flame Body and Static Pokemon, like Rapidash, Coalossal, and Stunfisk.

move 3: Iron Head
move 4: Close Combat

ability: Steely Spirit

[SET COMMENTS]
Leftovers Perrserker forgoes Choice Band's immediate power to get more longevity as a wallbreaker. The combination of Substitute and Swords Dance exploits foes that rely on status or utility moves to damage it, such as Tangela, Articuno, and Uxie. Close Combat provides coverage against Steel-types, such as Klinklang, opposing Perrserker, and Galarian Stunfisk. The EV spread allows it to outspeed standard Alcremie while preventing Tangela, Uxie, and non-Flamethrower Altaria from breaking its Substitute.

Perrserker should enter the field against Pokemon that cannot affect it much, such as Altaria, Klinklang, and Eldegoss, though it should scout for coverage moves. It should come in through a teammate that has fainted or by pivoting through VoltTurn cores. Examples of such pivots are Wishiwashi, Clefairy, and Rotom formes. Clerics like Altaria and Alcremie allow Perrserker to wallbreak more should it get statused; Altaria is especially notable for covering Perrserker's defensive weaknesses. Physical cleaners, like Sawk and Gourgeist-S, take advantage of Perrserker weakening walls like Clefairy and Altaria to sweep late-game more easily.

An Assault Vest set capitalizes on Perrserker's resistances and checks Pokemon like Alcremie, Frosmoth, and Appletun more reliably, though Perrserker will miss out on a lot of power.

Checks and Counters
===================

**Water-types**: Water-types like Poliwrath, Wishiwashi, and Qwilfish don't take much damage from Iron Head and U-turn and can safely switch into Perrserker. The former two can deal massive damage to it with their STAB moves, while the latter can freely set up Spikes or paralyze it with Thunder Wave. However, Poliwrath and Wishiwashi need to be careful of switching into a Choice Band-boosted Close Combat or Seed Bomb, while Qwilfish should be wary of switching into Lash Out.

**Electric-types**: Electric-types like Stunfisk, Rotom formes, Manectric, and Raichu can take advantage of Perrserker's low Speed and special bulk while resisting its STAB move. Stunfisk also deters its pivoting with Static, and the Rotom formes can pivot against it with Volt Switch or burn it with Will-O-Wisp. However, only Stunfisk can reliably switch in repeatedly.

**Fire-types**: Rapidash and Ninetales outspeed and OHKO Perrserker with their Fire-type STAB moves while resisting Perrserker's STAB move. Rapidash also deters it with Flame Body, which can cripple its offensive capabilities. However, both of them can get OHKOed by Choice Band-boosted Close Combat.

**Fighting-types**: A healthy Gurdurr is bulky enough to stomach a Choice-Band boosted Iron Head; it can then retaliate with its STAB moves. While Sawk and Silvally-Fighting cannot directly switch into Perrserker, they outpace and can OHKO it with their STAB moves.

**Faster Wallbreakers**: Pokemon like Alolan Dugtrio, Basculin, and some Silvally formes can outspeed and KO Perrserker with some prior chip damage, though none of them want to directly switch into any of its attacks.

Perrserker is a threatening wallbreaker in ZU thanks to its high Attack backed up by Steely Spirit or Tough Claws you could be more accurate, Perrserker is a threatening wallbreaker thanks to its insanely powerful Choice Band boosted STAB Iron Head. Iron Head threatens out defensive staples like Alcremie, Piloswine, and Articuno. fluff Close Combat targets Pokemon resistant to Iron Head like Klinklang, Stunfisk, and Poliwrath mention threats that are weak to it or that are OHKOed by it but not by IH. Also mention that it is overall a strong neutral coverage. U-turn pivots out of unfavorable matchups it has difficulty breaking against, such as against Poliwrath and Gurdurr mention that it also chips opponent down. Seed Bomb is Perrserker’s best option against Qwilfish and Stunfisk steely spirit ih is stronger than seed bomb on qwilfish and damage outputs are similar for tough claws, replace qwilfish with Wishiwashi or Poliwrath, and prevents the latter from paralyzing it with Static. The EV spread enables it to outspeed Malamar and Jolly Rhydon. Explain the difference between Steely Spirit and Tough Claws, i.e. Steely Spirit gives an even deadlier STAB move while Tough Claws makes CC a pseudo-secondary STAB move and chips stuffs harder with U-turn.

Despite its defensive typing, Perrserker's mediocre bulk and Speed means it appreciates pivoting support to get it into the field safely. Rotom formes and Golbat not only provide Volt Switch and U-turn support respectively, they also resist Ground- and Fighting-type attacks that it is weak to. In return, Perrserker can pivot against Ice-types such as Articuno and Frosmoth, while simultaneously forming a VoltTurn core with its teammates. These first sentences could be rephrased and shortened by saying it works well as a slow wallbreaker in VoltTurn teams. Try to mention more teammates than Rotom. Remove Golbat, it never runs U-turn and doesn't fit in that archetype. Checks against Water-, Fighting, and Ground-type Pokemon, like Thwackey, Alcremie, and Wishiwashi, are greatly appreciated to help with its wall breaking prowess. that's a bit short, try to develop a bit. Entry hazard support from Pokemon such as Miltank, Uxie, and Clefairy help whittle down foes and make it more difficult to switch into over the course of a game. Fluff

Leftovers Perrserker forgoes Choice Band‘s immediate power by turning it into a late-game wincon. That's completely wrong. Substitute sets up against foes that rely on status or utility moves to damage it, such as Tangela, Clefairy, and Uxie. Swords Dance sets up against passive or slower Pokemon such as Miltank, Appletun, and Articuno. You can merge the two previous sentences into one The combination of Iron Head and Close Combat hits most of the tier for neutral damage, making it difficult to switch into. Remove mentions of IH and explain why CC is the best coverage move. The EV spread allows it to outspeed standard Alcremie while preventing Tangela, Clefairy, and non-Flamethrower Altaria from breaking its Substitute. some clefairy run seismic toss

In order to successfully sweep, bulky foes, like Gurdurr and Wishiwashi, are recommended to be severely weakened or removed by teammates like Altaria and Rotom. However, Perrserker can also be brought in mid-game to set up against Eldegoss and Articuno earlier to take advantage of their passivity. Status and entry hazard support from Miltank, Altaria, and Rhydon help make it more difficult to handle late-game. In addition to the residual damage they provide, Altaria can cover against all of Perrserker‘s weaknesses, and vice versa, while Miltank serves as a good Fire-type switch-in and can provide cleric support if Perrserker gets statused. Pivoting support from Thwackey, Uxie, and Silvally formes is also valued to give it more opportunities to set up. SubSD Perrserker isn't a late game wincon, so a lot of this is misguided, i'm letting you update this to match SubSD Perrserker actual role.

Assault Vest bluffs Choice Band sets and takes special attacks from Rotom, Flamethrower Altaria, and mixed Silvally formes better. However, the loss of power is noticeable and Perrserker’s bulk is still average overall. Fake Out makes it a niche revenge killer, though being locked into the move can cede momentum to wallbreakers and cleaners like Sawk, Thwackey, and Rotom. You missed the point of AV, it doesn't compete with CB, it is a whole different niche. The purpose of its set is using Perrserker as a slow pivot with great resists and decent offensive power thanks to Tough Claws.

Checks and Counters

**Fighting-types**: Gurdurr and Poliwrath can stomach several hits from it and retaliate with their STAB moves. While Sawk and Silvally-Fighting cannot switch into it reliably, they outpace and can threaten Perrserker out. say somewhere that their super effective stab moves OHKO perrserker. Outside Poliwrath, none of those are really switch-in well into Perrserker, so i'd just remove it and only talk about it in <<Water-types>>.

**Fire-types**: Rapidash and Ninetales can OHKO Perrserker with Fire Blast rapidash never runs fb while resisting its STAB moves. Rapidash and Coalossal are notable for also deterring it with Flame Body, which cripples its offensive capabilities.

**Water-types**: Water-types like Arctovish, Poliwrath, and Qwilfish don’t take much damage from its moves. The former two can deal massive damage to it with their STAB moves, while the latter can freely set up Spikes on it or paralyze it with Thunder Wave. Replace Arctovish w Cramorant and mention one of Wishiwashi or Pyukumuku as well.

**Electric-types**

**Faster Wallbreakers**: Pokemon like Rotom formes, Alolan Dugtrio, Basculin, and Silvally formes can outspeed and KO it with some prior chip damage, though none of them would like to directly switch into any of its attacks.
