[Overview]

<p>Persian is largely overlooked thanks to Pokemon such as Ambipom that are more powerful physical attackers. However, despite its lackluster offensive stats (65/70), Persian has the amazing ability Technician. Persian also is capable of boosting its poor offensive stats with Nasty Plot or a Choice item.</p>

[SET COMMENTS]

<p>After a Nasty Plot Persian has stats of 458 SpA and 360 Spe, which is more than enough to effectively sweep. Swift is STAB and boosted by Technician allowing Persian to dent anything that doesn't resist it. To put it into perspective, the standard defensive Milotic takes over half, and is easily 2HKO'd. Water Pulse is also boosted by Technician and provides coverage against Pokemon that resist or are immune to Swift. Defensive Spiritomb takes just under half from a Water Pulse, and it will OHKO top threats like Donphan and Rhyperior.</p>

<p>The choice of your last move comes down to what you want. If you need something that can induce sleep, Hypnosis is a good option, however, if the accuracy is a problem, or if you would rather have coverage against Pokemon such as Empoleon, you can opt for Hidden Power Fighting (BP 60.) Specially Defensive Empoleon will take around 70% from a HP Fighting.</p>

[ADDITIONAL COMMENTS]

<p>Nasty Plot Persian has a lot of options available for it, however the only really viable one is Thunderbolt for dealing with Suicune, as CroCune will take 75% from Thunderbolt.</p>

[Other Options]

<p>Substitute is an option for the NP set as it can help block Status such as burn or paralysis that could defeat Persian. Also notable is Shadow Ball to deal with Psychic and Ghost type Pokemon.</p>

[Checks and Counters]

<p>Quagsire takes care of Persian pretty easily. It will only take 30% from a Swift and can set up Curse on Persian. Also notably is that Suicune can defeat Persian if it doesn't carry Thunderbolt, and can shrug off a Hypnosis due to Sleep Talk. Priority Mach Punch from Pokemon such as Hitmontop are also quite capable of destroying Persian. Essentially, if it can take a hit from Persian without dying and land a powerful hit, it will most likely destroy Persian. Just be careful of Hypnosis.</p>

[Dream World]

<p>Persian got Unnerve from the Dream World, which is entirely useless.</p>

From what you've written, I would suggest adding in more detail, especially to the additional comments section. You need to treat the reader as if they know nothing about the Pokemon at all. Perhaps explain EVs, alternative move choices, potential team mates who help Persian sweep, and even damage calculations. At the quality control stage, you don't need to type out the paragraphs, only put simplified bullet points with the main information for the QC team to approve.Take a look at this guide for a better idea :)

Yeah, I wrote this mostly in free time during band class, so I didn't put too much detail in yet, I'll get that added throughout the day. I also realized that I didn't need to write it in paragraph form, but I remembered after writing the majority of the analysis :evan:
 
OK that's it, the past three things you've posted have been absolute crap, not in the right format, lacking in info, and having the info for the wrong tier. I'm just locking all of your stuff, don't post in C&C again for a long while until you know how things work.
