Perversion in the Finest

You dirty, dirty boy you. Welcome to my newest RMT.
After a break from battling I decided I'd try to get back into the game with a
brand new team. After a stroll through a list of Pokemon I decided I wanted
to use a team with Mew. Falling so far from the banished land of Ubers, all
the way to UU Mew needed to have its spirits lifted. So I attempt to life Mew
spirits by ripping shat up in OU with it. I decided that with Mew's versatility
and unpredictability he had a great chance to sweep. One false move by the
opponent and BOOM! Mew is ripping through you. So I decided upon the
Nasty Plot Mew. Now that We've learned how the team came about lets
check out the rest of the team.

Mew @ Leftovers

Trait: Synchronize

EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd

Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Nasty Plot
- Fire Blast
- Psycho Shock
- Aura Sphere

Mew, the star of the team. Chosen for its versatility. Late to mid game, once key Pokemon such as Lati@s, and Reuniclus are eliminated and residual damage has left the opponents team dented Mew finds it no trouble to sweep through a team. Making a well chosen switch, and with a simple misprediction of the opponent, Mew finds itself an easy chance to Nasty Plot. From then on it can go to town with STAB Psycho Shock ripping apart everyone, and Aura Sphere to take down Darks. Fire Blast makes for a nice coverage move and allows Mew to beat Scizor and Jirachi, who otherwise could counter Mew.

Tyranitar (F) @ Leftovers

Trait: Sand Stream

EVs: 252 HP / 4 atk / 252 SDef

Sassy Nature (+SDef, -Spd)
- Stealth Rock
- Crunch
- Fire Blast
- Pursut

Tyranitar provides excellent type coverage and synergy with Mew. It assists Mew greatly between the damage from Stealth Rocks and Sandstorm draining the HP of opponent Pokemon. Tyranitar also takes out Lati@s and Reuiclus who present problems for Mew. This is a basic MixTar that just helps eliminate common threats. The Sandstorm is also greatly appreciated by Cradily who's SpD is boosted.

212.gif

Scizor (F) @ Choice Band

Trait: Technician

EVs: 248 HP / 252 Atk / 8 spd
Adamant Nature (+Atk, -SAtk)

- Pursuit
- Bullet Punch
- U-Turn
- SuperPower

Standard Choice Band. Provides great coverage with Mew along with Tyranitar. Scizor also greatly appreciates the hazards and Sandstorm from Tyranitar. Scizor can take out Reuniclus who presents problems for Mew, and can take out Latios, aswell as a Latias if it's not carrying HP Fire. Scizor is overall a great fit for any team. Scizor allows me to hit very hard and helps with the speed problem I have.

479-wash.gif

Rotom-W @ Choice Scarf
Trait: Levitate
EVs: 4 spD / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature (+Spd, -Atk)
- Trick
- HP Ice
- Thunderbolt
- Hydro Pump

Rotom-W is the least thought out part of the team. He was mostly just a filler. I like this new Rotom-W better that was suggested. Scarf really helps against faster teams and with trick i can screw slow walls. This has come in handy, for example when someones expects a T-bolt i use trick on the switch to someone like Swampert/Gliscor.

346.gif

Cradily (F) @ Leftovers

Trait: Suction Cups

EVs: 252 HP / 4 Def / 252 SDef

Sassy Nature (+SpD, -spd)

- Seed Bomb
- Rock Slide
- Curse
- Recover

A nice change up. Curse Cradily. The Sandstorm helps him great, and with his spD EV's Cradily won't be stopped by special attackers. Curse boosts my Physical stats to beyond compare. Recover is a great recovery move. Sassy is the best nature of choice, boosting my spD even more and lowering my speed which will get lower anyway from curse. This way he will be able to stop Trick Room teams easier. Suction Cups was chosen mostly because Storm Drain wasn't legal but it is very nice preventing me from being Phazed out and possibly guarenteeing a sweep.

472.gif

Gliscor (F) @ Toxic Orb

Trait: Poison Heal

EVs: 244 HP / 184 Def / 80 Spd

Impish Nature (+Def, -SAtk)
- Toxic
- Protect
- Earthquake
- Ice Fang

Gliscor is awesome. He makes for a great staller in the Sand, and can put out damage just as much. Gliscor makes for a great phys. wall and just absorbs the fighting attacks that can plague this team. Gliscor can also effectively check Excadrill who I need to be able to stop if I'm providing him with a Sandstorm :P 80 spd allows me to outspeed other Gliscors.

This team will struggle against fast, powerful attackers such as Dragonite, Salamence, and Thundurus. I suggest running a CB Scizor and Scarf Rotom-W to help you deal with it. U-Turn+Volt Switch spam gives you a ton of momentum throughout the game. I also suggest running Subsitute over Ice Fang. Sub+Protect gives you an infinite chain for toxic stalling. As poison heal recovery will heal off all the Hp lost from the sub in 2 turns. I have played with and against that set and it absolutely makes everyone want to pull their hair out. Gliscorès EVs are kinda unorthodox. I suggest tossing those 8 Atk into Speed to outspeed other Gliscors.

Alright I'll try out the choice items. Without ice fang gliscor has no way to stop baloon excadrill though, and I'll throw the atk into speed and keep ice fang to make sure I ice fang them first

Replace Energy Ball on Cradily with Giga Drain, and Ancientpower with Toxic. Otherwise, this is a pretty cool team GL.

I use Cradily on my SS team and I would say rather than replace ancient power replace stockpile as having ancient power will help deal with Gengar and Thunderus more easily. Defiantly having two toxic stallers will help. Overall great team.

Why thankyou ;D

I'm pretty sure I already tried giga drain and it was an illegal combo w/ storm drain

I'll try out the changes later when I get on my laptop

Mew needs Psychics, most importantly Starmie, Latios, and Latias, to be out of the way if you want to sweep, since they resist most or all its attacks. Tyranitar and Scizor do a good job at this, but you have nothing to actually trap them with. Why don't you just run Pursuit over Ice Beam on Tyranitar? You can just bump your Special Attack EVs into Special Defense, and with your already great Special Defense, you have no trouble eating Specs Draco Meteors, and you can also eat a LO Hydro Pump from Starmie. Pursuit means that as soon as Latios/Latias/Starmie come in and fire and attack off on Tyranitar, they will assuredly lose, unless you come in on like a LO Hidden Power Fighting or two LO Hydro Pumps. You have a lot of nice answers for Gliscor on your team, making Ice Beam not entirely necessary, so I think Pursuit would be a good improvement.

Your Cradily set is kinda wack. It's hard to kill for sure, but it's also hard as hell to kill something because you have nothing to boost your attack. Maybe you could run a Curse set with Seed Bomb / Rock Slide / Curse / Recover? You should probably load up on your Special Defense too to make sure Volcarona doesn't smack you around, and with Curse bolstering your Defense, you'd have Poke that's hard as hell to beat. The Special Defense is also important if you're using Cradily as your primary Drizzle team counter, because it lets you take Focus Blasts and Ice Beams a lot better.

If Mew's dead, Conkeldurr is huge threat to you team, especially the bulk up one. If Conkel gets 2 bulk ups up consider yourself lost.

that comment didn't help at all :\

I like Ttar, Scizor, and Rotom-W now :D I'm currently trying out the CurseCradily and so far i like it, only problem is its not able to run Storm Drain D:

edit****

How do you think CM Reuniclus would do over Mew? do you think it'd be a better option hmmm

If your going to be using Cradily as a full on wall, then toxic is a must on the set. A set of Toxic/Stockpile/Giga Drain/Recover will slowly ware down your opponent. Also, you can choose to use Suction Cups over Storm Drain, just so you don't get phased out and loose all your boosts.

wow kool team, enjoy it until mew goes uber, don't you have a reasonable bug weakness, like i guess u have a bunch of people who resist but still
