For this teams Mega I chose Lucario because it is just so easy to sweep with him there are so many things he can switch into and set up. Vacuum Wave is his priority stab. Flash Cannon is stab. Dark Pulse is great since i don't have to switch out in aeigislash or trevenant. Finally Nasty Plot is for setting up and great for sweeping

Alright for the fire in my FWG core I decided to go with taloflame since i needed a revenge killer and Gale Wings allows it to fo that. I slapped on the Choice Band because Talonflame had pretty average attack base. Flare Blitz and Brave Bird great Stabs. U-turn great pivotal that keeps the momentum going. Lastly Arial Ace is my main revenge killing Move because honestly I don't like taking the recoil from brave bird, since late game that little bit of damage MATTERS.

For the water in my FWG core I chose rotom-w beacuse seriously 1/3 of the teams I see have Rotom-W since it us able to wall so many things. Hydro Pump is Rotom-W only water Stab sadly :(. Imagine if it had Scald or even. Volt Switch is my pivotal and keeps the VoltTurn core rolling. Will-O-Wisp is great for those Physical Attackers.

When your revenge killer takes 50% from stealth rocks and you have a pokemon carrying focus sash you need a defogger. Plus with the new hazard sticky web it really hurts lucario adn greninja since they really rely on speed. Roost is to stall and recover health. Defog is to get rid of hazards. Dragon Pulse and Psyshock just latias two stabs plus psyshock rlly help with mega Venusaur (clean 2hko to most)

Breloom @ Focus Sash
Ability: Technician
EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spd
Adamant Nature

- Spore
- Swords Dance

Synergy:

For grass in my FWG core i chose breloom. Mainly because breloom is one of my top 3 favorite pokemons and I felt that after gen 5 Breloom became even more underused. So I decided to put him on the team and turns out he works great, since it can get me out of so many sticky situations. With the focus sash and spore it gives me a free turn to either set up or switch to a better pokemon to counter the one my opponents. Mach Punch is a stab priority move. Bullet Seed allows me to abuse technician and is great substitute users. Spore gives me a free turn/turns and helps out alot with 100% Accuracy. Then Swords Dance just helps me set up.

Greninja is the pokemon I would consider replacing. Even though it is definitely one of my favourite starters because it with its versatile move pool it can abuse the crap out protean. For items I'm still deciding between Life Orb or Expert Belt. Surf > Hydro pump because I really don't like risking that miss. Dark Pulse is my only move that rotom-w doesn't resist. Ice Beam good against dragons. U-turn greninja's pivotal

This looks like a fun and cool balanced ou team. i just have a few suggestions to this team.

I used latios too as a my defogger on my team, but I personally think specially defensive latias this generation with little speed investment isn't viable today because of all the fast mega mons and physical pokemon that can render her useless. I use a life orb set and it has been working wonders for me. Here is the set I use:
Latias (F) @ Life Orb
Ability: Levitate
EVs: 104 HP / 152 SAtk / 252 Spd
Timid Nature
- Draco Meteor
- Psyshock
- Healing Wish
- Defog

This Latias is very powerful and is a reliable defogger as it will be fast enough to do it. On this set, I have healing wish, and let me tell you, that move can be so clutch, especially when your team has a mega lucario. I run a NP lucario too and with healing wish, if my lucario is at low hp, I can always reliabily bring lucario back to life, because latias is fast, and then proceed to destroy my opponents team after they thought they handled the lucario. Its kind of hard to find any replays where latias was important for me, because I tend not to save replays unless it was a great game. I found this one, http://replay.pokemonshowdown.com/ou-75435432, and around at turn 20, is where you see the healing wish come into play and bringing back lucario back to life.

If you don't want to make the change, then I would suggest a specially defensive mandibuzz instead. It has better typing as it doesn't get pursuited by tyranitar, and is probably the most reliable defogger to date. I would recommend this set as well:
Mandibuzz (F) @ Leftovers
Ability: Overcoat
EVs: 248 HP / 252 SDef / 8 Spd
Calm/ Careful Nature
- Foul Play/ Knock Off
- Roost
- Defog
- Taunt/ Toxic

The nature depends on whether you run knock off or foul play. I would recommend knock off as he is specially defensive and won't be taking physical hits so well.

Thanks so much this really help i will definetly try that set. but i need a special def wall :)

Ice beam + Protean kind of lets Greninja's guard down, and it's not needed because of Latias' Dragon Pulse. Try a more defensive-typed move in that slot for a useful Protean transformation. I like to use Toxic.
